We’ve seen this happen at other schools so it would be no surprise if this was happening at Barnard College at Columbia University in New York, too. Toni Airaksinen, a Barnard student, documented the poster destruction in her Twitter feed.

Out of 25-30 flyers put up yesterday in the @BarnardCollege Student Center announcing @CHSommers's visit, all but 2 have been ripped down.
