FBI Searching Biden’s Delaware Vacation Home for Classified Documents
The FBI discussed searching this house after classified documents were found at Biden’s private Delaware home.
FBI agents started a search on President Joe Biden’s vacation home in Rehoboth Beach, DE, to search for more classified documents.
The FBI has no warrant, and Biden consented to the search. From Fox News:
“Today, with the President’s full support and cooperation, the DOJ is conducting a planned search of his home in Rehoboth, Delaware. Under DOJ’s standard procedures, in the interests of operational security and integrity, it sought to do this work without advance public notice, and we agreed to cooperate,” [Biden attorney Bob] Bauer said in a statement.
“The search today is a further step in a thorough and timely DOJ process we will continue to fully support and facilitate. We will have further information at the conclusion of today’s search,” he added.
Sources confirmed to Fox News that FBI agents are on the premises and will be until a search is complete. There is no warrant.

The DOJ and FBI spotted Biden’s WH and outside counsels 2 1/2 months to scour his joints, scrub them clean in order to grab a headline for the media to spin.
What to make of this? Will the DOJ and FBI allow all defendants or suspects time to destroy evidence before they ask for permission to search your premises and no search warrants are required?

Is there any doubt that the FBI’s post-search reports were written and reviewed before the search? Probably sometime in Nov 2022. The reports will have details of their intensive and exhaustive search of the premises. The DOJ’s official findings and recommendations will be fact-based and authoritative.

I think it is the fact that Biden passed the 2 year mark – the magic point where Kamala Harris can run for 2 full terms even if Joey fails to complete his. KH and her minions are probably talking to the Media like tweety birds.
I don’t believe Kamala Harris can be elected as president even with massive cheating—so two years max for her. It appears to me that Democrats in general and the powers behind the scenes do not want to pin their hopes on her either.

It is being reported that “no documents with classified markings were found”. Even I know that that is not the same as “no classified documents were found”. On another note, The FBI should search ALL Biden family members residences and offices.

Yes. When you review classified documents it is normally done in a very secure place. Not sure how Presidents and Vice Presidents see documents but everyone else goes in a place called a Sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF). The document security people bring the documents in to the room knowing exactly what went in. You sign in to the room. You leave all electronics outside.
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COPY THE INFORMATION ON A PAD AND TAKE IT OUTSIDE. IT’S THE INFORMATION THAT IS SECRET, NOT THE PAPER.

No word on how many tons of shredded paper they found, or how much the lawyers who ‘cleaned’ the site first were paid.

Careful choice of words, they used documents. There could be material that aren’t documents, hard drives, flash drives, photos.
How nice that they waited over a week after searching his home while he lounged around the beach house unsupervised while his lawyers searched for anything incriminating and “immediately notified the DOJ for full transparency”.
