Man Accused of Driving Car Into FBI’s Pittsburgh Building in Custody
“This was a targeted attack on this building.”
FBI Pittsburgh has Donald Henson in custody for allegedly driving his car into the FBI’s Pittsburgh office at 2:40 AM.
Assistant Special Agent In Charge Christopher Giordano said the agency is looking “at this as an act of terror, against the FBI.”
“This was a targeted attack on this building,” continued Giordano. “Thankfully, no one was hurt.”
The FBI also said the car had “some vulgarity” on the side, but did not release more details.
Witness Nakeisha Brown described the incident to WTAE:
“I’m blown away right now,” said Nakeisha Brown, who works nearby.
Brown said she first heard the screeching of tires and then saw the aftermath of the crash as well as a man who got out of the vehicle.
“He got out and went around the passenger side and pulled something out of the passenger side. I thought it was a gun but it happened to be a flag and he just set it on that fence and started yelling out some words and just took off.”

Eh. It’s not the first time. A couple years ago, someone tried to jump the fence at the FBI building and got impaled on it. I’ve been trying to find the news story but nothing will pop up except the current event.
What was on the flag
Other reports say it was an American flag.
Other reports say the driver had previously filed a complaint of some type of activity with the FBI. The FBI subsequently contacted him to tell them there was no federal nexus with the activity of which he had complained (which, so far, remains undescribed). Apparently he was upset with the FBI’s determination.
Or was otherwise having a bad hair day…

The video showed an American flag in the fence, so I’m assuming that was the flag he planted.

And, he was driving with an expired inspection sticker.
I’d like to know what the ‘vulgarity’ on the side of the car was.

Guy MAY be a lefty nutjob upset that the FBI has stopped investigating Catholics in general and parents speaking out at school board meetings and J6 trespassers years after they committed misdemeanors.
OR he MAY be a righty nutjob upset that they were doing all that.
OR he may just be a nutjob who thinks the FBI (or else The Jeeews – always another favorite) has inserted a GOP tracker into his brain to read his thoughts.
Oh, it is noteworthy that for ONCE the FBI is quick off the mark to call a terrorist type attack a terrorist type attack instead of weasel-wording it. Either it’s because of Patel – or because the target was themselves.
A lot like Loughner, the guy who shot Gabby Giffords – thoroughly confused in a semi-partisan way and very, very disturbed.
