Attorney General Pam Bondi announced federal agents arrested two more people in connection with the Cities Church ambush in St. Paul, MN.
Bondi wrote on X:
If you riot in a place of worship, we WILL find you.We have made two more arrests in connection with the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota: Ian Davis Austin and Jerome Deangelo Richardson.
I believe the feds have arrested 10 people now, including Don Lemon.
I do not know the charges Austin and Richardson face.
The others face charges for allegedly violating the FACE Act. § 248(a)(2) states that a person violates the act if they:
by force or threat of force or by physical obstruction, intentionally injures, intimidates or interferes with or attempts to injure, intimidate or interfere with any person lawfully exercising or seeking to exercise the First Amendment right of religious freedom at a place of religious worship;
