Democrats Erupt After White House Drops ‘Two Kings’ Photo

One note read, “There is only one king in this image. Donald [T]rump holds the position of president of the United States while King Charles is king of the United Kingdom.”

It was a masterstroke.

Democrats pounced after the White House dropped a photo of President Donald Trump with King Charles III captioned “Two Kings,” complete with a crown emoji.

Clearly, Trump supporters loved it. Democrats — not so much.

With “No Kings” rally slogans still echoing, the post landed like a perfectly timed troll, needling critics and daring them to take the bait — which, judging by the immediate backlash, many were more than happy to do.

By Wednesday morning, the post had gone viral, garnering nearly 16 million views and 128,000 likes.

Clearly triggered, anti-Trumpers responded with fire:

The user below likely had no intention of being funny, but …

Hot Air’s Beege Welborn dug up some community notes critics added to the post to “provide context.” For those who didn’t know, the notes pointed out that Trump was not, in fact, a king. One actually read, “There is only one king in this image. Donald trump holds the position of president of the United States while King Charles is king of the United Kingdom.”

For clarity, the author of this note directed readers to the Wikipedia pages for Trump and Charles III, which define them as the “President of the United States” and a “King,” respectively.

Another note said, “Whilst it may be a joke, it’s not professional at all.”

Twitchy writer Grateful Calvin’s response included a shot at Rep. Ilhan Omar, whose “World War Eleven” gaffe went viral on Monday.

In a 13‑second clip taken from a press conference, Omar said: “The last time the Alien Enemies Act was invoked, it was used to detain and deport German, Japanese, Italian immigrants during World War [checks notes, sees ‘II’, says] Eleven.”

Trump’s perfect troll made one thing abundantly clear: Democrats don’t respond well to ridicule.

In his 1971 book, Rules for Radicals, community organizer Saul Alinsky wrote:

Humor is essential to a successful tactician, for the most potent weapons known to mankind are satire and ridicule.

Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. There is no defense. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage.

Democrats should have known better than to take the bait.

Sharks go crazy when you throw chum at them.

A master class in fishing! How could you not want to give him $400 million for a new vessel?

I swear, leftists have no sense of humor. They shriek and froth at Trump while claiming he’s trying to be a king, then when he makes fun of them, they screech twice as loud declaring he is *not* a king.

President Trump 2.1 has driven the left to violence, yet the braying minions dare not to trod upon TEA party adherants. Blood will be shed if you try…think about it.

It never fails; Trump tells the Lords of Journalism “Pull my finger” and they trample each other in a mad rush to give the digit a yank.

The pic with him where he threatens Iran with an artificial intelligence photo of himself holding a gun is great as well. A perfect trigger for TDSers far and wide..

Word War Eleven? Well, just goes to show what a great country this is when a complete idiot like this can become a multimillionaire wine mogul through fraud, corruption, and the Democrat Party (but I repeat myself)

The vile, communist/Islamofascists Dhimmi-crats are such profoundly vindictive, infantile, evil and stupid subversives and fifth columnists.

Let’s see the Dhimmi-crats organize a “No Caliphs” protest.

Trump is the Sholin Proest and the demonrats are “Grasshoppers”. “When you can take the crown from my hand your journey here will be complete”.

The King’s address was more of a lecture than a speech. Without acknowledging the failures of his own country—riots, hate crimes, institutional distrust—his message was pure hypocrisy. A more kingly speech would concede the problems of his own nation before lecturing us.

Further, by choosing progressive topics—climate action, pluralism, and checks on power—the King showed a distinct preference for the Democrats, from which he received abundant applause.

Conclusion: Democrats love kings

I wouldn’t expect the King to come to the USA and bash great Britain any more than I’d want an American President to go to the UK and bash the USA. His visit was to help undo the damage Starmer has done. And no, Charles wasn’t lecturing us, he was reminding us of the ties that bind our countries together, even when a complete moron is sitting in 10 Downing street.

      1. Emphasis on Checks and Balances: By explicitly highlighting the Magna Carta as the foundation for the principle that “executive power is subject to checks and balances,” Charles provided a direct contrast to Trump’s supposed abuse of power acting like a king.
      .
      2. Defense of Institutions: Charles celebrated the “deliberation of many” rather than the “will of one,” a line widely interpreted as a rebuke of the supposed monarchical executive ambitions of Trump.
      .
      3. International Alliances: Amid Trump’s threats to withdraw from NATO, Charles championed the alliance as “hardwired together” and called for “unyielding resolve” in defending Ukraine.

4.. The “Glass House” Problem: A monarch loses the moral authority to lecture others when their own country is grappling with riots and institutional distrust.

      5. Sovereignty and Democracy: There is an inherent friction when a hereditary monarch—who is not elected—lectures a sovereign republic on how to manage its democracy.

The BBC noted that the speech was “unusually political” for a monarch, with some commentators arguing it pushed the boundaries of constitutional neutrality.

Why? Because it moved beyond ceremonial platitudes to address live, contentious policy issues like executive power and international alliances. While a British monarch is constitutionally bound to remain apolitical, King Charles used the “symbolic power” of the crown to deliver a pointed message to the current U.S. administration.

The British Government—specifically Prime Minister Starmer’s office—effectively authored the speech. Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper reviewed and approved the final version of the speech.

The speech’s “unusually political” focus on checks and balances and defending Ukraine reflects the Starmer government’s own priorities during a time of tension with the Trump administration over the war in Iran.

It’s not that Communists have no sense of humor. It’s just that their humor is of the “laugh while political prisoners are being tortured and killed” variety.

As I commented on the earlier post…. epic troll opportunity.

It’s like a 3 foot putt for DJT.

Expert trolling; like it; dare say love it. And I agree satire and roundly humilitaing and mocking these ass hats with their own hypocrisy and idiocy is indeed powerful.
