SPLC Boss Accused of Funneling $1.2 Million to Informant Lover in Neo-Nazi Group
The indictment claims the two of them shared a home and bank account.
The Department of Justice filed a superseding indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center on June 2 with new allegations and criminal counts regarding the group allegedly funding hate groups.
The New York Post reported that “Employee-2” is Heidi Beirich, who became SPLC’s director of intelligence between 2012 and 2019.
In 2014, F-9 broke into the headquarters of an extremist organization and stole approximately 25 boxes of documents. F-9 transported these documents across state lines from West Virginia to North Carolina. Thereafter, with the knowledge of Employee-2, donors’ money was used to copy the stolen material after which F-9 broke into the headquarters again and resturned the originals. Employee-2 used the copies, knowing they were stolen, as the basis for a story published on “Hatewatch.” The SPLC used this story to solicit more donations. Thereafter, Employee-2 paid approximately $6,000.00 in donors’ money to F-39 to falsely take responsibility for the burglary.
F-9 remained on the SPLC’s payroll for over 20 years, receiving $1.2 million in donors’ money.
Beirich paid all the informants, including F-9:
During this relationship, Employee-2 and F-9 shared a house and two bank accounts. Between 2015 and 2021, approximately $140,000.00 in donors’ money flowed from the SPLC operating account, through the Tech Writers account, and was ultimately deposited into the joint bank accounts held by F-9 and Employee-2. This amounted to approximately 66% of all money ever deposited into their joint bank accounts. Employee-2 then used donors’ money to pay the couple’s personal living expenses.
Beirich left the SPLC in 2019 during a major shakeup at the organization, which faced accusations of racism since white people held the top positions and black people stayed in the lower ranks.
Beirich never faced accusations, though.
Nobody knows the identity of F-9:
Property records reviewed by The Post reveal during the years covered by the indictment — 2010 to 2023 — Beirich owned a vacation home in Elijay, Georgia, an upscale mountain town north of Atlanta, in addition to her Montgomery, Alabama, residence.
[National Alliance chairman William White] Williams said he, too, was stumped by F-9’s identity.
However, he noted the group were somewhat paranoid and there had been suspicions about various members as who could be a turncoat or potential informant to any number of other groups or law enforcement.
We know the identity of F-39, the man who took the fall for the burglary:
The Post can also reveal the source paid to take the fall for stealing the National Alliance’s documents was Randolph Dilloway, described as “F-39” in the indictment, described as a “quirky” nearly-deaf accountant who bounced around six other “hate groups” before landing at National Alliance.
Beirich herself gave his name away in a 2015 article published on the SPLC’s website describing the terrified defector with a goldmine of documents who came running to the SPLC for help after having a gun shoved in his face by Williams.
“For five months, Dilloway organized, examined, and in many cases copied key documents and data files among tens of thousands of pages of sales receipts, donation records and ledgers,” she wrote.
“Dilloway’s reputation in the white racist subculture has always been conflicted […] the quirky accountant has been exploited for his skills by at least a half dozen hate groups since 2004,” the article continued.

I would think it wouldnt take much to identify F9 by going back through the intrawebs for photos of who Beirich was banging over the years.
It really does beggar belief at just how corrupt the SPLC was, and how entitled they felt as an organisation to believe they could get away with this kind of corruption an fraud.
Mind you, they still have a very good chance of getting away with everthing if they get a democrat friendly judge assigned to their case???
I keep hearing that “the SPLC” has been indicted, but never that ANYONE has been indicted. Since these are crimes, individuals must be indicted, not an organization.
This is a sorry state of affairs that the SPLC has to manufacture racism in order to remain relevant. The real racism in this nation isn’t in the KKK or the neo-NAZIs. They are irrelevant since they only have about a dozen followers each. The real brown shirts are the ANTIFA and BLM types who go around chanting slogans through their loudspeakers and violently attack anyone who doesn’t agree with them. When these terrorists speak, monuments are toppled and cities are burned.

They say democrats are the real racists. Turns out they’re the fake ones too
‘SPLC’s director of intelligence’
Uh wut? Why would a coven of karens, who publish a monthly news letter in order to hurl hurty-words about anyone they deem ‘yucky’, need a director of intelligence??
Apparently, they weren’t too intelligent because the crimes they allegefly committed include embezzlement, wire fraud, buglary, and they left a paper trail.
Can we put someone in prison now? Please. Pretty please??
“Intelligence” is, in part, the work of gathering information concerning your opponents (political, military, business, or personal). SPLC’s business was keeping tabs on, and reporting on the activities of, “hate groups.” That work is called “intelligence.” There doesn’t need to be anything smart or competent about it, “intelligence” merely identifies the function that’s being performed (or possibly only attempted).
Democrats and their bankrollers are nothing more than playing both sides with other people’s money for their own gain. They are inglorious ‘bookies’.
[sarcasm/on]:
The SPLC claims it was started in 1971 by “civil rights activists”, but a more probable founding is that it was ACTCHUALLY started by a cabal of white supremacists/neo-Nazis/the KKK and purported right-wingers to act as a funding mechanism for those groups. It’s just a money-laundering operation for those groups, and really got going when they started their civil lawsuit pattern against their own founders, the KKK, and started laundering their own money.
We can just see it now. The SPLC gives huge sums of money to purported racists, and then sues them in civil court to get the money back through a cleanly laundered “legal” settlement. Lather, rinse, repeat. Don’t forget their little money friction machine that rubs off millions of dollars for their staff and attorneys who ain’t doin’ that work for free.

Graham Platner has entered the chat.
Joss Whedon already did the series about the vampire slayer who slept with vampires. Maybe he could do another one about the Nazi hunter who slept with Nazis.
The leadership of a woke/lefty NGO funneled money through their live in paramour who was a paid ‘informant’ member of a ‘hate group’ to a joint bank account thus hitting the ten ring for grievance grifting. I am shocked! /S
“The two of them shared a bank account”
That’s the part that screams “shockingly intimate” to the left.
There is no significant differences between the ideologies of national socialism, international socialism, and “democratic” socialism,
Yet Socialists fought a World War over them.
Mary, please call your doctor, or see an epidemiology specialist. Tell him/her you’ve been traveling, and where. You might need cultures done to see what you have and it may be a simple antibiotic, but you need the right one. We love you…get better!!
