Purges of Conservative and pro-Israel Faculty leave “very few to speak up for Jewish students”

Purges of Conservative and pro-Israel Faculty leave “very few to speak up for Jewish students”

My testimony to the U.S. Civil Rights Commission: “The campuses, unfortunately, are incapable of reforming themselves because there is no internal opposition left.”

On February 20, 2026, the U.S. Civil Rights Commission held a Public Comment Session on Antisemitism on America’s College and University Campuses:

The investigation will examine how institutions of higher education and the federal government responded to allegations of antisemitism on U.S. college and university campuses in violation of federal civil rights protections.

I appeared by telephone via WebEx. Amanda Stulman, Legal Insurrection Foundation Senior Researcher, appeared in person at the hearing to discuss Intersectionality. We will be posting her testimony soon.

Public testimony was limited to three minutes. Here is my presentation:

I appreciate the opportunity to provide testimony to the Commission, and I appreciate the fact that you have subjected this topic to discussion.

I am a Clinical Professor of Law at Cornell Law School. I am also the president and founder of the Equal Protection Project.

I have studied antisemitism on campuses through my websites going back close to 20 years. This is not a new problem.

This is a problem which has developed over time and is a direct outgrowth of the international Boycott Divestment and Sanctions movement, which started as an anti-Jewish boycott in the British mandate of Palestine, then morphed into an anti-Jewish boycott from the Arab League. Many people think of that as an anti-Israel boycott, but it started as an anti-Jewish boycott, even before Israel became into being. It was then repackaged at the turn of the century, in the early 2000s, as a social justice movement because the boycott was failing.

Everything emanates from that.

This is a concerted effort to demonize Jews, and anti-Zionism is now the stalking horse for that.

At the same time that the boycott of Jews was repackaged as social justice, other developments happened on campuses that made matters worse. There has been a purge on campuses at the faculty level of two groups.

The first is conservative. It is very difficult to find an openly conservative professor, certainly on any elite campuses. Certainly on my campus. I end up serving as the faculty advisor to almost every right of center student group because there literally is no other professor on campus who will do it. And that’s in a campus with a faculty of over 2000 faculty members.

At the same time, there had been a purge of openly pro-Israel faculty. That’s why you find in Jewish Studies departments and you find in Israel Studies departments near unanimity of anti-Zionism and hostility to Israel.

There are no faculty voices or very few to speak up for Jewish students on campuses, and that is a profound problem.

The campuses, unfortunately, are incapable of reforming themselves because there is no internal opposition left, and therefore, I applaud the Commission and I applaud the Trump administration for subjecting the campuses to scrutiny because they deserve it.

They cannot self scrutinize and they cannot self reform.

Thank you very much.

Anybody else with this problem?

Academia has committed massive fraud on students, leading to widespread student disillusionment, and catastrophic drops in enrolment. They should be forced to downsize by 50%, and then downsize 50% of what are left in forced to hire the same number of conservative professors.

Thank you for speaking up against this utterly evil, despicable and pervasive phenomenon of Dhimmi-crat/Islamofascist/Muslim supremacist Jew-hate — now cloaked in the fig leaf of so-called “anti-Zionism” — and anti-Israel slander and vilification, Professor Jacobson.

Take away their “educational” tax exempt status. And as it it is non criminal as per CERCLA, back date it.

‘Diversity’ (DEI) is supposed to be/was sold as ‘good’ b/c it promised a cross section of ideas, experiences, opinions within an organization while retaining the same merit based qualifications. Instead what we got delivered was a near abandonment of objective merit based qualifications in favor of a system that’s the functional equivalent of a casting call for a Benetton AD. Even that might have passed muster if there was genuine diversity of thought, opinion, experience but organizations, particularly academia, placed ideological purity tests on top resulting in a closed loop monoculture of ideological/political orthodoxy where dissent is verboten.

Democrats that control these institutions intend to win at all costs. Purges, lost revenues, condemnations from opposition, nothing is going to stop them in their spiritual onslaught against traditional America and our values. They are winning because their goal is final victory no matter the damage left in their wake.

the lefts idea of diversity of thought is merely passing the mustard between each other :

do we murder the maga crowd or put them in gulags and make them suffer

that is their diversity of thought

Prospective conservative and Jewish students should Bud-Light the worst of the elite anti-Semitic U’s first, on a national scale, and work their way down the remaining list over a few admission cycles, The students will get a better education in a more stable learning environment not infested with leftist lunatics just itching for radical indoctrination rather than learning anything useful.

“At the same time, there had been a purge of openly pro-Israel faculty. That’s why you find in Jewish Studies departments, and you find in Israel Studies departments, near unanimity of anti-Zionism and hostility to Israel.”

And therein lies the problem. For Jewish intellectuals on prestigious campuses to “fit in” (not you, William), they must first deny their heritage and assert pro-liberal/leftist (i.e., anti-Zionist) ideals to keep their coveted positions. It’s those TDS-suffering, non-Jewist colleagues who would like nothing better than to stab their Jewish colleagues in the back, to rid the campus of the dirty Zionist, regardless of their liberal political stances.

What’s happened on US campuses is what these clown have in mind for society at large.

Bend the knee or die.
