Tim Walz Drops Out of Minnesota Governor Race

Tim Walz Drops Out of Minnesota Governor Race

Instead of taking responsibility, Walz took the “BUT TRUMP!” route.

Former VP candidate Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz decided not to run for a third term.

Walz launched his rebid in September.

Walz cited the alleged massive Somali fraud in his statement while making excuses and claiming the Republicans stand in the way of making changes.

“For the last several years, an organized group of criminals have sought to take advantage of our state’s generosity,” Walz stated. “And even as we make progress in the fight against the fraudsters, we now see an organized group of political actors seeking to take advantage of the crisis.”

Oh, you mean making a big deal about the fraud! How dare they!

“Make no mistake: We should be concerned about fraud in our state government,” Walz said. “We cannot effectively deliver programs and services if we can’t earn the public’s trust.”

Walz claimed his administration “made systemic changes to the way” the state does business.

Uh, okay. A little too late:

We’ve gone to the legislature time and again to get more tools to combat fraud. We’ve fired people who weren’t doing their jobs. We’ve seen people go to jail for stealing from our state. We’ve cut off whole streams of funding, in partnership with the federal government, where we saw widespread criminal activity. We’ve put new locks on the doors of our remaining programs, and we’ve hired a new head of program integrity to make sure those locks can’t be broken.

All across the state, Minnesotans are hard at work on this problem. Advocates, administrators, investigators are on the front lines defending the integrity of our state’s programs, and I want to thank them for their efforts.

Yes, it’s totally the fault of President Donald Trump and those who exposed the fraud:

But the political gamesmanship we’re seeing from Republicans is only making that fight harder to win.

We’ve got Republicans here in the legislature playing hide-and-seek with whistleblowers.

We’ve got conspiracy theorist right-wing YouTubers breaking into daycare centers and demanding access to our children.

We’ve got the President of the United States demonizing our Somali neighbors and wrongly confiscating childcare funding that Minnesotans rely on.

It’s been hard to keep up with the Somali fraud story.

It all began in late November when whistleblowers claimed Walz retaliated against them after they exposed how members of the Somali program scammed the state’s social services programs, including Medicaid, to send back to Somalia.

A report found that those people used the money for luxury homes, cars, and vacations.

The whistleblowers also said they alerted Kamala Harris and the DNC about Walz, the fraud scandals, and his retaliation.

The fraud exploded when Nick Shirley exposed the alleged Somali daycare fraud scheme.

Shirley’s story finally made the national media pay attention…somewhat. Of course, instead of concentrating on Walz and the fraudsters, the media has tried to discredit Shirley.

I have a simple, two-syllable response. Ha ha.

Timpon can’t stand the heat so he’s getting out of the kitchen. Has he noticed his pants have been singed?
.

My head will rest comfortably on my my pillow tonight.

Let me think. Is it #1 or is it #2?

1. When the going gets tough, the tough get going
2. When the going gets tough, Tim Walzs out the door

Hmmm…wonder if he knows prosecution coming? Better watch him. He may try to flee to a communist country, like China, Canada, or New York City.

Amazing. These blue states are bizzaro world where bad is good and fraud is justice.

Ferguson, Newsome and Kotex would be hailed as heroes for allowing this much fraud.

Dropping out is a start, but when will he be arrested?

The real question. Where will the next Democratic nominee get a moron dumber than he/she/them/it is?

without djt at the helm
none of this and I mean none of this would have even been a blip on the radar

maga

Two staunch communists have retired or been retired, in the past week — dictator/narco-terrorist, Maduro, and, Dhimmi-crat “knucklehead,” Walz.

Good riddance to these evil pieces of excrement.

the left won by the way with this distraction of

tampons in male restrooms

the fact that we allow tax money to be used for these personal supplies only further intensifies the lefts hold over americas students and weakens our arguments against socialism while the left continues to appears to be “for the people”

Surprising that Walz had the brain power to drop out of the race — without taking responsibility — of course for the rampant fraud within the state of Minnesota. Says he wants to continue “working” for the state rather than run a campaign which means absolutely nothing, except “blame Trump.” LOL.

I am positive it wasn’t his choice. That has to suck, the machine taking your place.

I suspect this is Waltz accurately reading the mood of his state. Between his dismal performance in the VP debate, his association with the Kamala/Waltz presidential campaign and the national spotlight shining on the fraud in his home state… he has correctly reasoned that it’s best to get out now.

Given that the massive amounts of fraud and the political contribution kickbacks directly assisted his career, it makes sense for him to get out of office now. Any investigation that documents the political backscratching can be waved away with “he’s gone now and its not worth the effort to politically damage someone who is no longer in office”.

Plus, he may correctly assess that the national spotlight is going to highlight even uglier facets of his administration and it will cost him his upcoming election. If you know that you’re going to lose, why not get out now with your head held high (and your bank account intact)?

His lieutenant governor is way worse than he is. klobachar is thinking about getting into the race.
Those somali voters dem imported have made minnesota almost one party cali junior.

I would like to see a list of the MN employees fired since this fraud broke.

Well now Elmer Fudd can finally learn how to use a hunting gun correctly, as he will ahve more time on his hands. Thank G-D he wasn’t the vice president of the USA. We dodged a major issue there, as I’m guessing he would have run the VP like Biden did as a personal money laundering scheme for him and his family.

A couple of laugh lines from the incomparable governor and aspiring VP:

“My administration is taking fast, decisive action to solve this crisis.” In my world we would call this shutting the barn door after the horses have escaped.

& “Every minute that I spend defending my own political interests would be a minute I can’t spend defending the people of Minnesota against the criminals who prey on our generosity…” His defensive action, to the extent that it is effective, is years late and several $B short.

“We’ve gone to the legislature time and again to get more tools to combat fraud. We’ve fired people who weren’t doing their jobs. We’ve seen people go to jail for stealing from our state. We’ve cut off whole streams of funding, in partnership with the federal government, where we saw widespread criminal activity. We’ve put new locks on the doors of our remaining programs, and we’ve hired a new head of program integrity to make sure those locks can’t be broken.”

It sounds just like all the hard, hard, tedious effort that Joe Biden put into “closing” our border, and with exactly the same results.

Minnesota doesn’t need new laws. It needs a new Governor.

So now Trump has denied Tim Walz TWO elections? Delicious!

Such a pity!

To think, not long ago, he was ready to break the Ass Ceiling.

Oh, Tim broke his ass ceiling a long time ago.

That’s why his beard had artificial insemination –because there was no way Timpon was going to touch an icky girl.

He prefers middle school boys. And makes them use tampons.

Every time I see that picture I think of the opening scene of the move The Sound of Music.
