It really looks like nothing at Columbia is going to change. The school has been captured by this ideology.

Campus Reform reports:

Columbia Grad Student Who Called Hamas Tactics ‘Inspirational’ Elected to University Senate

A Columbia University graduate student who previously described Hamas’ communication tactics as “inspirational” was elected to the university’s senate after participating in a 2024 event that prompted disciplinary action from Columbia.

Sean Eren, a student in Columbia’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP), is listed on Columbia University’s senate website as a senator interested in “strengthening student power within Columbia’s decision-making processes.”

His senate biography also says he is interested in “pursuing popular student demands on university functions, transparency, and institutional ethics within one of the few remaining democratic campus structures.”

The Columbia Senate website states that Eren is one of 111 senators representing Columbia’s 17 schools, Barnard College, Teachers College, and Union Theological Seminary.

Eren’s past remarks resurfaced in a Washington Free Beacon article.

In a clip posted by the Free Beacon on X, Eren described Hamas’ “communication networks” as “inspirational.”

”It’s also a development that is showing a new era in the Palestinian struggle,” Eren said.

Another clip from the same event shows a separate speaker stating, “There is nothing wrong with being a member of Hamas, being a leader of Hamas, being a fighter of Hamas. These are the people who are on the front lines defending Palestine and fighting for its liberation.”

Columbia is a lost cause. Close the school. Fire the… oh, hell, you know the rest.

Really? So let him blow himself up, at a University Senate meeting, and I’ll be impressed.
