The Department of Homeland Security confirmed to Fox News that the driver in a deadly crash in California on Tuesday is an illegal.
Guess what! The Biden administration released Mavir Singh, the driver, at the Arizona border in 2023.
Authorities arrested Manvir Singh, an illegal alien from India, and he faces charges of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and hit & run resulting in death:
The California Highway Patrol said three vehicles — a Toyota Camry, Nissan Frontier and Kia Forte — were slowing down to come to a complete stop in the far right lane. Officers said a Freightliner Cascadia was traveling behind the three vehicles.Officers said the driver of the big rig, who they identified as 24-year-old Manvir Singh, failed to stop the Freighliner and crashed into the rear of the Kia Forte. This caused a chain reaction, causing the Forte to crash into the Frontier and the Frontier to crash into the Camry. Two males, ages 16 and 20, in the Forte died, officers said.Five other people were taken to the hospital, including two people with major injuries.
The California Highway Patrol said Dingh tried to flee on foot after the crash.
Singh is the fourth illegal alien with the last name “Singh” arrested for killing people while driving big rig trucks.
Bill Melugin tweeted:
BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that the semi truck driver arrested for killing two people in a hit & run crash near Sacramento, CA yesterday is an Indian illegal alien who was caught & released at the AZ border by the Biden admin in 2023. His name is Manvir Singh, and he is now facing charges in San Joaquin County, CA for vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and hit & run resulting in death. He allegedly tried to flee the scene on foot after the crash. ICE has placed a detainer on him with local law enforcement. This is the fourth Indian illegal alien truck driver with the last name “Singh” that we’ve covered who has been arrested for killing innocent people in crashes around the country, going back to last year.No details on his CDL yet, or if he even has one. More to come.
“This criminal illegal alien from India should never have been behind the wheel of a semi-truck and allowed to kill two innocent people in a multi-vehicle crash in California,” said Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. “He is now charged with vehicular manslaughter, hit and run resulting in death or injury, and resisting a police officer. This is yet another example of why illegal aliens should not be operating trucks on American highways. We need Congress to pass Dalilah’s Law to prohibit states from granting illegal aliens commercial driver’s licenses.”
