Hunter Biden Pursued ‘Lasting and Lucrative’ Deals With Chinese Private Energy

The New York Post keeps rolling out the Hunter Biden emails! I wonder if Twitter and Facebook will block the latest article.

Emails show that Hunter wanted to have “lasting and lucrative” deals with the top Chinese private energy company, which would bring in tens of millions for his family.

The company was CEFC China Energy Co. based in Shanghai. Chairman Ye Jianming vanished in 2018 after Chinese authorities took him into custody.

CEFC went bankrupt in early 2020.

Expectations With CEFC

The emails take place in 2017:

One email sent to Biden on May 13, 2017, with the subject line “Expectations,” included details of “remuneration packages” for six people involved in an unspecified business venture.

Biden was identified as “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC,” an apparent reference to the former Shanghai-based conglomerate CEFC China Energy Co.

His pay was pegged at “850” and the email also noted that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.”

A provisional agreement stated that four people would split 80% of the new company’s shares. Initials identified the four people, which correspond with the four people involved in the email: H, RW, JG, and TB.

There was also 10 for Jim and “10 held by H for the big guy.” The emails did not identify this big guy.

Hudson West Flowchart

The hard drive obtained by The New York Post contained a photo from August 1, 2017, of a “flowchart of ‘Hudson West’ split 50/50 between two entities ultimately controlled by Hunter Biden and someone identified as ‘Chairman.'”

https://nypost.com/2020/10/15/emails-reveal-how-hunter-biden-tried-to-cash-in-big-with-chinese-firm/

Reports stated that “a company called Hudson West III opened a line of credit in September 2017.” Hunter, along with his Uncle James Biden and wife Sara, used credit cards connected to this account “to purchase more than $100,000 ‘worth of extravagant items, including airline tickets and multiple items at Apple Inc. stores, pharmacies, hotels and restaurants.'”

The company dissolved. Owasco PC, Hunter’s law firm, “was one of two owners.”

Flowchart Connected to Deal With CEFC?

The photo could have something to do with an email chain dated August 2, 2017. Hunter emailed about a deal with Ye (emphasis mine):

Another email — sent by Biden as part of an Aug. 2, 2017, chain — involved a deal he struck with the since-vanished chairman of CEFC, Ye Jianming, for half-ownership of a holding company that was expected to provide Biden with more than $10 million a year.

Ye, who had ties to the Chinese military and intelligence service, hasn’t been seen since being taken into custody by Chinese authorities in early 2018, and CEFC went bankrupt earlier this year, according to reports.

Biden wrote that Ye had sweetened the terms of an earlier, three-year consulting contract with CEFC that was to pay him $10 million annually “for introductions alone.”

“The chairman changed that deal after we me[t] in MIAMI TO A MUCH MORE LASTING AND LUCRATIVE ARRANGEMENT to create a holding company 50% percent [sic] owned by ME and 50% owned by him,” Biden wrote.

“Consulting fees is one piece of our income stream but the reason this proposal by the chairman was so much more interesting to me and my family is that we would also be partners inn [sic] the equity and profits of the JV’s [joint venture’s] investments.”

September 2017: “Attorney Engagement Letter”

An “Attorney Engagement Letter” came to be in September 2017 between Chi Ping Patrick Ho, a top lieutenant to Ye and former Hong Kong official, and Hunter:

The documents obtained by The Post also include an “Attorney Engagement Letter” executed in September 2017 in which one of Ye’s top lieutenants, former Hong Kong government official Chi Ping Patrick Ho, agreed to pay Biden a $1 million retainer for “Counsel to matters related to US law and advice pertaining to the hiring and legal analysis of any US Law Firm or Lawyer.”

Ho had some criminal problems in America:

In December 2018, a Manhattan federal jury convicted Ho in two schemes to pay $3 million in bribes to high-ranking government officials in Africa for oil rights in Chad and lucrative business deals in Uganda.

Ho served a three-year prison sentence and was deported to Hong Kong in June.

Comments

It really seems like this was not Hunter’s first rodeo.

DNC line Nothing to see here folk.

Yes, Twitter has blocked this article too. As well as people just writing about the article and Twitter’s censorship – see Dana Loesch.

I don’t think the emails aren’t Hunter Biden’s, but all the pictures that have been released show him in front of the camera. Makes me think this was a setup. Hunter is known to like Eastern European escorts so, perhaps, this is payback from one Oleg Deripaska. It wouldn’t be hard to send Hunter a couple girls, get him high on crack, clone his laptop then steal the original laptop. And during all the fun, they takes lots of pictures of him in compromising situations. Hunter wouldn’t know the difference. Then months later “someone” (notice the computer repair store owner has only ever said “someone” and never Hunter Biden) drops off the computer, leaves it abandoned and here we are.

Maybe the computer repair store owner is in on it? Looking for images on a leftover computer, okay. Finding all kinds of emails and having the wherewithal to make multiple copies for the FBI, Rudy, and however many others? That seems suspect, but it doesn’t matter. The game is afoot.

Cloning a hard drive is easy……. very easy. Anyone repairing a PC would first make every attempt possible to preserve the data. And of course, they would have to look in random directories to validate the data was preserved properly. That is all what you’d expect from a PC repair shop……. now the PC being abandoned is unusual….. and the owner contacting the FBI is unusual (not unusual that the FBI did nothing with the info)….. and the info making it’s way to Giuliani is unusual. Normally abandoned equipment would be destroyed, or wiped clean and sold as used. Must be some good stuff still to come from the NY Post.

Why would you think the emails aren’t Hunter’s? Biden hasn’t said they aren’t, and Hunter hasn’t been heard from.

The level of corruption in the upper tier of the Dim party is staggering. And the degree to which they’ve been able to project their sins upon Trump boggles the mind.

“Russia collusion?” Invented by Cankles and based on a “dossier” that was produced by… you guessed it… colluding with the Russians. All intended to cover her corruption in taking hundreds of millions into her “foundation”, from foreign entities while she was SecState.

“Impeachment hoax?” Now we see that Biden did the exact thing they accused Trump of doing, with the added scandal that his family was grifting billions from overseas. Yes, with a “b”.

The “press” that covers this shit up, and in some cases participates in promulgating the lies, are truly enemies of the republic and should be treated as such.

Corruption is one thing, but when you try to destroy the sitting POTUS and give aid to our enemies in their attempts to overthrow our government, it becomes Treason. And make no mistake, the Communists are behind these efforts to undermine our country, and the vile Dims are playing right into it, in their quest for power.

Somebody remind me again, what’s the penalty for Treason?

Twitter (and Facebook) are now shutting down access from their platforms to Trump’s campaign site, as well as numerous other Republican sites across the government that are all involved in the upcoming election, news releases, etc. At what point does this become election interference? Being that these are “pass through” news sites exempted via paragraph 230, at what point do they become criminally liable for preventing commerce, for censorship, for clearly working for the Biden campaign, etc.? Somehow there must be something illegal going on here. I am but a simple chemist so could someone please answer these legal questions for me? Thanks.

they’re actions clearly backfired in their face. There needs to be detailed exposes of how much money these companies who have given to all elected officials and their staffs.
I have a feeling the tentacles are very long and will implicate many powerful people.

      tom_swift in reply to buck61. | October 15, 2020 at 1:02 pm

Long tentacles evidently aren’t a problem. Contrast the crimes we already know about vs. the number of indictments. America is definitely the land of opportunity for those crooked enough to grab some while they can get away with it.

Hey, the man has expenses. All those hookers, blow and being a baby daddy or two or? costs a LOT of money. And there are all the costs of covering up the goings on. It takes a LOT of money.

Hunter’s baby mommas might be heading back into court after finding out how much money he has made, those child support payments might be going up.

There were more than a few “Republicans” who walked away from politics when PDJT won. The corruption on both sides needs to be exposed and anyone who took part in it or willfully allowed it needs to be prosecuted. The latest biden story is going to get worse. The bidens were trying to out do the clintons, and would have gotten away with it, except she lost. Now they all lose.

The unLincoln Project sleazebags make me want to puke. Conservatives, my @ss. They are 100% political establishment and continuing the money gravytrain rolling for themselves and their friends.

Leave Hunter out of this. He’s the child of a presidential candidate, so he’s off-limits. Say, did you hear that Barron … .

I am impressed by the complexity of that flow chart, amazing work for a Biden!

There are only a few reasons one would be obligated to call the authorities while servicing a computer. I’m assuming Hunter has an Anthony Weiner problem and it ain’t Hillary’s emails.
