Newly Released Search Warrants Reveal Damning Details About Alleged Charlie Kirk Assassin

Tyler Robinson’s legal team has been doing everything they can to stall the case against him. At one point, they even asked the court to disqualify the prosecution because one of their daughters was at the event that fateful day.

None of their tactics have worked, but now search warrants in the case have been released, and the details do not look good for Robinson. It’s really no wonder his defense was just throwing spaghetti against the wall to see if anything would stick.

FOX News reports:

Alleged Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson’s fingerprints, palm print found near rooftop: reportNewly released search warrants in the case against Tyler Robinson, the Utah man accused of assassinating conservative icon Charlie Kirk in September, revealed more details about how investigators collected DNA and cellphone data placing him at the scene of the alleged shooting.Investigators obtained DNA from “fingerprints and a smeared palm print in the vicinity of the northeast corner rooftop edge of the Losee Center building where Robinson dropped off the rooftop to the ground below,” along with cellphone data showing Robinson’s location on Sept. 10, 2025, according to East Idaho News.Additionally, a Google Maps route found on Robinson’s phone allegedly routed to an area near the Utah Valley University campus, the outlet reported. The warrants also included a note Robinson allegedly left for his roommate, whom he was romantically involved with, shortly before the alleged assassination. Robinson referred to his partner, Lance Twiggs, as “Luna.””Luna, if you are reading this per my text, then I am so sorry,” the note reportedly said. “I left the house this morning on a mission, and set an auto text.”I am likely dead, or facing a lengthy prison sentence. I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I took it.”I don’t know if i will/have succeeded, but I had hoped to make it home to you. I wish we could have lived in a world where this did not feel necessary. I wish I could have stayed for you and lived our lives together.

The New York Post reminds us about the previously reported text messages between Robinson and his lover:

Texts between Robinson and Twiggs, 22, have shown that the capital-murder suspect had been planning the grisly killing “a bit over a week,” and offered insight into his train of thought in the moments afer the shooting – as law enforcement launched a sweeping manhunt for the perpetrator.“I had planned to grab my rifle from my drop point shortly after, but most of that side of town got locked down. Its quiet [sic], almost enough to get out, but theres one vehicle lingering,” Robinson wrote in one text to Twiggs, the documents show.“Three hours ago there was an officer with a k9 walking nearby the area, hoping that pooch has a bad sniffer,” another reads.“Im wishing I had circled back and grabbed it as soon as I got to my vehicle, because it sounds like the police couldn’t get in for a long while because of the traffic.”The accused killer then alludes to passing the time by brazenly scouring social media: “guess im just sittin in my car watching reels for another hour, hopin this guy f–ks off [sic].”

In January, legal scholar John Yoo said that Robinson had no chance of winning in court. That looks even more accurate now as the case goes forward.
