Biden/Harris DOJ Agrees To Spare Lives Of 9/11 Masterminds In Plea Deal

Biden/Harris DOJ Agrees To Spare Lives Of 9/11 Masterminds In Plea Deal

Firefighters and 9/11 families are not happy.

The Department of Defense quietly released it reached a plea deal with 9/11 masterminds Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi.

The department refused to release the terms of the plea deal, but word is that they avoid the death penalty:

Word of the deal emerged in a letter from war court prosecutors to Sept. 11 family members.

“In exchange for the removal of the death penalty as a possible punishment, these three accused have agreed to plead guilty to all of the charged offenses, including the murder of the 2,976 people listed in the charge sheet,” said the letter, which was signed by Rear Adm. Aaron C. Rugh, the chief prosecutor for military commissions, and three lawyers on his team.

The letter said the men could submit their pleas in open court as early as next week.

The deal supposedly squashed what could have been a 12-18 month trial. The government supposedly faced “the possibility of the military judge throwing out confessions that were key to the government’s case.”

The deal infuriated firefighters and 9/11 victims’ families.

FDNY Uniformed Firefighters Association President Andrew Ansbro: “On behalf of New York City firefighters, especially the survivors of the September 11th terrorist attack who are living with the illnesses and injuries that were inflicted upon us that day, we are disgusted and disappointed that these three terrorists were given a plea deal and allowed to escape the ultimate justice while each month three more heroes from the FDNY are dying from World Trade Center illnesses.”

The group 9/11 Justice found the deal troubling.

“While we acknowledge the decision to avoid the death penalty, our primary concern remains access to these individuals for information,” protested 9/11 Justice President Brett Eagleson. “These plea deals should not perpetuate a system of closed-door agreements, where crucial information is hidden without giving the families of the victims the chance to learn the full truth.”

FJB!

This SHOULD be the death of the Democrat party and they should be reminded at every opportunity how they betrayed Americans affected by the actions these scum took that fateful day.

Then again, are we surprised? Given these guys and Democrats have the same objective.

They are everything this admin loves. Brown criminals that took American lives. How could a J6 defendant even compete?

What government has such disdain for its people?

Let me guess: the 9/11 families will all be declared “bigots” for opposing this deal.

I sort of understand this decision.

1) A public trial would be a security nightmare.
2) The US would have to disclose intelligence capabilities as part of discovery or being questioned on the stand.
3) Killing them would make them martyrs (as we have seen in other cases) which means even more retaliatory attacks or attacks done “in their name.”

Still, there doesn’t seem to be “justice” where people plan the murder of almost 3,000 people and then get to spend their lives in the relative comfort of a US prison with three hots and a cot.

In addition, a corrections officer once told me that people with life sentences are the hardest to control because they have nothing to fear in the way of punishment, What are you going to do? Add more years to a life without parole sentence?

The deal seems morally and objectively wrong.

They could have chosen to become martyrs by pleading guilty and demanding the death penalty. They are not actually men of conviction. Martyrdom was for the people they recruited and commanded, not for this bunch. Their faith looked them in the eye and they blinked.

    1. We’ve just had a public trial with the former president as a defendant. Somehow we managed security for that.

    2. It’s been over 20 years. Why would they not already have discovery? In fact, what ineffective lawyer would let them plead guilty without discovery?

    3. They’ll still be viewed as heroes and as defeating the US.

    There’s no excuse for this.

What possible information will the Biden Harris junta get from guys that have been imprisoned over 23 years??

They are just pandering to the terrorists, like the Hamasholes in the street. They are ALL America hating Democrats.

Think about how we treat actual Muslim murderers and how we treat American conservatives prisoners

Don’t despair. Should Trump win the election, these murderers will pray for death. They will be put in a cell, lit 24/7, strapped to a chair, and forced to watch an endless
loop of Kamala Harris brainstorming on the passage of time.

Mr. 10% has not executed anyone.

This should not be a surprise to anyone because he is on record to eliminate the death penalty.

There are 40 men on the US Federal government death row.

https://deathpenaltyinfo.org/state-and-federal-info/federal-death-penalty/list-of-federal-death-row-prisoners

There are two who were convicted in 1993.

So much for the value of martyrdom.

The goons the Israelis have offed didn’t have a choice. These gents had a choice and didn’t choose martyrdom. By their actions, they have repudiated their faith and are now apostates, subject to, what, stoning? They should be thrown into a federal pen with a large Muzzie population. Let’s see what happens to them there.

Did anyone really expect anything different from the corrupt pedo joe biden administration?
Roll a nickel down the hallway and watch the infighting begin.

This is unbelievable.

I still remember watching that horrible video that was posted online of Khalid Shaikh Mohammad holding up the severed head of Daniel Pearl. He proclaimed that he severed the head of the Infidel Jew with his “Blessed Right Hand”.

The victim’s headless blood covered corpse was on the floor in front of that smiling murdering bastard.

This “plea deal” is an absolute travesty.

It’s shameful that this reprobate’s murder of Daniel Pearl isn’t receiving more attention. That vile crime has been forgotten, along with so many other acts of Muslim terrorism that are so innumerable as to defy recall, attention and opprobrium.
