Dozens of Rioters Arrested Outside Minnesota Hotel Where ICE Agents Supposedly Stay

“Individuals participating in criminal acts are not protected under the First Amendment and were subject to arrest.”

Police arrested dozens of anti-ICE rioters outside of a SpringHill Suites by Marriott where they believe ICE agents are staying, specifically Commander Greg Bovino.

The hotel is located in Maple Grove, located about 17 miles northeast of Minneapolis.

Police told the rioters to leave after some started to throw objects at officers and damage property.

We do not know if the arrested rioters face any charges.

“The Maple Grove Police Department respects and upholds the First Amendment rights of individuals to peacefully assemble and express their views. Our priority remains the safety and security of all residents, visitors, and property within our community,” a police spokesman said, as reported by KSTP. “At that point, the activity was no longer considered peaceful. Individuals participating in criminal acts are not protected under the First Amendment and were subject to arrest.”

Even if they were charged, some judge owned by the left will just dismiss them.

I believe one of the news outlets reported that two people had been released.

Beege’s article on Cam’s work captures something I’m surprised has not gotten more traction. That Signal chat group had what appears to be the MN Lt Gov as an active participant.

Right after the story hit the wires the Lt Gov deleted all her face book etc (except was already captured).

That won’t be too tough to prove or disprove.

We know they are all dirty, but laws being broken by lefties and those lefties being prosecuted are two different things… but the Lt Gov actively partaking in the signal chat for rioters against the Federal Gov should be one of those things that hits the treason threshold.

I imagine Hilton Hotels had something to say.

So far, Hilton Hotels has been doin’ a lot of denyin’, and not much in the way of actual fixin’. I’d rather book at Fawlty Towers, at least his lame denials are entertaining

Can we call this a couple yet?

There have been numerous allegations and NYPost articles about left wing NGOs funding these protests but no in depth reporting . In light of your recent article regarding the Democrat playbook quoting Obama and Clinton, this seems a ripe topic.

I have an idea…a reality show of live footage of rioters with the shadows of three robots whom appear to be observing the action making sarcastic comments about the rioters.
Call it Minnesota Science Theater 2026.

These anarchists seemed upset that the local PD State Police were finally acting to end their chaos cosplay.

About time these terrorists faced some consequences. Whether it sticks or not is a different question.

Let the beatings begin! Sorry, but that what Communists need.

Publish their names pictures and rap sheets on a web site so we all know who they are.

The temperature at the time those posts were uploaded was 7 degrees.

Instead of cuffing and stuffing, may I suggest water cannons with capsaicin instead?

Just using a super soaker would have been painful.

Paintball pellets with dye/CS. The immediate reaction is the application of CS. The dye is used to mark/ID. Use different colors for different time periods; red from 2100-2200, blue 2200-2300 and so on. Then review video footage to match paintball color to the individual and their actions. Guy roughly 5’7 with tan jacket/black beanie gets red dye so he was doing something at 2100-2200. Review footage and ‘oh look he’s the guy that threw the frozen water battle that busted agent Smith’s nose’. Now charge him with battery on a Federal LEO.

Whatever. It’s not like anything’s likely to happen to those that have been arrested. Nothing ever does. Law enforcement arrests the rioters and then local prosecutors either claim they don’t have enough evidence to charge them and immediately release them or give them slap-on-the-wrist plea deals with little or no punishment or consequence for their illegal acts and actions. Either way, nothing much will come of these arrests and the rioters will be quickly released to continue their chaos. Guaranteed.

Glad to see the headline correctly identified them as “rioters.”

More reports coming out that the “protesters” have taken over MPLS. Street corners manned by a few agitators who will demand ID from anyone they don’t like the looks of and then send out an alert calling for back-up. It’s spelled a-n=a-r-c-h-y and it will spread it if isn’t shut down now. More coverage of this is needed in order for citizens to understand what is really at play here — it’s not about immigration and ICE — it’s sedition.

No, I am not an illegal immigrant, but I did bray at a Springhill Suites by Marriott last night.

this should also bring federal charges against them..ya know jan 6 style only this time the crimes are real or more real

It is time to use RICO, the FBI, Secret Service, U.S. Marshals and the full force of federal law enforcement, to arrest, prosecute and incarcerate these exceptionally well-organized and well-funded Dhimmi-crat insurrectionists, terrorists, agitators, subversives and fifth columnists.

The most astonishing thing about this entire article is that state and local police actually did something. I’d suspect the locals of possibly being a pocket of #resistance-resistance, as Los Alamitos was (as long as they could be) against California’s sanctuary policies. Why Walz’s police cooperated in this totally confuses me.

Because Trump caved in the kissy face phone call they had, and Timmie boy promised this degree of cooperation in return for Trump surrendering .

Trump is terrified of polling numbers on this issue, so he is turning tail.

Until those arrested are prosecuted and sentenced appropriately it is all for show.

It should be emphasized that this occurred in Maple Grove, not Minneapolis. Maple Grove is a place where, for the last several decades, reasonably sane people have moved to raise families. The “Learning Centers” have affected them in two different ways: their children’s education has been dumbed down to Learning Center standards, and their taxes have been funding the Learning Centers. I am watching to see how far the rot has spread.

James O’Keefe today:

Then hundreds of people surrounded our vehicle.

They hurled frozen ice bottles at our truck. The impacts cracked against the windows. Some hit us hard – even through the glass.

They ripped at my bulletproof vest trying to drag me out.

We fought our way through the crowd. We barely escaped.

But they weren’t done.

They followed us all the way back to our hotel.

And then this text message came through to one of my team members:

“We know you’re in Minneapolis with O’Keefe and his crew of Nazis. White Ford, license plate from Florida. You have one hour to leave or you’re dead.” …

My head of security is a former Marine. He’s been to war zones. He’s faced down cartels at the southern border.

He told me Minneapolis was worse than anything he’s ever seen.

Let that sink in.

An American city. Worse than a war zone. Worse than the cartels.

This is what’s happening in our country right now. And the media won’t show you any of it.

Are we insurrectiony enough yet???
