The public opposes this, and it isn’t even close. The left simply doesn’t care.

CSU student leaders oppose bans on sex-change surgeries for minors
Colorado State University (CSU) student leaders in Fort Collins are considering resolutions opposing ballot measures restricting transgender-identifying students’ participation in school sports, certain surgeries on minors, and cooperation with immigration enforcement, while supporting proposals to change income taxes and increase education funding.
The Associated Students of Colorado State University (ASCSU) introduced three resolutions during its Sept. 30 and Oct. 7 meetings, ahead of Colorado’s Nov. 3 election. The senate referred all three proposals to committees for consideration.
Sen. Jack Pendleton, who represents CSU’s Pride Resource Center and chairs the Internal Affairs Committee, introduced Resolution 5611, opposing Propositions 134 and 135, during the Sept. 30 meeting.
Proposition 134 would require schools and colleges to classify athletic teams by biological sex rather than gender identity. The measure would establish eligibility requirements for male, female, and coeducational athletic competitions.
“Ballot initiative 134 aims to prevent transgender children from participating in school sports,” Pendleton told The Rocky Mountain Collegian.
Proposition 135 would prohibit certain sex-change surgeries on minors. The measure includes medical exceptions and would restrict taxpayer funding and insurance coverage for the prohibited procedures.
“Both are very anti-LGBTQ and very antitrans pieces of legislation,” Pendleton said.
Pendleton also introduced Resolution 5612, opposing Amendment 81, which would establish additional requirements for law enforcement agencies to communicate with federal immigration authorities in specified criminal cases.
The senate referred both resolutions to its Internal Affairs Committee.
During the Oct. 7 meeting, Assistant Director of Governmental Affairs Ava Fricke and Pride Resource Center Sen. Blake Simpson introduced Resolution 5613, supporting Amendment 87 and Proposition NN.

Who cares?
My suggestion for CSU kids: Dump your resolutions in one hand and s*** in the other. See which hand fills up first.
