Bud Light/Budweiser Boycott Growing After Designating Trans Influencer Dylan Mulvaney Brand Ambassador
“I will be deleting all Anheuser-Busch products from my tour hospitality rider. I know many other artists doing the same,” [Travis] Tritt tweeted.
For some reason the powers that be at Anheuser-Busch thought it would be a good move to make a man their spokesgirl. This is the now-European owned company that makes all-American beers like Budweiser and Bud Light, not exactly the market in which one expects to find support for the increasingly violent and radical transgender ideology.
Dylan Mulvaney has become the new brand ambassador for Bud Light. 🍺
The beer brand even made a special edition Dylan Mulvaney Can 🥤celebrating his 365 days of girlhood.

Unsurprisingly, their actual customers are not pleased and are showing their displeasure by declining to purchase or be any way involved with their politicized product.
Conservatives are joining in on the boycott of Bud Light after they named Dylan Mulvaney, the man who made millions becoming a woman, as the spokesperson.
The beer company faces harsh criticism for partnering with Mulvaney for a lucrative deal that further pushes the extreme Left’s radical agenda.
Country music star John Rich and GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy are the latest to fight against the company’s woke message.
“What beer should my bar @rnrbarnash in Nashville replace #BudLight with?” Rich tweeted the same day fellow country star Travis Tritt announced his plans to part ways with Anheuser-Busch products.
“I will be deleting all Anheuser-Busch products from my tour hospitality rider. I know many other artists doing the same,” Tritt tweeted.
Singer Kid Rock also made his opinion on the brand deal known by filming himself shooting a case of the beer.
Meanwhile, Ramaswamy called it “the worst kind of woke capitalism.”
“This, to me, is a case of a company that’s clearly not following its financial self-interest,” Ramaswamy said. “Sometimes you could make an argument that a company does something totally woke because that’s what its customer base wants to see. Oftentimes, that’s even debatable. In the case of Bud Light, that’s just wrong.”

Needless to say, people have thoughts:
In full disclosure, I was on a tour sponsored by Budweiser in the 90’s. That was when Anheuser-Busch was American owned. A great American company that later sold out to the Europeans and became unrecognizable to the American consumer. Such a shame.

I didn’t start out a fan of boycotts—much preferring buycotts to counter leftist boycotts (think Chick-Fil-A, Goya), but maybe it’s (past?) time we adjust to the new reality.
The left is winning their war on our institutions because they have organized to influence big companies the same way they have seized control of our colleges, Big Tech, science, and every other area they dominate.
Matt Walsh has a great thread on this:
"Go woke go broke" is the lamest right wing cope of all time. It's not even close to true. It should but it isn't. By sheer numbers we have the power to inflict severe financial damage on companies that spit in our faces, but we don't. The brands know that we don't.
— Matt Walsh (@MattWalshBlog) April 5, 2023
"If we try to solve this problem, there will still be this other problem over here, so why bother at all?" It's the loser's mantra.

Budweiser/Bud Light seems like a good choice. And not just a consumer boycott, but a small business & public venue boycott

“Here’s what we should do: Pick a victim, gang up on it, and make an example of it.”
Now where have I heard that before …
Seems to have worked. We sat back and did nothing while the left bullied their victims into compliance, gaining political power at the same time.
1) Like it or not, we are already at war with the Left. And to be on point, they have been at open war with us for generations. It is not like we started it. It is up to us to finish it on our terms.
2) Once a war has started, the rules start over. All previous agreements are dead. In political terms, there is no Social Contract or treaty regulating conduct.
3) It comes down, at the very least, that whatever they do to you, you can and should do back to them and if possible do it more effectively. That is the basis of things until one side or the other is defeated and a new Social Contract is agreed to or imposed.
4) They started it. Whoever wins will finish it. Those are the blunt facts and cannot be realistically avoided. If it can be settled politically and economically, cool. But the Left has already resorted to violence, violations of the law, and of the Constitution. We must be ready and willing to meet like with like.
5) And yes, I already know that I am not a nice person.
Subotai Bahadur
No, you’re a nice person.
Me, I want to crush all the socialists, drive them before me, and hear the lamentations of their women — both the real ones and the fake ones.
But I know you’ve heard that before.
Yes, the LEFT did start the boycotting of companies so now it’s OUR TURN! But really, I’ve been boycotting Coke, Starsucks, nike, nfl, nba, and many other LEFTIST organizations and added buttlight to the list! When the LEFT begins to WHINE that we’re playing economic warfare they should be reminded that YOU STARTED THIS! I used to tell my stupid friends “Look, I don’t want to sound stupid, but since you started it”! I’ve switched to Modelo – very nice taste! AND Modelo is NOT and AB brand in the USA!
Hey, if you drink Bud or Bud Light you have no taste anyway.
We also need to see some shareholder’s lawsuits, for breech of fiduciary duty. These companies are trying to get good ESG scores so their stock options are valuable. Boycotts and shareholders lawsuits.
Similarly we need to see lawsuits against hospitals and physicians that mutilate children.
The left never sleeps. They will never, ever leave us alone.
“It is the common fate of the indolent [*] to see their rights become a prey to the active [**]. The condition upon which God hath given liberty to man is eternal vigilance; which condition if he break, servitude [***] is at once the consequence of his crime and the punishment of his guilt.” John Philpot Curran (1750- 1817).
In other words, you better fight-&-defend or all those hard-earned freedoms will be taken without a moment’s notice. And as recent evidence, look at how governors and their staffs acted during the COVID-19 lockdown
* The indolent – those who may complain (Keyboard Cowboys) but yet won’t take action even when informed that forming your own citizen-led initiatives (running for school board as an example) to counter the left
** The active – experience has taught that the left has a never-ending list of stupid, freedom-depriving ideas; the left will NEVER leave us alone. Green New Deal; elimination of 1st Am., 2d Am., mail-in voting, shut-down orders, and on and on
*** Servitude – comes in a variety of forms, from detention (jail, stay-at-home orders) to economic deprivation via regulations (which always result in bigger government, higher prices for goods/services and greater unemployment) to increased taxation

Thank you for recognizing the rampant economic slavery that exists in the United States.
Gives Silver Bullet an entirely new connotation.
I understand some of them light up now.
Oh. Sorry. Not a beer drinker. Got my brands and my slogans mixed up.
Another idea. When buying beer let the seller know you decided that you find the Pee Wee Herman spokesit offensive and you decided not to buy Europeweizer beer.
Here is another one. I war you that it is vulgar.

I don’t always drink with queers, but when I do, I prefer Budweiser.
Honestly, in every single picture I see of the guy, he looks like he’s about to start screaming and pealing his own skin off.
I get it that it’s all to keep Blackrock from blacklisting them, but “Photoshoot by Jigsaw” cannot be the first thing they want people to think when they think Budweiser.
Trans/neo/quasi/pseudo/sim or trans/social? In any case, it seems that trans/homos (cisgender) have lost ground, as People of Black before them, and People of Female before them, and People of Baby or Fetal-Baby before them, and albinophobia (e.g. Rainbow rhetoric, symbols, and parades) is progressive.
The transgender spectrum is inclusive, but not equitable (e.g. political congruence or “=”). Liberals think that they can abort the baby, cannibalize her profitable parts, sequester her carbon, and have her, too. Diversity is Inequity, Exclusion (DIE). Normalize, tolerate, or reject?
Not a Bud or any commercial beer drinker but if did would just as quick as did with Gillette stop cold turkey.
Gen Z rules in the culture. It would be easier to trust their judgments and decisions if they were not so dumb, conformist, narcissistic, anxious, impersonal, and extremely prone to manipulation. They wreak havoc without any regard to what follows. Take away the phone and they are zombies.
Of course, not all, but far, far too many. And it’s not just Gen Z. It seems like it’s gone too far that not even an monumental event can change the dynamic, but, increasingly, it seems like that is what it will take.
The trans movement, one hopes, will destroy itself with its excesses. It could not be satisfied with human and civil rights, but seeks to deprive the rights of others.
Gussie is rolling in his grave.
Lest we forget, it’s not just Bud.
Jack Daniel’s Facing Boycott Calls over 2021 Drag Queen Campaign
Somebody really soured the mash with that.
The ad is an older one, but the company still supports it.
I would like to boycott Budweiser but it tastes so bad that I haven’t had any of it in at least 20 years – and that time I was at a party where there was no other beer available.
A man masquerading as a woman seems a perfect figurehead for a can of water masquerading as a beer. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Aren’t Lia Thomas and Dylan Mulvaney doing the gender identity equivalent of Black face?
Not sure about Thomas but Mulvaney certainly is. His “girl” act encompasses every over the top stereotype of young women out there and is not remotely flattering.
I see it completely equivalent to black face…. the really old school blackface in entertainment that also played on the worst stereotypes of black people imaginable.
Because watching an anorexic tranny prance around always makes you want to pop the top on a cold one?
WTF
Oh they don’t care. They don’t care if they go broke, they’ll just sell themselves short. Queer men don’t care about business, that’s the furthest thing from their minds.
Walsh’s idea is worth trying, but I don’t think Bud Light is the right target.
The gigantic globalist corporation that owns Anheuser-Busch is the largest brewer in the universe with over 400 brands. They are not going to discontinue Bud Light. But even if they did, it would be a rounding error in the firm’s global consolidated results.
Sure, if Bud Light sales tank hard as a result of a boycott then hopefully the idiot Bud Light marketing manager responsible for this stunt will lose her job. Fine. But I think you want the pain from a boycott to be severely felt and widespread. You want as many “stakeholders” of the company as possible to feel pain: stockholders/owners; creditors; suppliers; executives; rank and file employees; etc.
There’s a concept called “risk of ruin” in some areas of corporate finance.
You want to pick a smallish target where the “risk of ruin” from a boycott is real. The firm’s ability to survive financial ruin comes into question.
Bud Light’s corporate parent is just way too big.
I can’t imagine that people who choose to avoid Bud are going to stop at “Lite.” They’re going to avoid anything with the AB company name prominent on it. Plus, Joe Sixpack isn’t going to risk his buddies laughing at him for that drinking “gay beer.” And Walter Woke drinks kombucha and Zima exclusively.
drinkamerican.us/anheuser-busch-brands/
The above is an older list of product lines. Bigger market share names on the list:
Bud and Bud light
Michelob
Busch
Rolling Rock
King Cobra
O’Douls
They also have importation and distribution rights or
Becks, Lowenbrau, Stella Artois and Bass Ale among many others. Again this is an older list I found.
Plenty of alternatives for those products exist as well as stock purchases. As a young stock broker I was taught to sell using Budweiser as the pitch, ‘Budweiser is recession proof; when times are good people drink b/c they are happy, when times are bad they drink b/c they have the blues and every quarter BUD pays you a dividend’. I can’t honestly say how many thousands of shares of BUD I sold starting out two or three hundred at a time so this hits home for me.
I’ve never liked the Bud nor Michelob, so I don’t drink them and cannot boycott them. I saw the list of their brands, however, and noted that Stella Artois is one of them. I like Stella – correction: I liked Stella. But not any more. I shall never buy another one.
We know A-B is much larger than Bud Light. This is a corporate boycott, not just a brand. Budweiser makes up more than 10% of Anheuser-Busch revenues. They’ll feel it.
Another avenue to bring pressure to bear is going to the various charities these big corporations donate to via a letter writing campaign. Warn the charities to start cutting ties with these woke corporations or lose small donors and the public support for their programs.
Sucks that this is an option we need to even think about but the lines are being formed and sides taken. The culture wars are becoming all inclusive and not by the choice of the center/right. I would much prefer to be left alone but instead we are overrun with propaganda narratives. That cuts more than one way if the center/right so chooses.
You have to have a set of balls to pretend to be a woman these daze… 🙂
Anheuser Busch is now owned by a Belgium based conglomerate InBev.
That was more concerned with their DEI score, than their blue collar customers.
They did not expect any push back, which is why they have gone radio silence with no instagram posts since the fiasco.
Belgium placed a big role in the production of beer. Budis made by a Belgian company?
My how the mighty have fallen.
Bud is owned by a Belgian company. The beer is made here.
They didn’t chose just any trans but the most vile, insulting, narcissistic P O s that ever existed.
Another data point supporting the thesis that psychopaths zoom to the top of their chosen fields because they will do things to get there that more normal people won’t.
Trad America still lives on in the gray market.
The fact that Dylan M takes a penis in his a$$ tells me everything I need to know about Budweiser.
I don’t drink that swill, nor do I take dïck in the a$$, so I don’t worry about either one.
I had to laugh when Bongino said “getting it from both ends”
Isn’t that what the tiktok dude does for a living.?
Townhall has it wrong.
“Dylan Mulvaney, the man who made millions becoming a woman, as the spokesperson.”
Sorry, he is not a woman, he is merely a caricature of what he thinks a woman is.
He’s playing a part. And found a paying audience.
Sometimes we’ve gotta take the bad with the good of capitalism
All transwomen are. Back in the day when trannies had to actually get a psychological evaluation (Instead of the way it is now; psychologists/psychiatrists are required BY LAW in many jurisdictions to rubber stamp the .mentally ill person’s self-diagnosis) a man who thought he was a woman would be interviewed by a female mental health professional. Of the ones who have spoken out (many are afraid to for fear of losing licenses) they said these people are not women trapped in a man’s body. They had no clue what it would be like to actually be a woman. Instead they had a caricature of a woman in their head derived from pop culture.
Every single time.
Matt Walsh is correct, Conservatives are terrible at boycotts.
Remember all the anger a Dicks Sporting Goods when they decided to stop selling guns back in 2019? DKS stock was about $40/share at the time. Numerous articles and blog posts (maybe even here) were written about the coming backlash from conservatives and the stock dropped a bit in the ensuing months.
Today, DKS sits at $138 making it one of he best performing stocks of the last 4 years.
We sure showed them!!
Still haven’t gone to Dick’s, Target, buy no product where liberals removed blacks and native Americans as icons of the brand (Land O’Lakes, Aunt Jemima. Uncle Bens) and will not buy AB products. No Nike. No to Adidas and Gillette,
I am not concerned about others. I am only concerned that I have a line that I will not cross.
He is one bad looking woman!!!!
Start with pressing grocery chains in red states to confirm they will only stock patriotic goods. If a beer or soda or razor company insults their customers remove the products from the stores. And advertise loudly about each such decision.
