The governor is right about this. You could even say it goes beyond indoctrination.

Nebraska governor blasts university transgender training as ‘woke indoctrination’

Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen criticized a transgender-focused faculty training email distributed by the University of Nebraska at Kearney after the university promoted a workshop encouraging professors to move from “supporting” to “empowering” trans-spectrum students.

The controversy erupted after screenshots of the university’s “Monday Morning Mentor” email series circulated online in late April. In screenshots later shared by Libs of TikTok, the training encouraged faculty to help create more “inclusive” classroom environments for “trans-spectrum students.”

The workshop materials stated participants would learn how to “facilitate student personal development” and help create more supportive environments for trans-spectrum students, according to the report.

In an April 29 X post, Pillen said UNK had removed the “objectionable content” following criticism of the training materials.

“The mission of education in America is not the advancement of woke indoctrination,” Pillen wrote.

Following my post last night, the University of Nebraska at Kearney took down the objectionable content.
