Trump Calls Iran ‘Loser of the Middle East’ After Regime’s President Apologizes for Strikes on Arab Neighbors

A third aircraft carrier, USS George H.W. Bush, heads to the Middle East as Trump vows to hit Iran “very hard.”

Iran, the world’s biggest state sponsor of terrorism, has now been turned into “THE LOSER OF THE MIDDLE EAST,” President Donald Trump said as the U.S.-Israeli joint Operation ‘Epic Fury’ entered its eighth day on Saturday.

The comment came after Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian made a groveling apology to his Arab neighbours following his regime’s week-long deadly missile and drone attacks. “I should apologize to the neighboring countries that were attacked by Iran, on my own behalf,” Pezeshkian said. “From now on, they should not attack neighboring countries or fire missiles at them, unless we are attacked by those countries,” he assured them.

Iran, formerly a regional bully, “apologized and surrendered to its Middle East neighbors, and promised that it will not shoot at them anymore,” President Trump observed.

Writing on Truth Social, Trump said:

“Iran, which is being beat to HELL, has apologized and surrendered to its Middle East neighbors, and promised that it will not shoot at them anymore. This promise was only made because of the relentless U.S. and Israeli attack.

They were looking to take over and rule the Middle East. It is the first time that Iran has ever lost, in thousands of years, to surrounding Middle Eastern Countries. They have said, “Thank you President Trump.” I have said, “You’re welcome!” Iran is no longer the “Bully of the Middle East,” they are, instead, “THE LOSER OF THE MIDDLE EAST,” and will be for many decades until they surrender or, more likely, completely collapse!

Today Iran will be hit very hard! Under serious consideration for complete destruction and certain death, because of Iran’s bad behavior, are areas and groups of people that were not considered for targeting up until this moment in time. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP.”

Pezeshkian, now part of the three-member council running Iran following ‘Supreme Leader’ Khamenei’s elimination last Saturday, is among the few pre-war senior regime leaders still alive.

“Iran’s military is gone, their navy is gone and their communications are gone,” President Trump said Friday. “Their leaders are gone — two sets, and they’re already on the third set.”

Some reports suggest that Pezeshkian was criticized by the IRGC, regime’s military arm, and the Mullahs, indicating open infighting with the ruling system.

Pezeshkiana, handpicked by Khamenei for the top job, could also be trying to position himself as the ‘moderate’ figure as the regime tithers on the verge of collapse.

Third aircraft carrier, USS George H.W. Bush, heads to the Middle East as Trump vows to hit Iran “very hard.”

President Trump’s declaration to hit the Iranian regime “very hard” comes as the world’s largest aircraft carrier, USS Gerald R. Ford, enters the theater of war by sailing into the Red Sea.

While the USS Abraham Lincoln is already deployed in the Arabian Sea, the USS George H.W. Bush carrier group was also being dispatched to the Middle East.

“The USS Gerald R. Ford is now operating in the Middle East as the conflict with Iran continues amid back-and-forth airstrikes. Another carrier is expected to deploy from the United States,” Fox News reported Friday. “The USS George H.W. Bush finished its training exercise on Thursday, the Navy announced.”

Israeli Air Force follows overnight strikes with renewed air raids on Iranian regime targets

Refusing to grant Tehran any respite, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Saturday morning it “has begun a broad wave of strikes towards the infrastructure of the Iranian terror regime in Tehran and Isfahan,” both home to the regime’s military and nuclear facilities.

The announcement came after a massive overnight Israeli airstrike on Iran. “The IDF completed an additional wave of strikes targeting infrastructure belonging to the Iranian terror regime in Tehran,” the Israeli military said in a statement on Saturday morning. “Over 80 Israeli Air Force fighter jets, guided by IDF intelligence, completed an additional wave of strikes targeting infrastructure belonging to the Iranian terror regime in Tehran and additional areas in central Iran.”

Among the targets was the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps military university, “used for the training of IRGC officers,” the IDF revealed.

Another target appears to be one of the so-called underground ‘missile cities’ built by the regime. The IDF confirmed striking an “underground infrastructure used for storing ballistic missiles, where hundreds of regime operatives were operating.” The facility “included military bunkers and command centers from which senior officials of the Iranian regime were operating.”

Israel strikes Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon

Iranian proxy terror group Hezbollah is paying a heavy price for entering the war on behalf of the Mullah regime. “Overnight [Saturday], the IDF completed an additional wave of strikes targeting rocket launchers, weapons storage facilities, and additional military sites belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization in various areas in southern Lebanon and in the Beqaa valley,” the Israeli military disclosed.

“Additionally, yesterday [Friday], commanders of Hezbollah’s ‘Radwan Force’ and two ‘Radwan Force’ command centers were struck in the area of Majdal Sel, in southern Lebanon,” the IDF statement added. “The commanders who were struck, operated recently to advance and carry out various terror attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians.”

Update: IDF struck Iran’s central missile production sites

Besides targeting Iranian ballistic missile and launch sites, the Israeli Air Force is also dismantling regime’s missile production capabilities. Since the operation began a week ago, Israel has struck two of Iran’s central ballistic missile manufacturing facilities in the north of the country, the IDF disclosed Saturday evening.

“The IDF struck the two main ballistic missile production sites of the Iranian terror regime,” the military said in a statement.

“Over the past week, hundreds of Israeli Air Force fighter jets, acting on IDF intelligence, struck two of the Iranian terror regime’s main production sites for ballistic missiles and additional weapons. The sites are in the areas of Parchin and Shahrud,” the IDF statement added.

Update: Israel destroys 16 Hezbollah weapons transport planes in a strike on Tehran airport

Israeli fighter jets struck Tehran’s IRGC-run Merabad Airport, destroying 16 transport planes used by the regime’s Quds Force to supply weapons to Lebanon-based Hezbollah.

“Overnight, the Israeli Air Force, acting on IDF intelligence, completed a broad wave of strikes across Tehran and on military infrastructure located at the “Merabad Airport” in Tehran,” the IDF revealed on Saturday.

The military airport “was used by the Quds Force of the IRGC and served as a central hub for arming and funding the regime’s terrorist proxies in the Middle East. Aircraft loaded with weapons and cash took off from the airport numerous times and landed across the region for the use of the Iranian terror regime’s proxies.”

“In the strike, 16 aircraft of the ‘Quds Force’ unit of the IRGC were precisely dismantled. These aircraft were transferring weapons to Hezbollah as part of the regime’s effort to arm the terrorist organization, which serves as its main terrorist proxy,” the IDF disclosed.

and the saudis are the winners

Today’s Saudis seem to be much more “modern” and “civilised in their outlook than yesterdays Saudi Arabia. Perhaps they now realise exporting virulent Islamism isn’t such a great idea when it can come back and bite you on the arse too.

The Suadis will once again be the big dog on the block if the Iranian threat is removed. The Saudis don’t want to see a democratic society emerge in Iran; as that undermines their dictatorship. So I don’t know; my guess is that they will not seek to normalize relations w/ Israel post war but will try throwing their weight around more as the dominant force in the ME. The Saudi are dangerous as well too and their society is very oppressive to say the least. They don’t seem interested in openly funding terrorism however, as they like to see themselves as the diplomatic heavy weights that everyone caters too. They enjoyed when president after US president had to kiss their ring and hated it when Obama started to kiss Iran’s ass. So we’ll see my thought is that they will continue to openly hate Israel while making nice to the USA. They won’t be directly involved w/ the Board of Peace in Gaza but will be critical of it, but not necessarily seek to undermine nor control it. Just issue critical hateful statements towards the Jews blaming them for any and all issues. Pretty standard operating practice.

as soon as there is an “opening” we need to get constructions crews on the ground in iran and with the money from those saudis

rebuild iran into a middle east capitalist paradise

That’s crazy George Bush thinking. The Iranians themselves need to figure out what kind of system they want. It might look a lot more like Jordan than the USA. I wish them all the best but it has to be what fits their culture and organic system. Ultimately the new govt will be naturally very pro American since The USA saved them.

I think it will more closely resemble pre-1979 Iran.

to say they will naturally be pro american b/c we saved them is not accurate

the eu undermines us every chance they get..as they resent our freeing them from nazis and the true burdens of socialism via “freebies” which we subsidize so their socialist aholes can make it look like socialism is good etc

The EU will have as much say in the new Iran as common sense has in the Democrat party.

That’s how Europe acts today not how they acted immediately afterwords. You can’t control a situation nor predict 70 years into the future; but yes initially I do think the new Iran whatever shape that is; wil; be very pro-American. What they evolve into is anyone’s guess; I’m not Nostradomus.

Are/were Quds also supplying $$, arms and other destructive forces to Hamas? Houthis?

Looks like US billions bought of “stuff” for destruction of Israel first, USA second. Thank you democrats, Obama and Biden and their staffs.

The apology guy doesn’t talk to the missile launching guys since they’re still attacking. Distributed leadership.

Iran’s ruling junta are morons. That’s right. Just ;launch missiles everywhere to countries sitting on the sidelines including Cyprus (British bases) and Azerbaijan and pull all of those countries in on the other side. Even Armenia was asking its often foe Azerbaijan if it could assist. Then say Never Mind. We Bad. Seriously. How stupid can you be.

That’s “never mind, OUR bad.” Not at all the same thing.

Olinser in reply to ztakddot. | March 7, 2026 at 8:34 pm

Because for decades it has WORKED.

They’ve basically blackmailed every other country with threats that if Israel attacked them they would start blowing up ships in the Strait and just firing missiles, relying on them to demand Israel stop.

Only this time it isn’t working. Everybody else has had enough of them and their constant terrorism and violence.
