VIDEO: Anti-Trump Mob Attacks and Taunts Conservative Students at Binghamton University
Threw materials on the ground, demanded conservatives leave: “At various points, members of the mob start chanting: “F*** Trump,” and “No justice, no peace. No racist police.”
Students from the College Republicans and Turning Point USA were exhibiting on the campus of Binghamton University in New York, when they suddenly found themselves surrounded by an angry mob.
The video, which is posted below, shows students yelling obscenities at them and throwing their materials on the ground.
Frank Camp of the Daily Wire has details:
SHOCKING VIDEO: Conservative Students Harassed And Intimidated By Leftist Student Mob
On Thursday, conservative students affiliated with the College Republicans and Turning Point USA (TPUSA) at Binghamton University in New York were harassed and intimidated by a massive mob of activists.
The groups were “tabling” side-by-side in a public space on campus, according to John Restuccia, president of the College Republicans.
While the College Republicans were handing out flyers for an upcoming speech by famed economist Dr. Arthur Laffer sponsored by the Young America’s Foundation (YAF), the individuals at the TPUSA table were handing out buttons and posters pertaining to conservative political ideology.
Restuccia left to attend a class, but was later called back to the site due to the burgeoning protest. He dialed the State University Police and headed over…
In the video, one activist attempts to dismantle the College Republicans/TPUSA set up, throwing buttons and posters to the ground, and flipping the table.
“Pack this s*** up. It’s time to go,” she says, grabbing and tossing property from the table…
At various points, members of the mob start chanting: “F*** Trump,” and “No justice, no peace. No racist police.”
Here’s the video. Strong language warning:
Lacey Kestecher of Turning Point USA who was at the scene, told Campus Reform that this incident has changed the way she lives on campus and not in a good way:
“The police said to me yesterday when I was leaving, ‘if you’re going to walk around, don’t go through the middle of campus… [and] have somebody with you at all times,’” Kestecher told Campus Reform. She also reports that since Wednesday’s incident she “definitely [has] a new view on campus.”
“I thought I knew liberalism but then I came here,” she said.
“I don’t feel safe at all,” she said. “If I’m gonna walk, I have to have a guy with me… if I need to go out I need to text somebody to be with me at all times. Even walking certain floors on the building I’m being careful because some of the people who are just insane and unhinged live on the lower levels and I don’t know what to expect from them. I do not feel safe at all on this campus right now,” she continued, later adding that she’s “willing to press charges.”
Brian T. Rose, the Vice President for Student Affairs at Binghamton has released a statement. Here’s an excerpt, via WBNG News:
On Thursday, Nov. 14, two groups tabling outside of the Union attracted counter-protesters. The tension between the groups tabling and protesters became volatile and University Police intervened to remove the tabling groups in the interest of the safety of all involved.
Social media posts have misrepresented the course of events and encouraged political pressure upon the University based upon those misrepresentations. What actually transpired and how the University did and will respond is as follows:
The College Republicans, an organization chartered by the Student Association (SA), was joined by another group known as Turning Point that, by its own choice, is not chartered by the SA or otherwise recognized by the University. Representatives of the two groups set up tables outside the Union in a reservable space without having followed procedures to properly secure use of the space. Representatives of the Union professional staff and of the SA notified the tabling students that they were tabling without reservation in a space that had to be reserved in advance and asked them to relocate. The groups refused twice to move. The groups’ display included provocative posters with gun imagery, this being the same day as the Saugus High School shooting. Self-evidently from the nature of their display and their refusal to comply with procedures for reserving the space in question, the groups intended to be provocative. Social media activity suggesting they were handing out hot chocolate and promoting an upcoming lecture fail to accurately represent the context.

Wow, the University just ran them over, not with a bus, but first a sled hammer, and then a tank!
I think all conservative parents must take their children out of these “Universities “ and put them in know Conservative schools.
Don’t give them a penny and let them wither away soiled in their fascist supporters.
Hey Chick-Fil-A, a new University for you to sell the sandwiches that I will never buy again. If they have the money and if you have bent the knee long enough.
??
Just caught up that the Catheys folded on something to do with the homosexuals – sad, but I still don’t know what they did. Guess that’s what happens when you’re busy and not watching the TV, listening to the radio or reading many of the blogs over the weekend. Anyway I won’t be able to retract my business as there isn’t one of their stores anywhere close to my rural area.
So nice to know question marks indicating a failure to understand the comment, but not a negative comment, results in a down vote. Guess the person didn’t understand why the question mark is called a question mark.
Now two people who are lacking in punctuation knowledge.
Comma comma comma comma comma com com a comma.
Yay yay yay, yeah…
Now Mark Davis has informed me as to what Corporate management has done. The Salvation Army is my favorite charity, I donate regularly and my Amazon Smile donations go to the Army Southern Territorial HQ. So Chick Fil A can sod off and I hope all their franchisees support the Army, including supporting Red Kettles in front of their shops (which Mark also reported some are saying they will do).
So you’re going to condemn Chick-fil-A while using a system known to lock out some Christian charities?
*hands you a chainsaw*
Go ahead and get that beam out……..
Well you may know that, I don’t. I wouldn’t be surprised by that, nor Amazon avoiding anti-abortion groups – which I don’t know they do, but I’d put a dollar against a donut they do.
Living rural it isn’t easy to avoid Amazon, or WalMart either for that matter. If I need something which the nearest WalMart doesn’t carry (and that’s a 35 mile round trip) most often I have a choice of driving over 100 miles, or order it from Amazon or WalMart.com. My specifically “Christian” giving is done in church, not shopping online, but you do whatever you think is best.
No, I don’t understand sign language, and I think you may be possibly over sensitive, but because you are upset I will accept I should have just moved on from the comment and tell you I’m sorry it upset you
Lesson learned
Counter-protesters? When I learned to write and the meaning of words a counter-protester would have been someone protesting a protest, not someone protesting the presence of someone not engaged in a protest.
Tabling students? And this is someone who passes for a member of university management, gads!
These Young Republicans need to wise up and hire 6 or 7 MS-13 members to guard their tables. Pay them well, and probably best if they don’t speak any English at all. The leftists won’t be able to even criticize them because RAYCISS!!!
Kind of like how the late Roman Emperors always hired Barbarians as their personal guards. Everybody knew not to mess with them.
That describes the Conservative table…..now, describe the Liberal table, did they have permission? Did they have permission to behave like two year olds throwing temper tantrums and destroying private property?
On modern university property there is implied consent for any actions by Socialist-Democrats, Socialists, Marxists, Maoists, Trotskyites and assorted other Communist agents and useful idiots.
There was no “liberal” table. It was a mob that gathered (based on the reporting here and the school description of what happened).
All conservatives should pull out of Binghamton–it’s clearly a lost cause as evidenced by the pathetic spin put out by Brian T. Rose. Clearly they’re not going to be happy until someone is killed.
“Hmmmm, I think you’ve persuaded me. The more “fuckin’ bitches’ and ‘fuckin’ table’ thrown my way, the more I’m persuaded to your sensible point of view”

Yet again we see it.
In The Coming of the Third Reich, historian Richard J. Evans explains how, in the early days of National Socialist Germany, Stormtroopers (Brownshirts) “organized campaigns against unwanted professors in the local newspapers [and] staged mass disruptions of their lectures.” To express dissent from Nazi positions became a matter of taking one’s life into one’s hands. The idea of people of opposing viewpoints airing their disagreements in a civil and mutually respectful manner was gone. One was a Nazi, or one was silent (and fearful).
Today’s fascists call themselves “anti-fascists.” Just like the Nazis, they are totalitarian: they are determined not to allow their opponents to murmur the slightest whisper of dissent. Forcibly suppressing the speech of someone with whom one disagrees is a quintessentially fascist act.
Little mini riot, good thing there weren’t any stores nearby to loot.
Funny watching the one girl try to figure out how to work the folding mechanism for the tables. She simply was incapable of figuring it out. Tells you all you need to know right there. I’ll give everyone a buck for each point over 700 she got on her SATs.
Probably not STEM material.
And so since the conservatives weren’t properly permitted, violence against them is also permitted? I suspect it’s difficult for conservatives to get a permit through the college or student boards. But the article doesn’t mention that. Again that’s just conjecture on my part. But typical for other colleges.
Just as an update, the event that was being promoted was swarmed by antifa and the same student group that organized the mini riot above, 2 arrested and released with no charges and the event was cancelled by the administration.
Somebody needs a punch in the nose. Actually, several someones.
“That’ll be $500,000 in security fees.”
“Security from what?”
“Violence from us.”
Diversity (i.e. color judgment) breeds adversity. Social justice (i.e. relativistic) anywhere is injustice everywhere.
So weird that I received a gift solicitation from Binghamton University just yesterday. Isn’t it?
And even then, before I knew of this story, it ended up in the recycling bin after maybe 30 seconds.
I’ve TOLD them, several times, I MIGHT reconsider a personal gift if they ever free themselves from the opressive shackles of N.Y. State taxpayer subsidies.
Somehow that still hasn’t happened.
Touch my stuff and you’ll regret it would be my attitude … conservative students have to start standing up against that behavior.
Infantile, totalitarian, jackbooted Dhimmi-crat larvae, in all their thuggish ugliness.
About the gal with the dreadlocks and a fur hood … isn’t that 1) cultural appropriation and 2) animal abuse?
Bring big cans of bear spray. The cans that look like small fire extinguishers. Bring one out and explain that you’ll be happy to discuss your differences but touch you and “it get the spray in the eyes.”
And a supersoaker filled with putrescine.
is the one next to the blonde sheboon a female?
How I pray for the day where administrative officials band together and allow ALL speech on campus and anyone found attempting to thwart or shut down such speech is immediately expelled from school OR if an administrative official, lose their job and their tenure.
I am a realist – that will not be happening for a long time (if at all) but a guy can dream can’t he?
