El-Sayed Published ‘Eugenic’ Paper Warning Arab Women Not to Procreate With Non-Arab Men

Arab women should avoid procreating with white men, Abdul El-Sayed said in a resurfaced academic paper.

A resurfaced academic paper by Abdul El-Sayed could cause him last-minute headaches in the Michigan Senate race.

The 2011 paper, titled “Interethnic mating and risk for preterm birth for Arab-American mothers,” warns Arab women not to procreate outside their race.

“Several studies have shown that interracial (i.e., maternal and paternal racial heterogeneity) mating is associated with increased risk for adverse birth outcomes,” El-Sayed wrote. He also said babies born to one black parent and one white parent faced similar outcomes.

“Our findings suggest that interethnic mating may be associated with increased risk for adverse birth outcomes among [Arab ethnicity] mothers,” El-Sayed wrote with co-author Sandro Galea, now a professor at Washington University.

The claims drew scrutiny, however.

“This is ‘science with a pre-ordained racist eugenics outcome. Scary stuff,” Senator Ted Cruz wrote on X.

“He said American Arab women were 16% less likely than white women to give birth prematurely, citing his own research from 2008, while omitting to mention that same study found the gap disappeared after adjusting for maternal and socioeconomic factors,” New York Post reporter Gabrielle Fahmy pointed out in her analysis.

“Insane to even consider this terrorist-adjacent individual for ascendancy into our government, where he will have the ability to affect natsec,” Dana Loesch wrote.

El-Sayed has faced criticism in the past over his medical credentials.

While he has a medical degree from Columbia University and a doctorate in public health from the University of Oxford, he never completed his medical residency and is not a licensed physician.

He served as director of the Wayne County health department for several years, then parlayed that role into a lucrative consulting job while running for the Senate, according to the Washington Free Beacon. The contract paid him $9,000 a month for eight months. He turned some of his paid consulting appearances into campaign material.

Legal Insurrection previously reported:

Local watchdog Kayleigh Lickliter obtained the paperwork through a public-records request. Among the assignments: data advising, media support, and work for County Executive Warren Evans. El-Sayed also billed for calls involving RxKids, which provides cash assistance to pregnant women and families with babies.

The El-Sayed v. Mike Rogers Senate race remains close, with polls showing a slight lead for the Democratic candidate.

Passing over Arab women won’t present any problem for me. I’m not into the “Rashida Talia/Ernest Borgnine” look.

Interesting. Arabs are officially classified as white or Caucasian by the U.S. Census Bureau and the Office of Management and Budget. Here’s a good follow up: ask the “Dr” to define “woman.”

They ARE Caucasian, but likely the government’s motive is not of accuracy but to inflate White crime statistics.

The reason Arabs were traditionally counted as “white” in USA official racial classifications is because of a Supreme Court decision from 1915, Dow v United States. At a time when the government openly and severely discriminated in favor of white people, it was an advantage for Arabs to be classified that way, so they fought for it and won.

So Arabs became “white” when it was to their advantage, but now, some Arabs have become “brown,” when they find *that* to their advantage?

Milhouse in reply to Tom Orrow. | October 22, 2026 at 11:16 am

Yes. Why not? If you were living under a racist regime, which the USA certainly was in 1915, wouldn’t you do whatever you could to pass as white?

I hope Mike Rogers is running with this.

BWAAHAAHAA! 🤣 🤡

How can this race even be close. I hope ICE is posted at every polling place.

“El-Sayed Published ‘Eugenic’ Paper Warning Arab Women Not to Procreate With Non-Arab Men”

Can’t have non-Arab genes raising IQ or anything….

Sure would like to see an objective review/audit by someone with knowledge of this guy’s tenure at the Michigan Wayne County Health Department. I suspect this grifter, at best, only milked the system.

I old enough to remember George Wallace saying this.

How much more dirt will it take to bury El Sayed’s chances of getting elected? Or Talerico’s for that matter. Or any one of the DSA/Islamist candidates?

Two more weeks.

For Democrats, almost nothing less than evidence of Republican leanings is sufficient to disqualify.

They don’t even cleave to the “dead girl or live boy” standard anymore.
Think I’m joking? Andrew Gillum. Not even a dead BOY fazes them.

The problem is that CAIR and similar organizations have been mobilizing for this for years.

‘Arabs, don’t breed with non-arabs’.

I think this is good advice. And it’s Biblical. Hear me out:

God Almighty promised Abraham would be the father of a great nation.

Still childless in their old age, Sarah doubted God’s promise and gave her young arab servant woman, Hagar, to breed with husband Abraham.

Why didn’t Abraham say ‘no’? Every woman has a superpower: baby making se/x. “Gimme that baby batter, now, so I can cook!” No man can resist.

Hagar gave birth to Ishmael who God declared, “…would grow up to be a ‘wild ass of a man,’ in constant struggle with all other men.”

Look around the world today. Ishmael’s descedents have faired no better. So, don’t try to be nicer than God. Agree with this lesson from Scripture: non-arabs should not breed with arabs.

Class dismissed.

You are right! El-Sayed is a wild A$$ of a man.

Interesting, but it seems to me that God’s plan was for the Jews to not intermarry with gentiles, so that eventually Messiah Jesus would be born.

Fair point. But history tells us that Abraham was not a Jew, but ‘called out of Chaldea’. He was a Chaldean. Sarah was also Chaldean. They were the grandparents of Jacob the Patriarch whose 12 sons would become the Jewish tribe.

God admonished the Jews not to marry heathens from neighboring tribes hundreds of years later was because the Jewish men would not stop following their woody into strange heathen women who worshipped strange heathen gods who led the Jews astray.

However, there are heathens in Jesus Christ’s earthly lineage. Most notable is Ruth; “I will go where you go. Your God will be my God.” As a heathen, an alien, she converted and assimilated. There is a lesson there for us in modern times about aliens.

Bathsheba is another heathen in the lineage of Jesus. She was married to Uriah the Hittite. She also was Hittite. Bathsheba is the mother of Solomon by King David (a Jew who murdered her husband, btw).

There are a few other heathens in Christ’s lineage, but they escape me without enough caffiene.

      Thanks for the inquiry!

Abdul El-Sayed is a phony. Apparently he can’t pass the exam to become a practicing doctor. He is a Muslim brotherhood candidate trying to lie he way into office.

But Arab men may breed with non Arab women even if it is by rape.

A paper-pushing and mouth-running “doctor.”

So again, I’m confused becase Arabs are white. So white women shouldn’t mate with white men? This guy must be a crackerjack medical provider! I’m guessing he was just scared that Arab women might accidently “mate,” with someone of Jewish anscestry (oh the targedy of it all). I guess he did learn the main outcome most pseudo-scientists glom onto: manipulate your data to get your preferred findings so you can get published. Then endlessly call yourself a published author.

On behalf of actually white Christian men everywhere, thank you.

So, Muhammad is no more a ‘doctor’ than Katie Zacharia is a ‘lawyer.’ Isn’t there law that prosecutes those that falsely hold themselves out as medical practitioners?

Milhouse in reply to PubliusNH. | October 22, 2026 at 11:22 am

He does not hold himself out as a medical practitioner. He correctly says that he is a doctor of medicine. That’s what his degree says. He never intended to practice, so of course he never applied for a license to do so. He went into exactly the career he had planned from the beginning, in public health policy.
