California General Election Ballots Have Been Duplicated, Misprinted, Trashed, and Sent to the Dead
So California Gov. Newsom’s executive order is working as expected!!!
Using the coronavirus pandemic as an excuse, California Governor Gavin Newsom mandated that all registered voters in the state receive a ballot via mail for the General Election.
Now that the Nov. 3rd election is approaching rapidly, it’s time to check how the approach is fairing.
To begin with, the dead are receiving ballots. A Redondo Beach man received an official ballot for his deceased parents.
Millions of California residents are receiving mail-in ballots for the Nov. 3 election, including Redondo Beach resident Tom Thompson and his parents.
The only problem is that Thompson’s parents have been dead for more than a decade.
“I am the son, and I’m getting these officials ballots for people who passed away many years ago,” Thompson said. “Why is this happening?”
So Thompson took to social media in hopes of spurring an investigation.

It turns out nearly 350,000 dead registrants remain on voter rolls across 41 states, according to an audit conducted by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF).
The number is a major improvement over the last time an assessment of similar scope was performed in 2012, when a Pew Research report turned up 2 million deceased voters on the rolls.
…With less than two months left before Election Day in November, the report is a major contribution to the argument about mail-in voting. Supporters of vote-by-mail say it is more essential than ever in 2020 due to concerns about the spread of COVID-19. Opponents say universal mail-in ballots open the door for fraud and undermine confidence in the outcome of the election.
“The timing is critical. Partisan advocates have fought for automatic vote-by-mail systems in which all registered voters are sent ballots. These efforts must assume the voter rolls are accurate enough to sustain this sort of radical transformation to how we conduct elections. They are not,” PILF President J. Christian Adams wrote in the introduction to the report.
Additionally, there are worries that thousands of duplicate ballots are being sent.
[A]n election watchdog group, Election Integrity Project California believes some of those ballots are going to the same person, the wrong person, or even dead people.
Ellen Swensen is the chief analyst with EIPCa. She says California has always had a problem with its voter registration database.
“Now it’s been exacerbated because the state is sending all these people a ballot, and when you have messy lists and universal vote by mail it’s a recipe for disaster,” Swensen said.
EIPCa bought the voter registration list from VoteCal in august. It contained voter registration information for more than 20 million Californians.
In Kern County alone they found duplicate entries from nearly 2,500 people.
Swensen believes 2,379 people will get two ballots from Kern County, 18 will get three, and six people will get four ballots because they have duplicate voter registration IDs within the database.
Indeed, there are already reports of duplicate ballots.

This is great news. I live in California. I received duplicate ballots for my husband and I and a third set for a granddaughter who@moved out of state. Even this is rife for voter fraud. How does California check to make sure that you don’t mail in a ballot and then vote

The Los Angeles County Registrar on Tuesday, Oct. 6, mailed new ballots to at least 2,100 Woodland Hills residents, who a day before received faulty ballots with duplicate options for a proposition — but with no opportunity to vote for president.
The ballots came in the mail Monday — the first day of a massive first-time effort to send vote-by-mail ballots to the county’s 5.6 million registered voters in the lead-up to the Nov. 3 General Election.
Ballots from Twentynine Palms and Joshua Tree, the area around the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, were found in the trash.
A citizen told San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputies with the Morongo Basin Station that they found the discarded incoming mail, including voter ballots, in the 6500 block of Winters Road in Joshua Tree. More discarded mail was found in the 6500 block of Encelia Avenue in neighboring Twentynine Palms.
…All the residents with mailboxes in the area were contacted by deputies, and no more victims were found, authorities said. The case has been forwarded to the United States Postal Inspector for further investigation.
In conclusion, all is proceeding exactly as most Legal Insurrection fans have foreseen. As for me, I am going to take my ballot to the polling place and vote by a poll.
It’s the only way to be sure.

Massive ballot irregularities in California are to be expected. California stopped being a Republic when ballot harvesting and a one party system was adopted.
So angry more people aren’t angry about this. Millions of people do not care, do not know they should care, never think about how bad this is. The media and alleged education system are destroying this country on purpose.
The (D) party cannot stand on its own merit. It must lie and cheat or else they’d never get into power.
And what do you think we can do about it? All we can do is vote, contact a representative, complain to the bosses … and as one who has done my share … in CA … it’s like pissin’ in the wind.

Well one certainty following the disaster nationwide of registration and ballot processing is that the issues have come to the fore. No more ignoring the problems or pretending that they don’t exist or are rare.
Especially since post November 3rd the d/progressive bloc will be fighting tooth and nail to accept and tabulate ballots that don’t pass normal scrutiny, all in the name of Rona.
The d/progressive bloc will have to stipulate that the ballots don’t comply with normal elections laws in order to proceed to making the ‘but we should count them anyway because Rona/2020 is hard’ argument.
Assuming a Trump and r sweep, the ballot integrity and registration roll issues just might get fixed as a result of the d/progressive bloc over the top, naked, in full public view partisanship over these issues. Here’s to hoping.

However, we receive his ballot every election. Every election we call and let them know he moved out of state long ago. One look at the election workers tells you all you need to know. MIL died, we still received her ballot 3 years later. Would like to know how the SS Administration knows down to the second when she died, cut off her monthly SS check before her body was cold. Why can’t Election officials be that efficient?

Even though we had submitted the paperwork to be removed from the CA voter rolls three years ago with our county recorder just like clockwork our ballots were mailed. We have many friends in AZ that also surprisingly received their CA ballots. So yes there is a major potential for people to commit fraud.
Every unscrupulous recipient of those mail votes to past voters will be filled out and send in.
Imagine what will be the result of the Leftist’s plan when it is a true democratic popular vote with no bearing to states.
Maybe some good can come out of this; once President Trump is reelected, and people are able to see what a disaster the election was, there could be momentum to put safeguards in place for future elections….of course, democrats will fight it….

Efforts of some states to put term limits on federal representatives and senators were stopped by federal courts. The courts determined that the rules regarding federal elective offices were not within the jurisdiction of the states.
Why can’t this principle be applied to the entire process of the election of federal officials, allowing the federal government to take over the election process for federal offices, including voter registration? I’m not saying this is necessarily a wise thing to do, but if a Republican administration, backed by a Republican-controlled Congress, could threaten such action if (certain) states don’t clean up their acts. Such a threat may cause those states to take action.

Easily done. There are two basic hurdles, political will and funding.
In order to clean up elections the first step, IMO, is to create a new federal election voter registration database. This database would be cross checked with data from social security, postal service and IRS for address and deaths. Additionally it would need direct funding to states to receive death certificate information. Finally it would need DoJ and INS inputs to screen out felon and non US citizens. Citizens go to the post office and register.
Those cross checks would likely be enough to severely limit if not eliminate shenanigans. This would be a Federal database, owned and operated by the Feds used for elections to Federal offices.
The states could get a copy to help clean up their own registration database. It could also be used by those bringing suits against states and locality who refuse to comply with the maintenance provisions of motor voter.

Yep. I received a ballot for someone who hasn’t lived in CA since 2011 and hasn’t had my PO Box since 2008. She now lives in Louisiana and has since at least 2015.
