New Analysis Suggests COVID Spread ‘Virulently’ in Wuhan in Summer of 2019
British press looking at a 2018 proposal showing the US and Chinese scientists planned to create a brand new coronavirus at the Wuhan lab.
The COVID-19 pandemic timeline may bet getting a significant adjustment after the publication of a new report.
According to cyber security analysts from Australia, laboratories in Wuhan, China, ordered a substantial number of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests and associated equipment in the second half of 2019. The purchases indicate that Covid-19 was “spreading virulently” in the area as early as the summer of 2019, months before the government officially reported the first case to the World Health Organization (WHO).
Data compiled by Internet 2.0, an Australian cyber security company, found that the Chinese government spent nearly twice the amount on PCR tests — used to detect certain viruses — in 2019, compared to the previous year. While China procured the PCR equipment for 36.7m yuan (£4.1mn) in 2018, it spent 67.7m yuan (£7.6m) in 2019.
The report also found that the total PCR procurement contracts rose from 89 in 2018 to 135 in 2019.
The “notable, significant and abnormal” increase in purchases was mainly from four institutions — the People’s Liberation Army [PLA] Airborne Army Hospital, the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the Wuhan University of Science and Technology, and the Hubei Province Districts Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The analysts assert that the data indicates Chinese authorities addressed a coronavirus outbreak earlier than December or an increased focus on virological and pandemic research in Wuhan laboratories.
“You can see across the trend that, starting in May and all the way through to December, you see a massive increase in PCR procurement data. Some of this may be benign but taken together it gives us a trend that comprehensively challenges the official narrative that the pandemic started in December,” Cybersecurity analyst Robert Potter, who recovered the data, told The Australian.
“It also shows there’s a significant amount of procurement from the government level, the PLA and the Centre for Disease Control, as well as sensitive laboratories that are in the Hubei province.”
Former director of U.S. National Intelligence John Ratcliffe also told the news outlet that the increased purchase of PCR equipment in Wuhan in 2019 is significant.
“I think there’s more than just smoke here, I think there’s fire from a whole bunch of different sources,” he said. “I think that would be another compelling piece of evidence, if you need more. I don’t need more.”
Tied to this information is a report I had touched on last month mentioning a surfaced 2018 grant proposal showing that Wuhan scientists planned to release enhanced airborne coronaviruses into the Chinese bat populations. This proposal is now making its way through the British media, as The Telegraph article reviewing the project shows.
A genetics expert working with the World Health Organisation (WHO), who uncovered the plan after studying the proposals in detail, said that if Sars-CoV-2 had been produced in this way, it would explain why a close match has never been found in nature.
So far the closest naturally occurring virus to Sars-CoV-2 is a strain called Banal-52, which was reported from Laos last month and shares 96.8 per cent of the genome. Yet scientists expect a direct ancestor to be around a 99.98 per cent match – and none has been found so far.
The [US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency] Darpa proposals, leaked to the pandemic origins analysis group Drastic, show the team had planned to take sequences from naturally occurring coronaviruses and use them to create a brand new sequence that was an average of all the strains.
The Daily Mail also reported the expert’s assessment of the proposal.
The WHO expert told The Telegraph that the process detailed in the application would create ‘a new virus sequence, not a 100 per cent match to anything.’
‘They would then synthesise the viral genome from the computer sequence, thus creating a virus genome that did not exist in nature but looks natural as it is the average of natural viruses.
‘Then they put that RNA in a cell and recover the virus from it.
‘This creates a virus that has never existed in nature, with a new ‘backbone’ that didn’t exist in nature but is very, very similar as it’s the average of natural backbones,’ the expert said.
British zoologist Peter Daszak of EcoHealth Alliance, the US-based organization, made the bid. His company has worked closely with the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), researching bat coronaviruses.
The WHO source who provided the analysis for the UK Telegraph revealed that he had raised a lab leak issue with other scientists and had been warned not to go on the record with his concerns.

Ty Leslie… I have felt that the virus was spreading much earlier. Anecdotal experience on a cruise, Nov/Dec 2019. That trip had a huge number of Chinese nationals, there was a huge amount of illness, to the point where they started washing down the walls. To this day I wonder.
We were in Hawaii in Dec 2019 and after that trip we were feeling like hell boiled over; fatigue that went on for a long time.
The ER doc at my gym locally was saying he was seeing cases in the ER before it was officially here and they could not diagnose it because the CDC controlled the tests and the flow of information.
Good thing this wasn’t a nuclear explosion that required a robot built to specs to remove uranium off a roof top…where the robot was built below spec because the government hid the truth. Oh wait… more people have died here than from Chernobyl. Again due to governments lying.
In the flu season before covid, my school had an insane number of kids out due to a flu-like illness where they were pretty sick for about a week and a half. All of them I talked to tested negative for flu. I had a similar sickness at the same time and tested negative for flu. Might be why my “delta variant” timed infection was extremely mild.
I’ve heard similar things from teachers at other schools and it makes me wonder.

Funding gain of function research (bioweapons research) at a Chinese Communist military bioweapons lab is treason, the only criminal law that is defined in the Constitution itself.
As for legislated law, Fauci funded the Chinese bioweapons research to get around the efforts of Congress to block him from pursuing this research at all. He probably broke a hundred laws and regulations.

I still think that the Wuhan Coronavirus entered the country in fall of 2019. There was a bad strain of what was thought to be a cold that was around in October-November-December that year (I had it in November), and the symptoms were very similar to what is now considered a mild case of Coronavirus. Lingering symptoms lasted for close to a month.

I caught a “cold” from someone who visited NYC in November 2019. they were young and healthy.
I had taken a course of cortisteriods about 70 days before this for allergy. It never settled in my lungs then.
After I got over what I thought was the unrelated diarrhea (Which no one knew was a symptom then) I started to feel bad. just worse and worse.
By about two weeks later I was so ill I called the VA medical line. The nurse told me to go to the VA ER, doctor’s appointments were so backed up. Good thing I did, my Triponin level was seven times higher than normal, Like I was having a heart attack.
I think the heart inflammation set off what happens naturally in my family. All the arteries to my heart muscles, not the main arteries, clogged up. I had quadruple bypass.
Doctors were amazed how fast I recovered. I had a condition that saved me though. I live in an old mining area, and the water is full of iron. My body said “Screw you, I’m not absorbing iron anymore” and my hemoglobin level was 6.7, instead of 14 like an adult make should be. Very thin blood.
So it was a collision of an overseas pharmacy sending me a too strong cortisteriod, I had no money to buy another, and super thin blood saved me.
There are reports that Wuhan hospital parking lots can be seen filling up in late September and early October 2019 on satellite photos (Commercial ones, available to anyone.) quite clearly, so they think that was when it started. Along with rumors Wuhan area officials trying to hide it from Beijing too.
Unfortunately those folks aren’t available for comment now. Died of COVID you know. If they had a Western autopsy, I think “Sudden Acute Lead Poisoning” behind the right ear would be listed as a supplemental cause. Luckily no one has the bodies.
China didn’t deliberately release this, you know they’d never want to take the blame for it.. They could care less about people, they got way too many now. They’d release it in another country, like Japan or South Korea, who they hate and blame them.
I also think the military there was behind funding, for future Biowarfare experiments later. No one wants a weapon that kills mostly the old, and the sick and weak (Comorbidities), that is useless. This is probably just Chinese good quality shining through once again. Just another screwup.
They are sure the first known US case was in Washington state. Someone brought it by plane. The Chinese made sure it went worldwide by announcing the Wuhan lock down, but letting people fly out on international flights. You couldn’t travel inside China though.
So they let it out deliberately. they figured they’d recover first, and screw the rest of the world. Not knowing it was already out.
I had COVID again I think, I was driving my old neighbor around to her CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) appointments in May 2020. She got ill the next day, and tested positive for it. I had a fever for a day, felt poorly for three, recovered. I never got a test, they were telling folks don’t test unless gravely ill, we are short on tests, back then.
I hadn’t made the connection yet to the virus, and figured a Type 2 Diabetic with quadruple bypass should stay away from hospitals and no get the virus, the hospitals were overwhelmed with cases.
I got the Moderna shot, I never had a positive test, and I figured it won’t take a chance. The “Delta Variant” went through my work about three weeks ago. The guy I was working with went out the next day. It’s very loud where I work, so we are basically yelling at each other at arm’s length. Nothing, not a sniffle. Bunch of other people went out, are all back now.

Maybe they bought PCR equipment because they were working on dangerous viruses and they knew an escape was likely. Or maybe a virus did escape back then and had to evolve a bit in humans to turn into the pandemic virus. Or maybe there were 2 lab escapes in Wuhan of related coronaviruses – one in early 2019 and one in September.
