I took this photo in the San Joaquin Valley: As can be seen, it is a farmers’ sign attacking politicians who created a legislated agricultural crisis.
Further up I-5 I saw a vast dead orchard that I couldn’t get a shot of. Maybe next time.

It seems like those signs have been there for decades. What is impressive is the priorities demonstrated by people in large Liberal cities – they really don’t care what happens to the poor farmers and the very poor farm workers.
I wonder who is buying up land cheap.
This was Nancy Pelosi’s doing when she was speaker. The whole San Joaquin valley was/is predominately R – nothing more than removing Republican money from CA

As a semi truck driver who picks up food from farm warehouses I can tell you… the damages are far more than seen from the Interstate.
Every time there was a water shortage, agriculture had to give up water because the cities had first claim.
Quite a bit of the water to the cities went to watering lawns.
