Bill Barr is going to expose Spygate, and the Democrat-Media Russia Collusion Complex is panicking
Democrats, with help from the mainstream media, will spare no effort to tarnish Barr as a way of discrediting the investigative train that is rolling down the tracks.
Something has changed. Attorney General William Barr has become Public Enemy No. 1 for the Democrats and supportive mainstream media.
It started with Barr’s four-page summary of the Mueller Report’s conclusions, which punctured the almost three year narrative that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians. The conclusion of no conspiracy or coordination, accurately summarized in the Barr letter, was verified when the full Mueller Report was released three weeks later.
Barr’s letter also accurately set forth that Mueller did not find obstruction of justice, declining to reach any determination on that issue, instead laying out the arguments for and against. That no obstruction recommendation also was verified when the Mueller Report was released.
Lacking any substantive ground for attacking Barr, Democrats and the media seized on procedure — that Barr framed the media narrative in a way favorable to Trump during this three week period. Apparently, framing a narrative favorable to Trump was not permitted even though the narrative of the Mueller Report in Barr’s letter was accurate.
When Barr testified in Congress that “spying” on the Trump campaign did take place, the attacks on Barr took on a different and more vicious tone.
That tone went into overdrive during Barr’s testimony earlier this week, when it was revealed that Mueller had expressed concern that Barr’s four-page letter did not include all the context of the full report. But Mueller, according to Barr, did not claim the four-page letter was inaccurate or misleading, rather, the media coverage was the problem.
These are all details, none of which paint Barr in a bad light. But Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi, have decided to accuse Barr of perjury and demand he resign. Barr didn’t commit perjury, not even close, but that’s besides the point to Democrats and the media.
What is going on here? Why are they going after Barr with such ferocity?
It has nothing to do with the Mueller Report, or the four-page summary, or the timing of the release of the full report.
It was Barr’s comments about spying on the Trump campaign, and his pledge to investigate that spying, that explains the frenzy to take down Barr. That spying, regardless of whether lawful, has the potential to be a scandal that could touch deep into the Obama administration, and some former officials who loom large in the anti-Trump resistance.
It also could reach deep into the media, with the involvement of Fusion GPS in feeding Russian-provided, Clinton/DNC paid-for, disinformation to the mainstream journalist community.
So the stakes are huge. The Russian collusion scandal may be a Democrat and media scandal. People may go to jail for that collusion, and if so, they may be the first people to go to jail over Russian collusion involving the 2016 election.
Barr is the single greatest threat to the Democrat-Media Russia Collusion Complex. That’s why Democrats, with help from the mainstream media, will spare no effort to tarnish Barr as a way of discrediting the investigative train that is rolling down the tracks.

Come on no one is going to jail. When is the last time anyone in DC was really held accountable for their actions?
Sen. Lindsay Graham, now head of the Judiciary Committee, talked as if he plans to rigorously pursue the FBI’s and CIA’s investigation into the Trump campaign. Said he was going to find out how it got started, who was behind it, what they did.
We’ll have to see how they respond. Judiciary Committees can subpoena people to testify before their committee; they can have potential witnesses interviewed thoroughly by their legal staff before formally testifying to the Committee. I’m guessing it’ll take a month to see anything come of this, unfortunately.
Graham is going to subvert the investigation in a misguided attempt to ‘save’ our corrupt intelligence agencies, the DOJ, FBI and the fatally flawed FISA court.
Proving that the investigation was properly predicated but mistaken will serve the interests of McCain’s mini-me perfectly.
That would be my bet.
Never trust a flaming queen…….
Just how do you imagine Graham can possibly subvert AG Barr’s investigation? He doesn’t have the authority to arrive at any conclusions such as “not properly predicated but an honest mistake.” As a matter of law Senator Graham’s conclusions (assuming the entire Senate judiciary committee adopts his conclusions) carries no weight. But the Attorney General’s does. Congress can interview willing witnesses and subpoena unwilling witnesses. But neither chamber has any law enforcement authority. They can’t empanel grand juries. They can’t indict and prosecute suspects.
They have none of the tools that are at the DoJ’s disposal. Which is why AG Barr is the hired gun the Democrats are panicking over, not Lindsey Graham. Apparently he’s moving quickly, plus he’ll have the underlying materials from the Mueller investigation as well as the IG’s report by the middle of this month early June at the latest. So that will give him a head start.
William Barr is not a stupid man. He’s smarter than all the Democrats in Congress combined (and they know it). He has also practiced law in Washington D.C. for a long, long time. They know Barr can convict people for abusing their authority even in front of a Trump-hating D.C. jury.
Schiff-for-brains must be sweating. He was clearly leaking classified information. It’s illegal for anyone to do that, even a sitting Congressional Representative. I mention his name because this net can be cast a lot wider than just DoJ officials, FBI agents (including the Director and Deputy Director), current and former CIA agents, etc. It can also extend to personnel in the Obama WH as well as to Congress.
I hope Trump gets reelected because Barr won’t get far enough by 20 January 2021 to get to the point where he can ask Barack Obama what did he know and when did he know it.
With the Stain dead his hold over Graham is gone (I wonder what he had over Graham).
It’s precisely for this reason that I believe he’s playing for Team Trump now.
Remember his questioning of Kavanaugh about military tribunals?
Did you see his questioning of Barr a few days ago?
Graham has to save the “Intelligence” community. If he doesn’t, and if he’s ever elected to the Presidency his goose will be cooked otherwise.
1974
healthguy, you make a very good point, especially because the prosecutors may have to face the challenge of D.C. juries. Can venue legally be juggled over to a place with disinterested, impartial juries, rather than the vortex hole of the Swamp known as our Nation’s Capitol?
That’s been my point before, for which I received more thumbs down than Rags. I listened to Barr Wednesday, when asked about this and his response was less than enthusiastic, mumbling something about looking into it sometime later on.
Perhaps more thumbs down for a specific post, but I am sure that rags holds the record for most obnoxious, most ignorant poster on this forum. Currently Rags is best known for his drive by, down voting assaults.
I was concerned about Barr because he assisted in defending the Ruby Ridge sniper. However, I must say, he’s been a welcome change from Sessions and Rosenstein.
It’s unclear to me that “collusion” is a crime. However, if FISA applications with lies in them were presented to a FISC court, that is a horse of another color.
“Collusion” is not a crime. It’s not anything. It’s ‘charge’ made-up by the Swamp.
Treason is a crime. It’s something obama, clinton and everyone under them appears guilty of.
Agreed!
Barr isn’t a “good guy”. He’s not a defender of truth, justice and the American way but he IS the guy you want on your side if you’re going up against someone else. If he decides to make certain people at the FBI his chew toys, it’s not going to end well for them.
Just remember that President Trump is older than Barr–ie. he knows a LOT of stuff about a LOT of people.
Ponder that as you wonder about Barr’s current loyalties.
In government language it would be described as “an equine of a different pigmentation.”
Fed, I don’t have a problem with Barr’s representation of the Ruby Ridge sniper. Every American has the right to be represented in a court of law, and attorneys take a vow to vigorously defend their client. Timothy McVeigh and the Bling Sheik both deserved representation even though their conduct was reprehensible. Attorneys are representing the process, as well as their client.
People should recall that the incident that made John Adams name was defending the British troops involved in the Boston Massacre, because they were entitled to a defense.
Agreed. Same with criticism of Hillary getting that rapist off the hook. I loathe her just as much as anyone else in the LI community, but that charge was over the top. She’s a lawyer, and was acting in her professional capacity there.
“Same with criticism of Hillary”
Nope, sorry, they are not the same. The loathsome rapist is entitled to a defense and a lawyer. They are not entitled to a crook that breaks the law to keep them out of jail.
I’m pleasantly surprised (at least, so far). When Barr was appointed I assumed he was another establishment hack on the model of Comey and Mueller. He’s giving the appearance of a nearly extinct species in Washington — a man who’s competent, interested in doing the job he’s charged with, and without regard for the political situation. This will be a great help to the country, if he’s the real thing.
When you think about it, once again Barr is being forced to finish a task Mueller maliciously abandoned. Mueller’s investigators on the first day knew that the only Russian involvement was bought and paid for by Clinton and the D’Rats, in furtherance of the Hoax. But Mueller and his leftist shysters intentionally ignored that. Contrary to popular opinion, Mueller is not an Honorable Man of the Law: He always has been, and is, an underhanded, slimy Rat (and always will be).
Didn’t the Clintons appoint Mueller to something a few decades back? Was it the Clinton Foundation?
Interesting article today: Clinton Projection Syndrome
Her political power is waning, and her attempts to suggest indictment of Trump show her personal fears.
https://www.nationalreview.com/2019/05/hillary-clinton-fears-indictment/
mueller didn’t abandon his russia investigation. mueller was going to go through 2020, indicting Trump associates on anything and everything he could find or get away with. After being sworn in, Barr had mueller come into his office and they had a talk.
Barr: “What was the predicate for spying on the Trump campaign?”
mueller: “Umm, well, there were these russians, you see, and the steele dossier thingie?”
Barr: “Was that ever verified, the steele dossier?”
mueller: “Maybe? Wait… ummm, no?”
Barr: “Shut it down, right now. Not tomorrow, today.”
mueller: “Ok… am I in any trouble?”
Barr: “GTFO of my office.”
Not being a lawyer, I don’t know if what Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, James A Baker (former chief legal counsel of the FBI), James Comey, any FusionGPS employees – Glenn Simpson, et al, Sally Yates, Deputy legal counsel of the State Dept. under Obama did things the break the law. And if the laws they broke have prison time as punishment.
BUT, given that they disrupted the Presidency for almost two full years making it hard for Pres. Trump to conduct foreign affairs or to get as much of his domestic policy through the Congress as he wanted to – they surely deserve as much approbation has we can collectively heap on their heads.
I’ve read that foreign leaders who ask our diplomats, “Why should we negotiate seriously with Trump – if he’s going to be impeached and maybe resign shortly? What’s the point?”
As a lawyer: they committed many, many felonies, if not sedition and treason.
First Rate Treason
imo….
Among multiple other high crimes……
I say this with great sadness but I don’t think the American people care about Sedition and Treason any more. They just don’t have the attention span to understand those concepts.
Gaining perspective by hearing/reading the Socialist Demtard Media Complex will fail you every time these days. They are no longer the organ for facts and truth, but only biased opinions.
Most Tabloid use to have Opinion Sections to permit their Managment and others to vent their views and when anyone read these Sections, they would have known to be skeptical. Today, everything appearing from cover to the last page should be viewed with skepticism and disbelief.
they surely deserve as much approbation has we can collectively heap on their heads.
I think you meant “opprobrium”. 😉
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/approbation
https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/opprobrium
Boy, you’re sure right! The word I wrote means the exact opposite of what I had intended: approval rather than condemnation.
I love that you took correction in the manner it was offered! So rare these days to see civil discourse! Yay for both of you!
We ahve all seen Rags go apeshit whenever anyone offered him constructive critism.
The Rubicon has been crossed. From the Mexican border to the streets of DC, it’s clear that the leftist strategy is no longer merely to advocate anti-American ideas, but to BREAK the system: to create so much chaos that government cannot function and so much bitterness that society cannot hold together. They must be stopped, and soon, or the United States will — in the words of an ally of theirs — “be erased from the pages of history.”
McConnell is getting right on it.
You forgot your snark tag.
Mr. Cloward? Meet Ms. Piven. Ms. Piven? Mr. Cloward.
Barr is the single greatest threat to the Democrat-Media Russia Collusion Complex.
Too bad that he wasn’t a factor two years ago. But, since he wasn’t, the D’rats have been free to rape & pillage.
As bad as it has been Tom, that is their undoing. Like a Colombo episode, they will have acted a certain way… all the way through the show, only to have discrepancies pointed out and questions that don’t add up. Judge ’em by their actions, and it is clear, by one way or the other, the plotters…the media, bureaucrats , etc, have been given a lot of rope.. and they’re about to be hauled in.
And in a way, it’s not a bad thing that the democrats have felt bold enough to toss the rule of law and make emotional decisions. That’s just more rope to hang themselves from.
They can ‘tarnish’ him all they want. In the process, they are digging the hole deeper.
All the way to the Communist Chinese……..
Barr had better work fast. The Democrat strategy now will be to run out the clock and hope that Trump isn’t reelected. I expect that anyone convicted will be pardoned by the next Democrat President.
Yesterday the Speaker publicly said the AG lied and she got no challenge on backing it up. It was a naked sound bite given as marching orders for CNN to run a crawl all night: “Pelosi says AG Barr lied.” This is part of a major branding campaign to escape proper justice. I expect the dems to raise a record amount of cash for the 2020 Potus elections and pray to their dark lords for assistance in winning. If Trump and Barr are prevented from returning to office, the Left thinks they can skate. And stifling good government for the next 15 months will serve that gambit, in their view. They keep trying to convince us that this excrement sandwich of a government we’ve got is all Trump’s doing. We will see if they get away with this massive effort at misdirection and mis-branding. In the meantime, I continue to marvel at the dark arts practiced by congress persons from NY and CA, and wonder why their States are not overwhelmed by shame.
RE: “…..given as marching orders….”
That’s exactly what it was.
Hi Mark 30339: as a residentof NY — indeed, I am in shame. Manhattan elects the gil-schu-blahzi-cuomo-monsters. Upstate and Long Island are not enough to sway things in the direction of even the tiniest bit of nano-sanity. (And blah is making noises about throwing his hat into the ring for the presidency? Good Grief.) The best we could do out here on LI is to elect Lee Zelden when we ousted Tim Bishop. (Things were so bad for Bishop that when he left a town hall in the high rent district around the corner he tip-toed out with his tail between his legs with a police escort no less, he was so scared. No violence at all: just really aggravated voters criticizing him and not accepting any of his pathetic spin.)
Cheers to all Ladies and Gentlemen. Always a pleasure to reading everyone’s civil comments.
We all know that in the past “Crimes” committed by DC critters have expiated and very little if any punishment handed out. Mostly it was a “Learning moment” and we move on. This is different because these people tried to undermine the POTUS and have him removed from office! This is the greatest crime in my lifetime, not considering spies who have crippled our intelligence agencies. This is no Watergate or cigar scandal. This is going to go all the way to the top of obama’s admin if not stopped by the likes of McConnell or heavyweight insiders. This is a one-time crime that all involved must be brought to trial and their deeds exposed. The heat on Barr will soar to new heights but he and Trump will not waver. If there is justice, then we should see it in our lifetimes with this seditious crime.
Remember Hilary’s prophetic words….
“WE’RE ALL GOING TO HANG TOGETHER!”
“WE’RE ALL GOING TO HANG TOGETHER!”
This is one worth getting right:
“If that #$%^ b$%^&*d wins we all hang from nooses!”
I believe we will need a Nuremberg-type of trial. It sure looks to me that the conspiracy to illegally remove Trump from office has tentacles that lead throughout the world. This is so much more than Obama and Clinton and Democrats. Let’s not be willfully blind about the role of the GOP in this.
I am expecting that the breakthrough will involve the British and their Russian ties. The link seems to be John Brennan.
Of course the GOP had a role. It was obvious that many were given “a way out” by Trump, and thus the record number repubs leaving office last year before the midterms. “Leave, or else…”
I believe that’s exactly what we’ll see.
Do you seriously think the UCMJ changes took effect 01 JAN 2019 for no good reason?
So we can expect the shrieking to get louder.
Freaking banshees.
No witches. No warlocks. Not even a baby. Just Water Closet, where Obama spies, Clinton colludes, DNC denies, and the press plays cover-up. Deep Plumber started the job. And Barr will finish the cleanup of PC.
This will most definitely require extra popcorn. The left deserves everything it has coming to it.
I was pretty sure at least one of the JMSDF Aegis destroyers was built at the shipyard in Uraga where I used to live. Maybe I’m wrong. It’s been many years.
https://www.reddit.com/r/MilitaryPorn/comments/28pw8f/the_js_uraga_uragaclass_seaclearance_mother_ship/
The nice thing about living in Uraga was it was a Navy friendly town. I remember one time my Japanese friends and I ganged up on a couple of Japanese cops. The cops were really drunk and they pretended to be friendly. Everybody knew what was happening.
They were positioning themselves to put me in an arm bar and break my arm. And they thought the other Japanese people in the bar would go along with the plan.
We kicked them both out.
My Japanese friends were like, you know, they could lose their pension over this. Which not doubt explains why when we surprised them they didn’t complain.
You don’t **** with an American Sailor in Uraga. Especially when the Norks are shooting missiles over Japan. My right rotator cuff still hasn’t recovered from all the hands I shook thanking me for being there.
The thing was, I couldn’t have been more than happy to be there.
I retired over ten years ago. But I’m still having an impact.
Compare Barr to polished turds holder and lynch. Then compare to sniveling rats sessions and mcconnell. And ryan. And boehner.
It’s horritying.
Funny, but in summary, it will be hillary clinton’s greed and incompetence that will bring down the swamp/left/islamic house.
What poetic justice.
I’ve seen people ‘suicided’ for less when screwing with the Clinton Clan.
Vince Foster would agree, if he could.
I fear we are watching, in our discovery of this spying and such, the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Careful reading of released documents show that this spying likely started back around or even before 2012 and originated in the State Department. This would place the roots of this debacle directly in the hands of Hillary Clinton which would now all start making more sense if true. I only pray that a fervent effort, driven by the public to demand to know it all, sweeps its way through Washington and we discover what really happened. After all, util people start going to jail, nothing will change.
I’ve said all along that this likely started within hours of Trump first questioning Little Barry Soetoros Birth Certificate
Might you be referring to Obama’s “Hammer”?
Obama’s “Hot Mic” moment stating he’d “have more flexibility after he was re-elected” reeked of overconfidence.
I agree that these spying tactics likely were used on Mitt Romney. The Lois Learner Republican / Tea Party suppression tactics were only a small portion of their efforts. Harry Reid was likely involved as well.
“The ends justify the means” is applied by democrats here.
I remember back when the Media was warning Trump not to disparage the FBI, CIA and NSA Directors because of the power they wield!
Well, well, well…it seems the real power is in the DOJ!
by their own rules, Pelosi and other Democrats are now Obstructing Justice
It’s about damn time, they hold no respect for the Constitution, most of which has come from the Demorat party borders on treason.
Reaffirming the Democrats well known status as the ‘Evil Party’
note:
with McCain no longer playing shortstop for the deep state,
Lindsay Graham has started to shine and is willing to support ‘Truth, Justice and the American Way’ .
I wish to remind everyone, “treason” is DEFINED in Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution:
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attained.”
A conspiracy to accuse the Trump campaign members of conspiring to taint our election, but I don’t see “treason.”
However, what the dems did I grant is as bad if not worse than treason.
Outside of the spygate, there’s a lot pointing to parts of our government funding ISIS. Since the war on terror never ended, I believe that would be Treason. I wonder if Obama had a hand in that, as well?
Sedition might be the correct term for this recent coup attempt. I have been let down too many times in the past to have very much confidence that these bastards will be held to account. Maybe some will lose their jobs, be asked to resign, or some such punishment.
They should be executed.
If—as seems fairly obvious—Hillary’s ridiculous, unsecured homebrew e-mail server was really a pipeline for selling classified US government material to foreign customers, that would probably count as treason.
I hear you, but are we technically “at war” with China or Russia? The language says “enemies.” They are perhaps adversaries, but I don’t think we have a declared war against either at this time.
Unleash the hounds on these vermin!
“Arf, Arf, Arf”
-Hillary Clinton, 2/16/2016
Hillary? More like “yap! yap-yap!”
You have to take a step back and look at all of this on a timeline.
First, the Obama administration has been using official government assets to spy on its perceived political enemies. It has used official government agencies to attack those enemies. And, it has been actively engaged in this since 2010. This continued in 2014 and 2015 when unofficial contractors were allowed access to NSA records, probably to spy on political candidates. Who most likely benefited from this? Hillary Clinton. Remember that, it is important. Servergate breaks in early 2013, but is largely ignored by the media and the government. By October 2014, State had requested that Clinton provide all her emails, dealing with official matters, be provided to them. December 2014, HRC lawyers provide 30,000 emails, but withhold 32,000 as being personal in nature. In March 2015, the server controversy has become a major political scandal and chants of lock her up are being heard a Trump rallies. Coincidentally(?), the Trump-Russia Collusion frame is initiated through the foreign intelligence community. By May, Comey is drafting documents to justify not prosecuting Hillary and Trump is publicly pledging to prosecute her. In June, the Russia Collusion frame is initiated in the DOJ/FBI criminal justice wing of the Obama administration. Now we enter the period of FISA warrants. June 27, 2016, WJC meets with LL on the tarmac at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix. July, 05, 2017, Comey holds a press conference and publicly states that HRC will NOT be prosecuted., even though more than sufficient probable cause exists to charge her for a violation of law. LL goes along with this. And, it can be reliably assumed that BHO was aware and authorized LL’s action. October 2016, the Weiner laptop become public knowledge. It is now too late to scrub that evidence, as occurred with the original server.
All of this controllable, however, if HRC becomes President. And, according to the “polls” this is a slam dunk. But, this does not happen. Trump wins. And Trump and his supporters have been publicly calling for the charging of HRC. Even worse, should Trump ever delve into the actions taken on behalf of Clinton, a number of people are going to end up being fired, lose their pensions and possibly be charged and convicted of crimes and go to jail. Now the insurance policy is activated. In order to work, this requires that people illegally leak material, some of it classified, blackmail people and commit perjury, in order to remove Trump. After doing all of that, the dust settles and Trump is not only still standing, he is pissed off. And, he introduces his new AG, Wm. Barr, who is going to investigate the activities leading up to the report of the Special Council, Robt. Mueller. If that happens, people are likely to end up in jail and the scandal could very well reach all the way to BHO. These attacks are only going to increase in intensity.
So, while it was a product of long standing Obama Administration practices, this was most likely all precipitated to protect HRC, and by extension, WJC.
brennan, clapper, mccabe, ohr, yates (et al)… are in legal jeopardy. If they roll on obama, great, but I doubt they will. If any one of them (or all of them) go to prison, obama will have a legacy of corruption and disgrace. And remember, obama and hillary exchanged emails on that illegal server. That was why it was acid washed with BleachBit. This is a scandal of epic proportions
Ah, but the question that people should be asking is; if all of this was done to protect HRC, why would all of these high ranking people put their entire future on the line to protect her? There has to be some thing which makes the Clintons so important that these extraordinary steps had to be taken to protect HRC. And, now, professional politicians, members of Congress, who would throw their mother to the wolves in a heartbeat, are going insane attempting to protect people involved in this illegal activity, including HRC. Why? What is interesting is that most of the new elects seem to be staying away from most of this action. Again, why?
What the Clintons have are a) money and b) political connections. That’s why these high ranking people would put their entire futures on the line to protect her. But of course, they thought she was certain to win in 2016 so they would have been putting their futures on the line if they didn’t protect her. No doubt they expected to be richly rewarded.
For similar reasons the Dems in Congress are fighting like cornered rats (Get it? DemocRATs?). They’re eyeball deep in the corruption. Note how Representatives go to Congress with only average wealth, or sometimes even in debt. Usually people don’t go straight to the Senate but they’re pretty well off by the time they get their. And the opportunities for graft and corruption are greater in that chamber as there are 435 Reps in the House but only 100 in the Senate.
Some of these pols are no doubt even part of the coup against Trump. But they’re all eyeball deep in the swamp.
Your post is very good, BUT it is difficult to read because you haven’t used enough PARAGRAPHS.
As a D turned genuinely independent, I couldn’t possibly agree more with what Mr. Jacobsen wrote. The media apart from Fox will be doing its best to cover it up, but I don’t think they’ll succeed.
Think you’re correct.
Even in mass media’s hey day the actual numbers of people who watched the 3 network’s nightly “national” news, and that read national papers was a very small portion.
That’s what I think I remember.
Wow!
Who knew so many Democrats, and their operatives (or at least paid lackeys) read Professor Jacobson.
The Day Collusion Died
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eqn3iI_h1vg
If we were to ascribe to Mueller’s interpretation of 18 USC 1512(c)(2), then in regard to possible future action over “spying” by the previous Administration, most of the Democratic Caucus would be guilty. The current efforts to malign the USAG fall right into Mueller’s interpretation.
Typical hackery. Jacobson lost me in the 2nd paragraph because Mueller expressly was not investigating “collusion”.
Grand juries are the way to get to the bottom of what happened. Congress can’t do it. The perpetrators will simply keep saying that they can’t discuss these matters because they are classified.
Conservative sites have been promising “justice” since the days of “fast ‘n furious” ten or so years ago.
Pardon me…..but I don’t believe in counting the chickens, before the eggs hatch.
