Private universities continue to push radical ideologies into educational settings, this time in children’s classrooms. In a recent discovery by CriticalRace.org, Baker University in Kansas was found to offer a course that aimed to establish “LGBTQ+ inclusivity” in classrooms as young as kindergarten.

The course, titled “Cultivating an LGBTQ+ Inclusive Classroom,” took place on June 2, 2025, and lasted until July 20 of the same year. One of the primary objectives of the course was to teach university students and educators in pre-kindergarten through 12th-grade settings how to create more “inclusive” environments for members of the LGBT community.

“This course will share valuable insights and strategies for fostering a more inclusive educational environment for both students and educators,” read the description on the main university website.

“Participants will delve into LGBTQ+ issues within the education system and develop actionable strategies to create safe and supportive spaces for LGBTQ+ students. Through the lens of trending terminology such as Deep Equity and Social Emotional Learning, participants will examine how these concepts can play a crucial role in promoting inclusion for all students.”

The course also listed that the overarching theme of “diversity” would be discussed and how this can also be addressed in the classroom.

“Discussions will center around cultivating a school culture where diversity is celebrated, and all students can collaborate harmoniously as a unified community.”

Instances of LGBTQ+ education in PK-12 settings have become an all too familiar phenomenon. In February, a Tennessee first grade teacher claimed that the Christian school he worked at threatened to fire him for refusing to read an LGBT book to his class.

“I refused to read a book that had two fathers on the cover and one daughter,” he said. “I believe that that is not what God designed a marriage to be and a family to be. I just want the whole curriculum to be shown to the parents in a way where they can actually understand.”

Noticing the disturbing trend, last year, the Equal Protection Project (EPP) filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court in a case concerning schools teaching children LGBT topics. EPP argued that parents have the right to control their children’s upbringing, and that forcing children to learn certain topics violates their religious freedom.

The court agreed, stating, “A government burdens the religious exercise of parents when it requires them to submit their children to instruction that poses ‘a very real threat of undermining’ the religious beliefs and practices that the parents wish to instill.”

The Nutjob Archipelago grows further into the heartland. Colleges…. oy.

Sad because the function of the University is so important to freedom and prosperity but its role is just about completely subverted by these freaks and their perverse pseudoreligious crusade.

We’re not in the old Kansas anymore

Baker is associated with the United Methodist Church. We’re not in the old Protestant church anymore either.

There’s a reason we’re paying for our niece to attend a private school.

How many of the students enrolled in the course were of the LGBQT ilk?
That would be good to know. I’d guess a majority of them were. What straight person would spend their time in a class like that?
