The FBI executed a search warrant at the Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center in Georgia, according to Fox News.
We don’t have much information about the search.

The state officials opened the hub in 2023, designing it “to streamline their election processes.”
We all know Georgia’s Fulton County! Yes, that’s where President Donald Trump and 16 others faced charges for supposedly rigging the 2020 election.
Yeah, that all fell apart when the defendants exposed the relationship between former District Attorney Fani Willis and the special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
Allegations of wrongdoing and a conflict of interest led the appeals court to remove Willis from the case, and the new prosecutor dropped the charges after Trump won in November.
Well, during his World Economic Forum speech, Trump said people “would soon be prosecuted” for rigging the 2020 election.

I mean, if Trump even tried to rig the 2020 election, he did a horrible job since Biden supposedly received 81 million votes, the most in America’s history. Trump only got 74 million.

I wonder if Fulton County went after Trump because of any actual troubles during the 2020 election. You know, to hide any wrongdoing on the other side.
My curiosity was piqued in December by a Georgia State Board of Elections investigation. From RedState:
A Georgia State Election Board investigation substantiated that Fulton County violated election rules in 2020 by failing to have poll workers sign required tabulation tapes for early votes in 36 out of 37 advanced voting precincts, affecting approximately 315,000 ballots.
These unsigned tapes broke the chain-of-custody and certification requirements under Georgia law, which mandates signed tapes as the sole legal proof of authentic vote totals.
During a board meeting on December 9th, Ann Brumbaugh, attorney for the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, contends that Fulton County does “not dispute that the tapes were not signed.”
Oof. So much for the “most secure” and “most audited” election in the history of the world. No worries, however. Brumbaugh contends that their processes and procedures have rectified the situation since.
“It was a violation of the rule. We, since 2020, again, we have new leadership, and a new building, and a new board, and a new standard operating procedures. And since then, the training has been enhanced.”
“But we don’t dispute the allegation from the 2020 election.”

Yep to watch every last person who signed off on these unlawful ballots go to jail….one count per instance (daily for the early voting period) sentences to run consecutively. Along side every person who lied about the precinct, County or State ‘election security and/or certification of election along the way in any official inquiry, report, document, testimony.

If you’re talking about the unsigned tapes, they were not ballots. They were an accurate count of the ballots (valid and invalid) cast each day in the early voting period. We know they were accurate, because the hand count matched them. But of course a count by its nature includes all ballots cast; there’s no way for the count to tell whether any given ballot was validly cast, and it’s likely there were many thousands of invalid ones.
Yes indeed the tapes which recorded the ballots and the count. Without valid chain of custody the count from those days isn’t valid and instead of junking them they allowed it to proceed.
I’d submit that if those ballots weren’t segregated and remain segregated so they can be counted in isolation that’s another security issue. I’d say that any mistake/oversight in election security should be treated as intentional. Particularly when it wasn’t an isolated incident but a pattern.
Everyone who should have signed off, who should have witnessed the signing, supervised the process and the folks responsible for overseeing the supervisors to ensure every I dotted and T crossed who failed to meet their responsibilities should be at minimum fired and permanently barred from future election related duties. Frankly I’d say the Sec of State who has continuously proclaimed the ’20 election was safe/secure is full of crap. If he and anyone else involved gave testimony that this contradicts they should be charged with perjury. Heck convene a grand jury for malfeasance.
Chief, how does not signing the tapes affect the ballots’ validity? The ballots were secure, just like all other ballots; why would you not count them just because some lax people didn’t sign the tape as they should have. I understand that without being signed the tapes could have been tampered with; but we know they weren’t, because the hand count confirmed their numbers.
The bottom line is that we know there were no shenanigans with the count. That does not tell us anything about the ballots themselves. Not all of those were validly cast. People were allowed to vote who shouldn’t have been. People undoubtedly voted in other people’s names. And of course there were all the perfectly legal shenanigans that the news industry undertook which persuaded many people under false pretenses to vote Democrat. But once all those ballots were cast, they were counted honestly and correctly.

The Bride and I, as well as every other voter in Alabama, has done it for decades. If it’s important, people will find a way. Absentee voting is awkward but doable, just like I did it when I was in the Air Force and out of the state (or out of the country).

The dirty secret is that there’s plenty of invalid voter registrations on the registration lists and the consistent lack of strict adherence to the election laws is fairly commonplace. Even in Red States and Red Counties.
It’s more than just outright fraud. You register and list address A as the physical address, but two years later you move across the street to a different apartment. Did you you update your DL and the physical address on your voter registration? If not, then your inaccurate registration data makes your registration invalid and you should be prevented from voting. Then there’s the lack of proactive analysis of the registration list data. It wouldn’t be that hard to check each physical address to see how many people are registered under that address or if the address is zoned residential v commercial or if there’s a dozen people registered at a studio apartment or if the physical address is a vacant lot….but public officials don’t want to open this can of worms b/c in most places they haven’t done those things and they know how jacked up the voter registration lists actually are and how bad the PR would be so they let ‘sleeping dogs lie’.
Here the correct thing to do was invalidate those early ballots immediately and start telephoning the voters to come in to the polls to cast another ballot…assuming the election officials who had a duty to monitor compliance were doing their job, found the problem and were willing to bite the bullet and endure the ass pain doing that would unleash. They didn’t.
And the Trump “analyst” who claimed to have done this made an utter fool of himself while testifying before the GA legislative committee, because he didn’t actually check his results before making assertions. That did a lot to discredit the entire Trump case in GA.
Which is utterly irrelevant as we KNOW votes that should NOT have been counted were counted. Your hatred of who ever this “Trump” person was seems to outweigh your hatred of votes being counted that shouldn’t have been counted even though this “Trump” person was right 🙄
How do we know that? It was this person’s job to prove it, and he completely screwed the pooch. This discredited the entire case that there were many people on the roll who shouldn’t have been, and who voted. Which is what you’re talking about, isn’t it?

Sure, always important not to over promise. Given the deeply flawed voter registration lists across the Nation the best course of action to correct it would be to junk/invalidate ALL the lists.
Too late now for midterms but junk them on 31 Dec ’26. Have everyone come in to register. To mitigate lines and wait time do it by birth month and week. So if your Birthday is the 1st of Feb you show up the first week of February to reregister with your ID and documents. That’s ’27. Then have a free for all/1st come first served in ’28. That way if your B day is on a holiday week you have 9 months in ’28 to get it done and if it’s important to you you’ll figure out a way to do it.
One or even a few Jack legs who didn’t execute their mission correctly doesn’t undermine the larger truth that our voter registration lists are riddled with invalid registrations.
I agree 100%. Everyone should have to re-register, because it wasn’t done properly in the first place. Especially if you registered decades ago, when things were really loose and you could tell them anything, they’d just take your word for it. (It’s still like that in many D-controlled places.)
And voters should get their fingers inked, just like in Iraq, to prevent them coming back and voting in someone else’s name.
None of which changes the fact that we have no hard evidence of any fraud in GA in 2020. We know there must have been fraud, because what was there to stop it? It’s implausible that the Democrats had opportunities to cheat and chose not to! But we can’t prove it, and the unsigned tapes are just a distraction that proves nothing.

There may well have been fraud in Georgia, indeed it’s almost certain that there was, because it’s impossible to imagine that Democrats would voluntarily refrain from doing what they always do, in the very same election in which all over the country their colleagues were taking it to a whole new scale!
However the unsigned tapes in Fulton were not an example of such fraud. It was a breach of the rules, but the tapes themselves were accurate. Whatever fraud existed in the voting, there was none in the counting. We know that because the entire state recounted all ballots by hand, and the result matched the initial machine count. So we know that all ballots that were in the system were properly counted, once and once only.
Of course that includes ballots that should never have been in the system because they were improperly cast. Those are the ones that Trump asked Raffenspurger to find at least 11,000 of. Trump imagined this was an easy task, since he’d been assured there were many times that number of fraudulent votes, which could easily be detected if only someone went looking for them. Raffensperger was probably correct in saying that it would be a lot more difficult than Trump imagined, but he should still have at least tried. Instead he refused to do anything, so the count stood.
Because the tapes were unsigned and the chain of custody broken, they are de facto uncounted and uncountable.
Accurate or not, they were inadmissible for the election.
The tapes are irrelevant. Not signing the tapes doesn’t affect the ballots’ validity. The ballots are still valid, and the hand count of the ballots confirmed that the numbers on the tapes were accurate and thus they had not been tampered with. The hand count confirmed that the result was correct, and that is all that matters.

Because there is no chain of custody the votes should not have been counted. You absolutely cannot say they were correct because you have no idea if they were tampered with or outright just created by Democrats.

Mailman, you are full of shit, as usual. The tapes have nothing to do with the ballots! The ballots’ chain of custody was not broken. And they were all recounted by hand, which confirmed that the tapes were correct. Therefore we know for a fact that the tapes were not tampered with, let alone “outright just created”.
You stand by your contention that the hand count was the same so there is no problem. What evidence do you have that the hand count was justly performed and that none of the people who failed to sign off on the tapes were involved. You seem willing to accept that account at face value without question.

That is not true. The recount totals did NOT match the initial machine counts. There were discrepancies. In Fulton county alone the recount was off by nearly 1000 votes, and they found 3000+ votes were duplicated.

The court case revolves around apparent discrepancies between the initial recount totals in November 2020 and the corrected totals released a day later by Fulton County. ”
Mark Wingate, a Fulton County Elections Board member, testified under oath that he voted against certifying the 2020 election because the county did not verify the signatures on 147,000 mail-in ballots.
Mark Wingate, “I asked what did we do for signature verification? And the comment I got back frankly floored me, ‘We didn’t do any.'”
He knows this.

Bill Barr told the American people, back when it mattered, that there was no evidence of voter fraud.
Half a year later, when it no longer mattered, he admitted in an interviewed that he had prevented any investigation whatsoever in any of the key swing States and hadn’t bothered to look at any of the 35,000+ sworn affidavits documenting the fraud.
The Senate should have voted AGAINST certifying the election on J6 and investigated the fraud. That was their actual duty. Let the investigations and lawsuits play out until it becomes clear whether or not the fraud was sufficient to reverse the legitimate results.
Instead, we got President Voter Fraud in office for four years and the investigations finally just now getting started five full years too late to matter.
