Grassley: Jack Smith Targeted Over 400 Republicans During Arctic Frost

You will not be surprised the judge in the case. Not one bit.

I forgot to write about this yesterday. This week has been weird for me. I think it’s the weather change!

Anyway!

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley revealed that former Special Counsel Jack Smith targeted over 400 Republicans during his Arctic Frost investigation:

The subpoenas, which were provided to Grassley through legally protected whistleblower disclosures, were sent to 34 individuals and 163 businesses. These 197 subpoenas requested testimony, communications and records related to at least 430 named Republican individuals and entities. Some of the records Smith subpoenaed from banks, individuals and businesses included:

  • Communications with media companies such as CBS, Fox News, Fox Business, Newsmax, Sinclair and others.
  • Communications with “any member, employee or agent of the Legislative Branch of the U.S. Government.”
  • Communications with White House advisors, such as Stephen Miller, Dan Scavino, Jared Kushner, Lara Trump and others.
  • Statistical data and analysis relating to donors and fundraising efforts.
  • Broad financial data relating to conservative individuals and entities.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-NJ) described it as Biden’s “enemies list.”

Seriously. Everything they accuse Trump of doing is exactly what they did.

That Judge

You’ll never guess who shows up in this chaos: Judge James Boasberg.

We already knew that Smith subpoenaed Cruz’s phone records.

Well, Cruz gave us more information.

Boasberg told AT&T not to tell Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) about the subpoena because he “would destroy or tamper with evidence.”

Boasberg has been in the headlines this past year because of his vendetta against President Donald Trump.

Cruz wants the House to impeach him.

Can you blame him? Boasberg is a leftist activist using his power to take down those he does not like.

It’s disgusting and appalling. It’s not just an abuse of power. It perverts the law.

Cruz went off on Boasberg:

One of those subpoenas went from Jack Smith to AT&T seeking my cell phone communications.

It went to AT&T, and I actually want to commend AT and T for doing the right thing. AT&T is based in Texas. AT&T looked at that subpoena, and they went to their legal counsel and they said, “What should we do with that subpoena?”

And their legal counsel said, “You cannot comply because this is protected by the Speech and Debate Clause of the US Constitution.” And so AT&T declined to comply, did not hand over my cell phone records.

Now one might ask, ordinarily, a phone company being asked to hand over the phone records of a sitting senator would notify that Senator.

Well, there was a reason. AT&T did not do so.

Accompanying the subpoena was an order, which I have in my hand right here, an order that was signed by Judge James E Boasberg.

Now, who is Boasberg? Boasberg is that radical leftist judge who is out of control, who has been issuing nationwide injunctions, one after the other, trying to stop President Trump from carrying out his mandate from the voters.

Judge Boasberg issued an order to AT&T, and signed that order prohibiting AT&T from informing me of this subpoena for at least one year. And Judge Boasberg gave the basis for that order, and I quote from the order Judge Boasberg signed, “the court finds reasonable grounds to believe that such disclosure will result in destruction of or tampering with evidence, intimidation of potential witnesses, and serious jeopardy to the investigation.”

That’s an order a judge signed. Now I can tell you right now there is precisely zero evidence to conclude that I am likely to destroy or tamper with evidence or to intimidate potential witnesses. Zero evidentiary basis for that, this order is an abuse of power. This order is a weaponized legal system.

My assumption we don’t have the subpoenas that were issued for the other senators, but my assumption is Judge Boasberg printed these things out, like the placemats at Denny’s, one after the other we don’t know that for a fact, but I feel confident that he concluded it’s likely that Lindsey Graham would destroy evidence, and Marsha Blackburn would destroy evidence, and Eric Schmidt would destroy evidence, and Chuck Grassley would destroy evidence if a litigant makes a claim for which there is no factual basis that litigant is subject to sanctions in federal court.

Need a Special Counsel.

I’ll take “Democrat Projection” for $500, Alex.

Boasberg and Jack Smith probably ought to consider relocating outside the USA.

First the House needs to impeach Boasberg. Probably won’t get a conviction, but they need to expose his nefarious way of doing business. At best he can then be thrown off of the FISA court and be prevented from handling any National Security cases.

A trial in the Senate would force the Democrats to defend Judicial Tyranny and lawfare and draw massive media coverage. Most Americans don’t read blogs like this one and are largely unaware of just how ruthless the Democrats were under the Biden/Obama regimes. A conviction of any of these corrupt judges is probably not going to happen but exposure may ensure fewer Democrat Senators and a better chance of honest judges going forward.

At some point it might be necessary to completely revamp the Federal Judiciary which I understand Congress has the power to do. Whether they have the will to do so and whether there are even worse consequences if the Democrats regain power is the $64,000 question.

The House couldn’t even get the votes to impeach Mayorkas. And the majority is even thinner now

‘What crime(s) was Smith investigating that would encompass over 400 republican politicos?’ – any reasonable person asking a reasonable question

‘Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime.’ – Lavrentiy Beria, Stalin’s head of the soviet secret police 1938-46

Beria was executed in 1953 for crimes against the soviet state.

I want the screws turned on Merrick Garland. When will he get what’s coming to him?

Spare me the RINO hyperventilating.

We TOLD you jackass RINOs that when you let them walk away with zero consequences after blatantly and illegally abusing FISA to spy on Trump that it meant they were going to do it to a bunch of other Republicans.

Were they actually stupid enough to believe that it was ‘because Trump’?

Yet you still walking around free after impersonating the US attorney. Should be in prison

don’t want to sound like a broken record but ….

anything going to be done about any of this?

This is why I have issues with Judges…

Court injunctions…

Biden 14 in 4 years
Obama 12 in 8 years
GW Bush 6 in 8 years
Clinton 12 in 8 years

Trump 170 in 4 years and 10 months

The Judiciary is filled with Leftist activist just like schools

Impeaching these corrupt Judges must be done immediately. It will force these Judges from doing their Judicial work as they get tied up in the House and even if the Senate goes nowhere, the Judges are put out of work for sometime. It also makes them realize that they can be hurt for being activists.

In the earlier discussion on this topic of Arctic Frost, I explained how pervasive is this concept of hyper-pen-register surveillance is, combined with geolocation data. My prediction was that more was to be revealed. OK, so the second shoe has dropped. There is a whole closet of shoes here.

My earlier discussion of the technology still stands: there are probably no federal judges and very few lawyers that understand the computer science and the math involved. Search power for correlations is — to the ordinary reader — essentially infinite.

Note what is missing from the three disclosures so far on Arctic Frost. At no point has anybody on the Federal side denied that the Markov-chain “non-eavesdropping” analysis of speech is going on. That is because it is going on. Snowden exposed some of it. But that technology was 15 year ago and today’s tools are three generations better… better at breaking the law while extracting data.

Later, the House exposed some: https://judiciary.house.gov/media/press-releases/new-report-exposes-massive-government-surveillance-americans-financial-data

The Feds can, and were, doing the exact form of not-quite-eavesdropping I explained earlier. Imagine Watergate, but with a billion times more data and a thousand times more people involved.

“You’ll never guess who shows up in this chaos: Judge James Boasberg.”
This Halloween, I’m dressing up as Joe McCarthy.

Surprise! Smith is a total piece of partisan excrement.

There seems to have been a complete absence of supervision by the DOJ.

Well, unless Jack Smith gets an indictment, it shows that Lawfair is a legal and viable tool to use against your opponents.

I’m going to point out something terrifying to everybody who cares about the rule of law. We know of 400 Republican *SO FAR* that have been targeted during Arctic Frost. I suspect this is only the tip of the iceberg.

Arctic Frost makes Nixon’s Enemies List like Kindergarten play.
