Another Illegal Alien Truck Driver Released Under Biden Involved in Deadly Crash

Manvir Singh is the fourth illegal alien with the last name “Singh” arrested for killing people while driving big rig trucks.

The Department of Homeland Security confirmed to Fox News that the driver in a deadly crash in California on Tuesday is an illegal.

Guess what! The Biden administration released Mavir Singh, the driver, at the Arizona border in 2023.

Authorities arrested Manvir Singh, an illegal alien from India, and he faces charges of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and hit & run resulting in death:

The California Highway Patrol said three vehicles — a Toyota Camry, Nissan Frontier and Kia Forte — were slowing down to come to a complete stop in the far right lane. Officers said a Freightliner Cascadia was traveling behind the three vehicles.

Officers said the driver of the big rig, who they identified as 24-year-old Manvir Singh, failed to stop the Freighliner and crashed into the rear of the Kia Forte. This caused a chain reaction, causing the Forte to crash into the Frontier and the Frontier to crash into the Camry.

Two males, ages 16 and 20, in the Forte died, officers said.

Five other people were taken to the hospital, including two people with major injuries.

The California Highway Patrol said Dingh tried to flee on foot after the crash.

Singh is the fourth illegal alien with the last name “Singh” arrested for killing people while driving big rig trucks.

Bill Melugin tweeted:

BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that the semi truck driver arrested for killing two people in a hit & run crash near Sacramento, CA yesterday is an Indian illegal alien who was caught & released at the AZ border by the Biden admin in 2023. His name is Manvir Singh, and he is now facing charges in San Joaquin County, CA for vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and hit & run resulting in death. He allegedly tried to flee the scene on foot after the crash. ICE has placed a detainer on him with local law enforcement.

This is the fourth Indian illegal alien truck driver with the last name “Singh” that we’ve covered who has been arrested for killing innocent people in crashes around the country, going back to last year.

No details on his CDL yet, or if he even has one. More to come.

“This criminal illegal alien from India should never have been behind the wheel of a semi-truck and allowed to kill two innocent people in a multi-vehicle crash in California,” said Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. “He is now charged with vehicular manslaughter, hit and run resulting in death or injury, and resisting a police officer. This is yet another example of why illegal aliens should not be operating trucks on American highways. We need Congress to pass Dalilah’s Law to prohibit states from granting illegal aliens commercial driver’s licenses.”

Why can’t the transportation department just cancel all of their CDL’s? What am I missing? If they’re issued by states does the Federal Government have any standing?

How do they know which ones to cancel? How would that change anything? If your state cancels your driver’s license, would every police officer pull you over? How would they know it’s you before pulling you over?

That’s easy! The State will either cooperate fully with Federal DoT to ID them OR revoke ALL CDL issued by that State making them invalid outside the State of issuance. Coordinate with willing State partners to create joint TF to stop every commercial vehicle registered by the uncooperative State to determine if their lax attitude has created additional safety violations. Obviously ICE will be part of the TF and shipping companies/freight brokers will be informed that not just the rig but the entire load will be seized under civil asset forfeiture as it was used in the commission of a crime. Then there’s the proactive enforcement of scouring the employment records of shipping companies, manning weigh stations, using the 100 mile ‘border exclusion zone’ to conduct full panoply of immigration enforcement options to find, detain these illegal alien CDL drivers.

For those who think this problem is confined to small, fly-by-night companies, think again. This guy was driving for Swift, the fifth largest carrier in the US. This is rampant.

If Trump had a pair, a lawsuit would be the least of Swift’s problems. The CEO of Swift Transportation, Adam Miller could and should be facing the federal death penalty for harboring, aka providing employment to, an illegal alien which resulted in the death of another. ” knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation”; 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(B)(iv). “in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) resulting in the death of any person, be punished by death or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, fined under title 18, or both.”

I doubt that an execution would be necessary , merely the threat, for the deterrent effect to be such as to render illegal aliens unemployable

    Ricky:

The problem is generally caused the by the “Human Resources” (aka, “HR”) departments within the major corporations, and now even extending down to small companies. They are typically run and staffed with box-wine guzzling AWFULs (Affluent White Female Urban Liberals), purple-and-green-haired communist lunatics, and utterly useless and permanently aggrieved affirmative-action hires. Their sole purpose is to completely and totally PREVENT the hiring of competent employees in favor of AA/DEI idiots.

What corporate and small-businesses need to do is fire every single one of them that hasn’t passed an accountant’s certification and restore it as a “payroll” department. They can take care of salary deductions for insurance and retirement, and take care of income tax withholding. And that should be ALL.

Let the department heads do the searching for employees and make the hiring (and firing) decisions. Aw, those folks might actually have to WORK for a living rather than calling endless successions of useless meetings.

And in the meantime let the executive head of the HR departments for the trucking companies go to trial and explain to a judge or jury why they were hiring illegal aliens, and then attempt to explain why they shouldn’t be tried for murder and/or manslaughter because of the direct result of their complicity.

The odds of ANY of that actually happening in the communist states of America is precisely zero.

Agreed. The HR department (not that long ago, really) evolved from “Personnel,” which previously had been primarily (solely?) concerned with payroll deductions and insurance forms.

Modern HR departments exist to benefit/protect the *company,* not the employee, as many mistakenly assume. They need to be jettisoned altogether.

And they don’t even benefit “the company”, they are less-than-useless appendages whose primary purpose is to appease the DEI mandates from Democrat governance.

I worked for a medium-sized international oil and gas company until 2016. The HR department was kind of a pain, mostly during layoffs, but I never had to put up with the kind of crap they preach today. I don’t think I could have done it.

At one time, truckers earned a decent paycheck and able to have their own home.

With massive immigration, there are many workers who are willing to work for next to nothing.

How many legal truck drivers does it happen to, and what are the population ratios?

would not matter what /how many legal drivers have problems

the fact that we allowed the intentional chaos to ensue is what matters
and how we havent learned our lesson(s) as innocent people fall to the lefts street armies

It might be that illegal aliens have a better safety record than native drivers. You don’t know without doing the math.

Ok I’ll play along for a second

even if they trounce the natives in the safety record

they still should not be here in the usa in the first place

A fair question, but if illegals were to turn out to be better drivers, the answer isn’t to let them in and drive, but to do better screening and training of those here legally.

But my guess is that even if they aren’t worse than those here legally, they certainly aren’t going to prove to be better.

“It might be that illegal aliens have a better safety record than native drivers.”

The math shows that in order to operate an 80,000-pound commercial vehicle safely, a driver must be able to understand the standardized language of the country they are driving in.

Cool. Though the number of incidents involving illegal aliens would drop to zero in the absence of illegal aliens. Arguing against that is some kinda ‘Final Destination’ predetermined outcome fantasy that the incident would have occurred with a US Citizen big big driver. Same holds for every crime committed by an illegal alien.

the goal was to give them gov id so they could vote
then that turned into alllll this chaos

the left took to the streets to “progress” their agenda

they were helped by their local dem governments

the gop refused ,,when possible , to stop the money flow and in fact ,like mcain proved,, went anti maga,,proving that serving in the military doesnt make you patriotic

then dem19 raged through the land and showed us who the real bosses were,,even with djt 45 sitting in office

the blmplo>>black matriarchy

now here we are…more blood more carnage against the good people of the usa

I ran into an enterprising businessman named Mr. Haney who is selling illegal Indian alien crash avoidance products. His signature product is a cow costume available in a variety of sizes with a double unit for husband and wife. It is absolutely guaranteed to steer Indian drivers away, and includes a neck bell in case our dusky little motorist dozes off.

Everyone involved in releasing these illegals and failing to properly vet them before employment should be charged as an accessory to manslaughter.

Maybe the fines should be paid by anyone involved in hiring these illegals?. Perhaps assess a fine to the country that sends them here? And get contributions from the employees who did not do thorough checking?

Oh, but illegals are doing the jobs that Americans don’t want to do…. or so we’re told. That’s why we need to flood the country with illegals and H1B visa workers – those pesky Americans refuse to work for peanuts, but illegals and Indians are more than happy to work for slave wages because it’s better than what they can get at home, plus BENNIES!

Gotta keep those company profits up up up, and that ain’t happening if they offer fair wages.

Ohh the corporatist, faux libertarian ‘free market faker’ shills gonna upset with you.

You are entirely correct. That people can make these arguments that corporations ‘must’ bring in cheap foreign labor with a straight face is laughable. Sure not many US Citizens want to work for peanuts that’s true. Raise the wages, increase the benefits to price point that attracts US Citizen workers ….which would be free market economics….but nah, the corporatist, globalists would rather import ‘temporary’ workers and pay them well under market wage rates. Of course that worker can often times keep extending the visa, ultimately get a green card and become a permanent competitor to native US Citizens in the job market who develops higher skills commanding more wages…. and the company that imported him will show him the door and import a replacement ‘temporary’ worker to continue the cycle. Madness.

It only pays you to bring in cheap labor if you’re the only one doing it. Otherwise the pay goes to consumers, not companies, owing to price competition.

You are assuming that the entirety of wage reduction flows directly to price reduction. Firstly the ‘consumer’ is at retail not wholesale. Even then there’s intermediaries in most industries before the wholesalers. In AG the farmer hires imported labor then sells to a processor. The processors sells to distributor which then goes to grocery shelf and then to the retail consumer..

Even without that …what the heck? If your direct competition is doing x to become more competitive then you gotta figure out a way to become more competitive on price or raise quality/sell a narrative to create luxury demand to justify your higher price relative to lower price competition. One approach is to copy the business model of your competitors to replace higher price US Citizen workers with cheap imported labor.

There was another fatal truck accident In Pennsylvania two days ago that has all the hallmarks of an illegal alien at the wheel.

Two construction workers were killed when a tractor trailer plowed into a work area.

You know how this plays out, right? The longer the name of the driver is kept from the public the greater the chances he was never supposed to be in the country in the first place.

This is in California. If the judge does not drop the charges on the grounds that he is an oppressed illegal alien [read that as hostile foreign invader]; he will be pardoned by Gov. Newsom.
