Report: FBI Agents’ Texts Suggest Loretta Lynch Knew Outcome of FBI Hillary Probe in Advance
FBI admits to losing five months worth of texts between these same agents
Newly-released messages between two FBI agents who were then working on the Hillary Clinton email investigation show that they and possibly then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch knew in advance that no charges would be recommended by then-FBI Director James Comey. The FBI has further admitted to “losing” five months worth of texts between these same FBI agents.
On July 5, 2016, then-FBI Director Comey issued a statement about the FBI’s investigation into the Hillary Clinton email scandal. This was the statement that effectively laid out the case against Hillary while simultaneously killing any chance that Hillary would be charged with any crimes because Comey did not see any “intent.”
At the beginning of this July 5th statement, Comey stated, “I have not coordinated or reviewed this statement in any way with the Department of Justice or any other part of the government. They do not know what I am about to say.”
Text messages between FBI agents working on the Hillary email investigation have since been released that show these two agents knew—on July 1st—that Hillary would be exonerated. Not only did they know this on July 1st, but they discuss then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch being aware of the FBI’s decision on July 1st, days before Comey’s July 5th official recommendation to the DOJ.
Peter Strzok and Lisa Page exchanged July 1, 2016 text message saying that Loretta Lynch knew FBI's decision not to charge Hillary Clinton. But recall what Comey said on July 5. https://t.co/EoAXf0jwZb @dailycaller pic.twitter.com/bnydAmo9w0

Remember it was on July 1st that Lynch announced she would defer to the FBI and accept their recommendation on Hillary email charges. This followed the June 29th “tarmac summit” between Bill Clinton and Lynch.
Lynch: "I fully expect to accept" the DOJ and FBI recommendations on the Clinton email probe https://t.co/8I58ZMGkGD https://t.co/A1DeQqJ6cB

The Justice Department has given various congressional committees nearly 400 pages of additional text messages between two FBI officials who were removed from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian officials.
One of the newly discovered messages, lawmakers said, appeared to indicate that Peter Strzok and Lisa Page knew that charges would not be filed against Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton as a result of the investigation into her email server — before Clinton was interviewed by the bureau.
Strzok and Page were pulled off the probe last summer after it emerged that some of their messages to each other included anti-Trump content. Strzok, an FBI counterintelligence agent, was reassigned to the Bureau’s human resources division after the discovery of the exchanges with Page, with whom he was having an affair.
. . . . One exchange between Strzok and Page, dated July 1, 2016, referenced then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s decision to accept the FBI’s conclusion in the Clinton investigation. Lynch’s announcement came days after it was revealed that the attorney general and former President Bill Clinton had an impromptu meeting aboard her plane in Phoenix.
“Timing looks like hell,” Strzok texted Page.
“Yeah, that is awful timing,” Page agreed. In a later message, she added: “It’s a real profile in couragw [sic], since she knows no charges will be brought.”
Four days later, then-FBI Director James Comey announced that no charges would be brought against Clinton, even though — as he put it — her actions in regard to the private server were “extremely careless.”
The chronology:
- June 29th: Tarmac summit
- July 1st: Lynch announces she’ll abide by FBI recommendation
- July 1st: FBI agents mock Lynch announcement in texts, stating she already knows the outcome
- July 5th: Comey statement recommending no charges in Hillary email investigation, prefaces statement with assertion that there was no coordination with DOJ and that they do not know what he was about to recommend.
On top of this bombshell, the FBI has admitted to “failing to preserve” five months worth of texts between these two FBI agents.
The FBI “failed to preserve” five months worth of text messages exchanged between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, the two FBI employees who made pro-Clinton and anti-Trump comments while working on the Clinton email and the Russia collusion investigations.
The disclosure was made Friday in a letter sent by the Justice Department to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC).
“The Department wants to bring to your attention that the FBI’s technical system for retaining text messages sent and received on FBI mobile devices failed to preserve text messages for Mr. Strzok and Ms. Page,” Stephen Boyd, the assistant attorney general for legislative affairs at the Justice Department, wrote to Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, the chairman of HSGAC.
He said that texts are missing for the period between Dec. 14, 2016 and May 17, 2017.
Boyd attributed the failure to “misconfiguration issues related to rollouts, provisioning, and software upgrades that conflicted with the FBI’s collection capabilities.”

If the revelation that Lynch likely knew in advance that Comey would recommend no charges was in the text messages the FBI didn’t lose, what on earth could be in the ones they did?

Discussions of grandchildren and yoga and minor details about numbered bank accounts. Nothing important.
The blueprint for carrying out a bureaucratic coup against the newly elected government. Nothing less would be worth the incredible efforts they have made to cover it up.
F.I.B. is manufacturing transparent LIES.

Obama is Going Down!!!!!!!
We are pretty much at the point where, at a minimum; if a Republic is to be rescued and preserved a whole host of Federal agencies need to abolished in total and everyone working for them now and in the past barred from government employment. And that is for those not prosecuted and imprisoned. The FBI is among those agencies, and yes there may be some innocent FBI agents, but the whole agency is corrupted and compromised.
Exactly right. The need to “drain the swamp” is far more pressing than we used to think. The corruption, dishonesty, and outright arrogance of our bureaucrat kings (or so they seem to think they are) is not in anyway compatible with a functioning Republic. The Founders knew very well that the country they created could not function with soulless liars like these anywhere near power.
Amazing Sessions is still holding office, isnt it?
Sessions has become a one-man drain plug: we pull him and we drain tne swamp.
Pull, President Trump.
The GOPe is trying to prevent that, because downsizing government cuts into their power. That’s why our first action needs to be purging the GOPe.
The FBI, the DOJ, the IRS, the ATF . . . .
This is preposterous.
The messages still exist, are likely at the carrier/provider, and at NSA.
They’re probably also still at FBI.
J. Edgar Hoover building should be raided by an armed presidential-appointed posse to seize the servers in question.
FBI is dead-to-rights, and will never turn over the incriminating info. It must be taken, by force if necessary.
I’m fairly certain the Marines at 8th and I St would love for that mission to be assigned to them.
Looks like an orchestrated rollout of scandals to me. The death of a thousand chainsaw cuts.
The NSA also lost a bunch of stuff they were ordered to keep. Seven years worth.
This is a fucking joke. Mueller was appointed on May 17th.
Right. They ‘failed to preserve’ emails right up until the EXACT DAY Mueller was appointed.
What a bald faced lie. Seriously, if you’re going to lie at least make an ATTEMPT to make it believable. You should have deleted another 2 weeks of emails so the dates didn’t line up perfectly.
It’s not enough that they lie to us about all the laws that they break. They want us to know that they lie. The IRS did much the same when they were trotting out their “dog ate my homework” excuses for all the evidence they “accidentally” destroyed.
They’re signalling to us that they know they can break whatever laws they want to break, destroy whatever evidence of their crimes they want to destroy, and we (and congress) won’t do a damn thing about it. In fact, as the Lois Lerner crimes showed, they’ll suffer no consequences even when they admit their crimes, and congress will not only keep their testimony secret and let them retire with a full government pension, it will also have taxpayers foot the bill for their criminal attorneys.
They think they’re untouchable, and so far, they’ve been right. And they’re more than happy to rub our noses in it.
That’s exactly how I see it. Unfortunately.
All the texts that cover the time the coup was in place ,how convenient.
“failed to preserve”? It’s obvious they’re lying, they simply destroyed the evidence. They aren’t even trying to hide their corruption anymore.
Doesn’t the FBI have teams whose expertise is recovering lost emails?
The FBI is the who is destroying the evidence against themselves. One of the definitions of High Treason is an attempt to overthrow not only a particular government, but the entire system of government. There is a traditional penalty, and it is most untidy, but memorable to witnesses.
Sadly, the FBI leadership has been completely corrupted. It’s done. It’s over.
The FBI leadership now sees to it that their best experts spend their time making thee corrupt FBI leaders”lost’ emails unrecoverable.
The word ‘sedition’ gets bandied around a lot, but now you know what it really looks like – at the highest levels in government. But like people in Austria who found themselves gradually – and finally – under Nazi rule: this really is happening in our lifetime.
Being Congress and the leaders of the FBI, CIA, IRS etc have willingly and completely breached their oaths to defend the Constitution, we can only pray American generals still remember theirs.

Please edit the timeline in this article. Add April 2016: Comey begins to draft document clearing Clinton, and July 2: the FBI interviews Clinton for the first and only time.
I’m sure Mueller is on top of it … with a pillow
Also add to chronology: June 10 Strzok edits Comey document, in Clinton’s favor
Wouldn’t it have been enlightening to have Strzok’s texts from that date? Wow.
“misconfiguration issues related to rollouts, provisioning, and software upgrades that conflicted with the FBI’s collection capabilities.”
Bullshit. I have configured complex architectures for years and this is utter mumble-foo. Those messages were captured, stored, and archived. Any rollout/provisioning done by anyone better trained than a middle schooler would have ensured the archived and backup data was protected.
What else was lost? How many other ongoing investigations were gutted by this bullshit story?
We don’t actually know anything was lost. We have only the FBI’s word for it, and it’s a convenient excuse to deny future discovery motions. I’m sure they would fight any motion for independent verification as part of discovery, and if they lost that fight they’d simply provide access to scrubbed servers.
Exactly. If the messages are truly gone then it wasn’t an accident.
“We have only the FBI’s word for it…”
I’m still laughing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As a former systems admin myself I have a modest proposal.
Issue a memo to every head of every IT department in the government indicating that failure to keep all government data and access audit records intact will be considered prima facie evidence of conspiracy to commit treason and prosecuted accordingly with the severest punishment sought by the AG. Then pick someone and make an example of them pour encourager les autres.
This sh*t will stop right quick. The average FBI agent does not know enough about this stuff to pull off a proper data scrub without assistance from IT support, either before or after the fact.
How dumb do they think we are? THIS dumb.
Sessions: get busy doing your job, or get out.
So, the FBI claims that texts are missing for the period between Dec. 14, 2016 and May 17, 2017 between Peter Strzok and Liza Page? Have texts from these two agents sent to different FBI agents and others during this same time period have also become missing?
This sounds like the IRS scandal where over 20 IRS agents hard drives all of the sudden broke down at the same time so none of the e-mails could be recovered, since when they broke down, they were destroyed without trying to recover the information on them.
This “Dog ate my Homework” excuse seems to gets a lot of use from federal employees trying to cover-up improprieties, lawlessness, and corruption in our federal government.
There is a HUGE problem with the “IRS lost emails due to hard drive failure(s)” story: the emails in question were never stored on those hard drives.
That’s not the way corporate/government email works. The email is stored centrally, and only ACCESSED and MANIPULATED from a laptop, desktop, or phone.
For the technical, it’s the difference between POP (Post Office Protocol) and IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol).
I mentioned, at the time, that Comey did not issue the “exoneration” statement unilaterally. That simply would not have happened. Comey would have secured guarantees from his superiors that he would be protected for his actions. And, it is extremely unlikely that AC Lynch would not have briefed President Obama into the coming events. After all, it was HIS DOJ and HIS FBI and, ultimately, HIS legacy which was at stake.
As to the “lost” text messages, they still exist either at the service provider or at the NSA. Even if they were scrubbed at the FBI, they should still be retrievable. We’ll have to see if they turn up. The time period which the communications cover is extremely interesting. It would be even more interesting if the messages were scrubbed after the IG’s report began to come out.
The protect those involved in the improper and unlawful actions of the Obama administrations is what is driving EVERYTHING in Washington DC at the moment. EVERYTHING.
Hey it worked for HilLIARy why not try it again? I agree with the comments on going into the FBI or NSA or whoever with a computer whiz. Surprise them and take their servers. I bet you will find more than just the missing text msgs. Also I agree that the entire FBI may have to be dismantled. If not the entire at least the whole upper echelon of those in charge and long term agents. Newer agents may not be corruptef yet.
The newer agents were recruited and selected and passed through probation by the corrupt ones. They have to be assumed to be corrupt and traitors to their Oaths.
“‘…five months worth of text messages….'”
Correction please: they were TEXT messages, not emails (you said it at least twice in your post).
Preposterous, and unbelievable, of course. The iPhone (or other smartphone) devices would have the records, as would the NSA….and of course the FBI would NEVER not have captured them, in violation of federal law.
Utter bunk. I personally think they’re lying – like the IRS did, like the State Dept. did. If they truly are gone, then it was by intent, not accident. No doubt about it.
Judicial Watch – hope you get them, soon!
Fixed, thanks.
We are ONE election away from another obama/klinton – and another eight years of treason, sedition and corruption that goes with them. ONE.
If we fail to get this soros/klinton/obama horror infesting our government purged and PROSECUTED during the time Donald Trump is president, we’re done as the American constitutional republic. Finished.
After 8 years of treason, sedition and corruption by obama/jarrett, if hillary klinton had won the election it would have effectively been no different than if George Soros had become US president.
Quite literally, the future our nation faces an immediate internal, existential threat far greater than any foreign threat EVER has been to the country – even during the Civil War. (The the southern rebels, at least, wore uniforms.)
We’re just one election away from losing our entire way of life.
Right now, Jeff Sessions stands in between. As we see, he’s ducking and running like he’s in on the plot.
So the onus is now upon President Donald Trump to fire Sessions. If Trump doesn’t, a treasonous shadow government undermining the elected government will grow stronger and become further entrenched, unleashing all hell if a democrat gets elected president. (If Pence became president: he’d likely become a Bush, and quickly lose the nation to the next Manchurian Candidate of George Soros’.)
These non-negotiable demands are a lot to put on Donald Trump’s shoulders, but nonetheless: he promised, we elected him, and he must deliver in order to retain his immutable base, and in the process, have our immutable support, and thus succeed as he has.
With our collectively brains, and our collective balls, we will make it. Right President Trump?
Changes that MUST occur for the Protection of our Government:
1. Indict everyone involved with the Comey / Clinton / Lynch / Holder / OBozo administration to find out how wide spread the Corruption was
2. If found guilty, they MUST be tried for Treason against the US then imprisioned
3. Rename the FBI to Fumbling Bumbling Idiots and make the wear Clown Suits !!
Please. No jumping the shark with “treason” calls.
Trump could easily ruin them by taking away their security clearance.
It’s not a “call” – if the evidence shows treason, charge them with the crime.
Watergate was NOTHING in comparison to what is STILL going on with obama/klinton.
Nixon didn’t sell influence to foreign powers while in office (nor did any of his staff) as klinton did as secretary of state, nor did Nixon or his staff sell American strategic nuclear materiel to the Russians while in the executive office, nor did Nixon and or staff breach top secret protocols by trying to hide their identities while selling influence. Nixon didn’t allow drug dealing into the United States by foreign enemies while at the same time providing those enemies with CASH and the ability to acquire nuclear weapons. (Obama officials pressured federal investigators to back off investigations into huge money-laundering, weapons and drug trafficking operations by Hezbollah, even as it was raking in $1 billion a year and extending its influence far beyond the Middle East.)
Now let’s get into the activities of comey, loretta lynch and bill clinton, samantha powers, rosenstein, etc. God only knows what valerie jarrett has done during all this. (How about a #themtoo campaign?)
“The Watergate…activities included such “dirty tricks” as bugging the offices of political opponents and people of whom Nixon or his officials were suspicious. Nixon and his close aides also ordered investigations of activist groups and political figures, using the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Nixon’s administration resisted its probes, which led to a constitutional crisis.[1] he scandal led to the discovery of multiple abuses of power by members of the Nixon administration, an impeachment process against the president that led to articles of impeachment,[2] and the resignation of Nixon. The scandal also resulted in the indictment of 69 people, with trials or pleas resulting in 48 being found guilty, many of whom were top Nixon officials.[3]”

‘Jumping the shark?’ How about ‘waking up?’
Would ‘sedition’ be more palatable to you?
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2384
Or is a repeat and re-emergence of the entire ongoing horror (remember: it is ongoing) upon the next election of a democrat better?
Btw, for a really creepy parallel between J. Edgar Hoover and Sessions:
The fact of Hoover being a closet-transvestite was used by the NY mafia to extort Hoover into doing an ‘obama Iran deal’ with them, which is why the mafia grew to the power it did within the highest parts of government in America. (Hoover instead romanticized himself as a crime-buster by chasing the likes of Machine Gun Kelly and the John Dillinger gang across rural America.)
Now, we’ve got Sessions – the attorney general – recusing himself in the biggest scandal EVER within our government – and for a reason no one honestly believes. So like Hoover, Sessions is America’s crime-buster, chasing suburban MS13 characters with tattoos all over their faces.
While chasing Dillinger and MS13 are worthy activities, they mean little if the core of our government rots with corruption and is a tool of sedition. After all, why not just hand everything over to Dillinger and MS13 in the first place, and eliminate the fuss?
As for loyalty to the nation, the great irony is that we could have trusted Machine Gun Kelly and Dillinger more than obama and klinton. How’s that for perspective?
Term limits for all federal employees
Rotate them thru Detroit
UPDATE: They may not be missing; the IG may have them, and FBI may have just been snared
http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2018/01/confusion-fbi-claims-five-months-strzok-page-texts-missing-yet-doj-ig-says-received-missing-texts-august/
They already ‘had’ them, when they found the top secret server in klinton’s bathroom, her thousands of intentionally deleted emails, when the Prime Minister of Bangladesh stated klinton tried to shake her down for personal money while klinton was secretary of state.
http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2017/05/11/bangladesh-pm-clinton-personally-pressured-her-to-aid-foundation-donor-despite-ethics-laws/
The evidence is overwhelming. Remember: Sessions ‘recused’ himself. (Sessions stated he would step aside from the inquiry followed revelations that he had spoken in 2016 with the Russian ambassador.) Sessions should have either not recused himself, or he should have resigned. By recusing himself, he kicked himself upstairs to irrelevancy – while still retaining his perks. In other words, he has easy days in high office. (The usual GOPe modus operandi.)
Remember the oath klinton took as secretary of state:
“I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
Remember the oath loretta lynch took.
Remember the oath james comey took.
Remember the oath samntha power took.
Now, remember the oath obama took:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
What bullsh-t, huh?
Obama never hired an honest person to a position that had enough power to hurt him. I knew Lynch would be just as corrupt as Holder from the moment she was nominated.
” FBI admits to losing five months worth of texts between these same agents ”
May I call this Collusion?
Collusion?
Why not call it what it is: seditious conspiracy.
“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2384
20 years in prison.
That photo of a disgraced former AG must have been taken at least 30 years ago. If relying on that image, in real life, you might even identify her, based on it.
I assume that other FBI agents used the exact same mobile devices as Strzok and Page during the same timeframe. The onus is on the FBI to show that those records were also irretrievably “lost.” If the glitch only affected Strzok and Page, the obvious conclude that someone is guilty of a serious felony.
