Sad part is, higher education is vital. The key to the good life. Almost all of the good things in life come from study of the natural world. My alma mater says Rule by obeying nature’s laws. How do we do that when education is hijacked by the left to push their marxist political agenda and Johnny can’t read? Where would we be if Galileo, Newton, Darwin and Einstein had been functional illiterates?
Speaking as a parent, teacher, and reader of several languages, I believe we went wrong when our cultural powers-that-be bought into Freddy Engels’ shtick that the family is the original oppressive social structure. The fact is, it’s the original social structure period. Once we’ve abolished it (which we are in the process of doing), the foundations of social life, EDUCATION, and productivity all tumble down. And a whole bunch of sophomores–learned fools–sit in the ruins wondering “wha’ happened?” and start turning in on each other.
