Idaho Woman Arrested for Allegedly Stealing Ambulance to Torch DHS Building
Thankfully no one was hurt!
Police in Idaho arrested Sarah Elizabeth George, 43, for allegedly stealing an ambulance to torch a DHS building.
- 18 U.S.C. § 844(f)(1) (malicious destruction of government property by fire)
- 18 U.S.C. § 844(i) (malicious destruction of property used or affecting interstate or foreign commerce)
According to the affidavit, George stole the ambulance on February 18 outside of St. Luke’s Hospital while the crew was inside transporting a patient.
The affidavit said CCTV caught George loading “at least two gas jugs and a bag inside the ambulance, which appeared to have been stashed behind bushes on the edge of the parking lot” before she drove off.
Authorities claimed George then drove to the DHS building, crashed into the front doors, and entered the lobby. She poured gasoline on the floor.
Luckily, the police arrived before George could set fire to the building. She fled on foot and escaped the officers.
I’m glad no one was hurt.
The police, ATF, and the FBI searched surveillance video from local gas stations, identifying a person filling gas jugs at one of them:
Shortly thereafter, officers from Meridian Police Department arrived in the vicinity and George fled the building on foot. Law enforcement was able to find surveillance video of George purchasing gasoline at a Fred Meyer gas station. Law enforcement retrieved the financial records from this transaction, and business records for Fred Meyer indicate that she used a rewards/loyalty card in her name (Sarah Elizabeth George). This caused law enforcement to research her name in the Idaho DMV database. They found her entry. The description matches the physical characteristics of what was observed. Additionally, law enforcement found a truck, matching the truck as observed at Walmart and Fred Meyer, registered to Russell and Crystal George (relation unknown). Additionally, law enforcement observed this truck and noted similarities to the actual truck seen in surveillance footage. Additionally, law enforcement found what appears to be George’s Facebook page. It apparently contains adverse political positions against ICE/DHS.
During the investigation, law enforcement found surveillance video from a Walmart showing George purchasing items she had “during the commission of the crime.”
For crying out loud, people. Every business has CCTV. Places like Walmart have cameras at every register.
Authorities also posted pictures from social media accounts they believe belong to George. I’m shocked at what they found.
The FBI affidavit included screenshots of George's Facebook account.
On the morning of the attack, George shared a photo of the White House engulfed in flames, showing a possible motive. pic.twitter.com/VTaxyidBdG

“(They) did an amazing job over the last five days, working long hours, working diligently to positively identify Ms. George and bring her into custody,” said MPD Chief Tracy Basterrechea. “Really, it was good, old-fashioned police work that got us to where we’re at tonight. These investigators literally went door-to-door looking for possible camera footage, possible witnesses, and other information and evidence.”
Basterrechea mentioned that the investigators have to search around 16 square miles.
“So if you can imagine that footprint and the amount of time it took them and the amount of effort that it took,” Basterrechea added. “This coupled with their knowledge of technology helped to identify George as our suspect.”
Basterrechea believes George could face more charges.
The two charges George faces could land her in prison for five to 20 years.

20 years, serves 1.5
Not long enough
These are crazy people and the left just keeps encouraging these monsters
Anything less than a life sentence with no parole is unacceptable.
For attempted arson?! That’s excessive. If that’s what you would give for an attempt, what would you give had she actually done it?! You quickly run out of options.
For your scenario, the state should give a life sentence with no parole. There is a hurdle that, once passed, deserves maximum sentence.
Not for arson, terrorism charges. Call it what it is.
I really don’t like the idea of escalating charges like this, however, pour encourager les autres. Coddling these folks doesn’t seem to be getting the message out.
I disagree vehemently.
This was not an attempted arson, it was a poorly executed arson. And arson is a uniquely depraved crime in that once the match hits the accelerant, all bets are off and innocent people unfortunate enough to be in the vicinity can die in the most horrible way imaginable.
An arsonist must be held responsible for the hideous indifference implicit in the act, and should not be given credit for good luck in not roasting anyone alive or causing massive damage. An unsuccessful arsonist is not less guilty that a successful one.
Match/accelerant = life sentence.
Speaking of innocent people, keep in mind that this was a HEALTH CARE FACILITY in which DHS rented a few offices. This broad would have torched a whole bunch of patients just to get a few ICE cops.
Hey, remember the Murrah Building? Guy bombed a freakin’ DAYCARE to get the BATF? Well, sauce for the gay goose, Milhouse.
The article says
No fire means the arson didn’t happen. So it was only an attempted arson. The penalty for attempted arson can’t be so high that there’s nothing left to increase it for actual arson.
Arson like rape should carry the death penalty.
At this point it seems excessive is what we need to put things back in balance.
For stealing an ambulance and attempting to burn down a building that could have had people in it, not an abandoned barn or something, ? Life for attempted murder.
No one gets life for mere attempted murder. People often don’t get life even for actual murder.
An attempt at a crime that fails ought to be treated the same as a completed crime. Why reward failure? I understand that the law as written frequently says otherwise… we’re talking about what *ought* to happen.
Federal charges, not state. She’ll serve 85% of her sentence.
This moron should be torched without the ambulance. What she did was so wrong and the sad thing is she would do it again if given the chance.
1.5 when a Marxist Judge will be in their court.
Not all that likely in Idaho.
the larger cities in Idaho are becoming blue/socialist
Fvcking Commiefornians
Crazy White Chick #47,183. And, going by her photo and the rainbows on her Facebook page, my money’s on her being “Sisterhood,” just like our last two Social Justice Warrior Princesses.
What puzzles me is, if her plan of attack was driving through the entry doors, why did she need to steal an ambulance? The property isn’t gated, it’s a clinic with a big public parking lot.
Maybe she just didn’t want to crash her own car, and settled on an unattended ambulance at an ER as the easiest pickings. Ooh, that suggests she might be a health-care worker — again, just like…
For all the concern about digital surveillance one would think we had a better handle on who the usual suspects are for domestic terrorism out of both leftist extremists and the smaller # of right-wing extremists within a given area/region.
Remember the Parkland shooting that birthed that clown Hogg. There were numerous warnings about the perp to the police and I think the school and the FBI but they did nothing. It does no good if they know who the problems might be but do no follow up, Of course this is also a major civil rights issue.
There is a continuum between security and freedom. Want more freedom lose some security and vice versa. Personally this is why I have no problem with facial recognition because i don’t think you lose all that much freedom making use of it.
I agree, but it just isn’t that hard to change/(photoshop?) facial images and it just isn’t that hard to hack into “government-type” data banks
The facial recognition I’m think of is that tied to live cameras. No photoshopping there,
Yeah we can’t do ‘pre-crime’ arrests, that’s not what I mean. If some weirdo is spouting off on social media, posting violent screeds with photos of their firearms, making veiled threats then that is plenty for a visit/discussion from LEO. Interview friends, family, co-workers to gauge whether the person is slipping into Cray Cray and if they are being it to a Judge for a temporary psych hold. There’s way too many people who act with impunity b/c there’s no or little deterrent. Somebody screaming on the sidewalk isn’t normal behavior for a rational person. It is abnormal and it is well past time to return to treating abnormal people as potentially dangerous as a presumption. If that means we build out another 1 million beds in mental institutions to house them so be it.
“There were numerous warnings about the perp to the police and I think the school and the FBI but they did nothing.”
The real abomination was that they DELIBERATELY did nothing. They refused to handle the kid within the juvenile justice system, because that would result in a black mark on the school’s own “permanent record,” and they couldn’t have that.
Like Democrat cops and teachers everywhere, they were deliberately cooking the books to make the crime rate SEEM lower. Until his deviant behavior became so monstrous and so viral that it couldn’t be swept under the rug anymore.
BSC often goes hand in hand with TDS.
She was stupid enough to believe that using a stolen vehicle would help her cover her tracks.
Oxygen tanks on board
….big boom!
OMFG! I don’t know what to say. Are these people really that fecking stupid? You’re going to commit a federal crime and so you use your store rewards/loyalty card when you buy the gasoline?!?? A rewards/loyalty card that is registered in your name no less?!? Again, I really don’t know what to say other than perhaps she didn’t think that part of her plan out very well.
But don’t worry. She’ll get the liberal judge and the defense will make sure the jury is tilted towards the left so not much will happen in the way of punishment – perhaps a period of supervised probation and not much else. She certainly isn’t going to go to prison over this. That’s for sure.
Not just name but likely cell phone number and email address. The keys to her entire backstory of stupid threatening posts etc. etc. ad nauseum
“OMFG! I don’t know what to say. Are these people really that fecking stupid?”
Gavin Newsom said, “Yup, she’s got the same SAT as me.”
But can she read?
Are these people really that fecking stupid?
Yes.
But, also, they don’t even have enough critical thinking skills to reason out, “Hey, I’m going to do some criminal misdeeds; I might want to think like a criminal.”
Leftist terrorism on a shoestring budget.
Congress should be so frugal.
Thought she was being sneaky but too cheap to pay full price in cash for the gas.
Funny part is that in the right place, cash will get you a discount on gas.
So she’s ready to join Hamas. They regularly use ambulances to commit crimes, destory building, kill people and light shit on fire. Just ask the Red Cross and the UNRWA. Ambulances are toally legit forms of resistance. Stop trying to oppress people with your instance on using medical vehicles to transport sick people. Stupid colonial mind attitude, right there! Decolonize that brain of yours already.
This is AWFUL. She is very lucky that she was prevented from firing the vehicle and joint.
From looking at the picture, I’m not sure they have the right person. Where are the purple hair and the septum ring?
Still, a butch looking thing.
She’s in disguise.
Plenty of photos here.
Yup, “an LGBTQ activist.”
Apparently, she wasn’t into the facial hardware thing, just the Problem Glasses.
Posting memes like: “If you don’t understand why your queer friend is devastated and
terrified by the election results.. you don’t have a queer friend, you know a queer person. A true Ally needs to stand closer.”
A classic crybully, the type who claims that her irrational fear of another justifies her killing them.
I’ve always thought someone who can’t stop posting online about their sexual proclivities is a weirdo who should not be around children.
20 years min no parole
Couple of months supervised probation, guaranteed..
so she was..like goodenpretti
willing to sacrifice their lives to live in martyrdumb forever
she used a rewards/loyalty card in her name
BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!
She wanted credit for making that purchase, and SHE GOT IT!
Really, it was good, old-fashioned police work that got us to where we’re at tonight.
Well, that and a really stupid criminal.
I’m now really curious about the truck not belonging to her.
Seriously, folks, use a gift card bought with cash. Or use cash. Or hide your purchases among others over a long period of time.
Sounds like her parents’ truck. She probably lives with them.
Between her and the idiot at Mar-a-Lago, I think memes glorifying arson are popular with the left right now.
Menopausal depression is a terrible thing.
Law enforcement retrieved the financial records from this transaction, and business records for Fred Meyer indicate that she used a rewards/loyalty card in her name.
A frugal democrat? Kind of an oxymoron of a firebug moron.
Typical Democrat
Other accounts I have read states she is really a he. These perverts have to be stopped.
Approximately 5% of the general population are afflicted with significant Personality Disorders that impair their abilities to form healthy relationships. Without a stabilizing social network they are much more vulnerable to acting out on impulse, and therefore relatively easy to manipulate. Therefore they are prized by Radicals who can recruit them to do irrational violence in the service of anarchy. There are gobs of them hanging about in various chat rooms seeking validation, and all that is necessary to deploy them is to give them a cause and a nudge.
Huh. You say that there’s a woman?
What is driving liberal women crazy?
“I posted a YouTube video asking this, and it blew up. Here are some further thoughts on the question half of the US is currently asking.”

[Thanks for reading Saving Culture (from itself)! This post is public so feel free to share it.]
“The scenes from the United States the last two weeks have been disturbing, but not surprising.
As I watched the reaction on social media to the death of Renee Good in Minneapolis earlier this month, a thought occurred to me.
Could these women have been driven mad by having absorbed and taken as a creed the fact that white people are responsible for all the world’s ills?
Has anyone done any deep work on what concepts like ‘white privilege’ ‘white tears,’ ‘white supremacy’ (as it is understood now), and ‘white fragility’ do a liberal white woman’s mind?
We know from the coverage of Good’s death, that she had gone from being a Christian woman partnering with men, to a social justice warrior married to another woman. She had trained with an anti-ICE group, in Minnesota. (Side note: why was Minnesota targeted as ground zero for woke activism? That’s a question for another time.) She sent her youngest child (after losing custody of the older children) to a woke charter school.
From these barest of facts we can tell a lot about Renee. We know the kind of books she had read, and the ideology that she had allowed to steer her life…”

A 43-year-old woman ran away from cops and disappeared? WTF?
And, what damage did she do to the ambulance? These vehicles are expensive and not easy to replace. What has Ms. George’s escapade cost local residents in terms of reduced emergency medical capability?
Obvious question is: how hard would it have been to light the fire? Answer is that it depends on the accelerant. If it was gasoline, it’s hard ~not~ to light it on the first try. If it was diesel fuel, it won’t light the way she would have been trying–assuming it was with a match. I wonder if she bought a couple tanks of diesel fuel.
