Whistleblower Claims Schiff Allowed Leaking Classified Intel Against Trump
The whistleblower described leaking classified intel as “unethical and treasonous.”
Just the News reported that in 2017, an intelligence officer who worked for the Democrats on the House Intelligence committee told the FBI that then-Rep. Adam Schiff approved leaking classified information to hurt then-President Donald Trump regarding Russia.
We found it. We declassified it.
Now Congress can see how classified info was leaked to shape political narratives – and decide if our institutions were weaponized against the American people. pic.twitter.com/PCpLFLuPmI

The whistleblower is a Democrat and considers themselves friends with Schiff and former Rep. Devin Nunes.
The latest interview with the whistleblower happened in St. Louis, MO, in 2023.
Rep. Eric Swalwell’s name appears, too.
According to the documents, the whistleblower attended an all-staff meeting called by Schiff:
In this meeting, SCHIFF stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President of the United States Donald J. TRUMP. SCHIFF stated the information would be used to Indict President TRUMP. [blacked out] stated this would be illegal and, upon hearing his concerns, unnamed members of the meeting reassured [blacked out] that they would not be caught leaking classified information.
“The leaks were driven from the top; they were structured and intentional,” the notes read on page 12. “The message conveyed to the staff was the U.S. was facing a constitutional crisis and something needed to be done.”
When approached again, the whistleblower described leaking classified intel as “unethical and treasonous.”
The issue weighed heavily on the whistleblower, who then sought out ways to report what they knew.
The whistleblower contacted the FBI, leading to many conversations with two unnamed agents.
The FBI invited the whistleblower to participate in a mock grand jury with the DOJ.
Unfortunately, the whistleblower found out “that the issue would not be investigated further by the DOJ, as Congressmen have immunity to all speech and actions made on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives.”
The decision confused the whistleblower because they did not think “that the activity he witnessed would be protected by this legal provision.”
This happened in 2017 when Trump was in his first term. I find it odd that his DOJ did not want to pursue the allegations. If no one could do anything with it in the courts, then at least tell the media.
Deeper Corruption?
Anyway, the whistleblower told a Republican colleague that the committee terminated his employment because he didn’t show “party loyalty.”
The colleague went out for drinks with the whistleblower, who informed the the colleague about backlash:
[blacked out] emphasized that this was not a one-time thing. Under the system established by [blacked out], notes would run up to the ranking member, ADAM SCHIFF, after which a decision was made as to who would leak the information. [blacked out] alleged that this process remained in place under the Minority Staff Director who succeeded [blacked out], though two other minority staffers, [blacked out] and [blacked out] – also refused to leak.
Revenge?
Hmmmm….it sounds like Schiff wanted revenge because “all hell broke loose” after Trump won. Apparently, Schiff thought failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton would appoint him as CIA director.
Schiff told the staff “to drive the ‘Russian involvement’ issue into a joint inquiry, similar to the 9/11 commission.” Schiff even pushed to make Gen. Michael Flynn, Trump’s first national security advisor, as a focus and gather info about his contact with Russia.
Unfortunately, due to so many redactions, I’m having a hard time keeping track of who is who.
The whistleblower heard other staff members talking about sharing information “with a particular foreign government” and another using “his spouse’s phone to make calls” to conceal his identity.
But one incident caused the whistleblower to confront the committee over leaking information. Swalwell’s name comes into play here:
According to [blacked out], a particularly sensitive document made available by [blacked out], viewed by a small contingent of staff, as well as SCHIFF and Representative ERIC SWALWELL. Within 24 hours, the information appeared in the news almost verbatim and [blacked out] officials descended upon HPSCI’s offices, threatening to stop providing information unless the leaking ended. [blacked out] suspected that SWALWELL played a role in the leak and noted that SWALWELL previously had been warned to be careful because he had a reputation for leaking classified information.
Interesting…
Schiff admitted the committee did not have enough information to impeach Trump.
However, many people stuck with Schiff, thinking he would rise up through the ranks and take them with him.

Comments
There’s a reason Schiff never wears light-colored suits.
Hides the Schiff stains.
The discussion or disclosure did not take place on the floor. It would have been in a private room with a select audience. It might take a supreme court decision but i dont think the immunity clause would apply. Maybe he needs to be called to testify before the investigative committee. Let him claim the 5th and confirm his guilt to the public.
Unfortunately, all we will see is Sabre rattling. Nothing is going to happen to him. I hope I’m wrong…
You aren’t wrong. There will be much speechifying, much bloviating, and enough harrumphing to do a remake of Blazing Saddles.
I agree. Here we are 7 months into the new administration, and no indictments of anyone big. Just bloviation. Bondi (as I expected) has proven to be a fraud. She does nothing substantive. I’m disappointed in Trump as well. Early on he was against the H-1b program, now he supports it. He sends subs (probably Boomers) to Russian waters. Just grandstanding. The Russians are probably tracking all our Boomers from space. One certainly doesn’t announce a sub deployment with the approximate location. I once worked on the submarine detection problem.
The H-1b program has degraded a tech career. My contacts at the national labs tell me the new recruits are very deficient technically. Research is dead. Tech used to be a good career. Mine certainly was. Not anymore. The very smart people have been lured away by finance. All this has a big effect on our defense industry. Even 20 years ago it was in serious decline. I personally had to correct deficient reports over the years. Now many new electrical engineers can’t tell you what a Laplace Transform is. Some don’t even know what the transpose of a matrix is. Incredible.
Sundance, at The Conservative Treehouse, thinks Bondi is more performative than anything else. I happen to agree with him.
My understanding is that she has, or had, a questionable professional relationship with Ben Crump, That alone makes me distrust her..
Who knows, maybe she will do well. So far, I’m not impressed
Someone mentioned elsewhere, and I had forgotten about it, Schiffhead got one of the autopen pardons. That may also protect that pencil necked scumbag.
Schiff’s pardon is for his activities related to the Jan 6 investigations. It’s not a blanket pardon like the one for Hunter Biden.
Keep him away from bridges…he may drive off one.
Why? He’s not a Kennedy.
Aw, why not spread the Democratic love?
the thing with grifters/traitors/liars is they’re nearly always in it for themselves—as a result, they’’ll act “by any means necessary” to save their ass—this guy’s a known entity, not really a major player
but who is walking around with the knowledge/goods that can give-up the whole show?—the whole “soft coup” script?—only a select few—me thinks “sell by” dates are getting moved up
Soft coup?!?
How about a RICO charge instead?
To coin a phrase about the msm..
You can’t HATE Schiff enough.
That whistleblower was lucky he wasn’t indicted. The job of the FBI is to protect the institutional corruption of DC and anyone who tries to expose that becomes their target instead. That is why there was no follow-up, it had nothing to do with the Speech and Debate clause.
The speech and debate clause was meant to allow one thing – complete freedom of speech during debates in Congress on the floors of the House and Senate. Period. Releasing classified information is a crime. The authors of the Constitution intended the speech and debate clause to allow members of Congress to commit crimes? Rubbish!
Last I heard, a conference room isn’t the floor of the House. So speech and debate doesn’t apply.
That’s not how it works. Any speech by a member of congress, or by any of his staffers, in the course of performing his congressional duties, is covered, no matter where it took place. See Gravel v US.
Is leaking classified information included in that?! I would think not.
I likewise don’t think leaking classified information is included. And I really want to find out in a court of law.
Schiff is an unhinged anti-American a-hole.
I hope no one hacks into cnn and the rest and forces their viewership, whatever that is these days, to be
indoctrinated with these FACTS
and just like that, schiff and swallwell come to the realization they are no longer assets to the progs/deep state—they are liabilities—liabilities with lots of incriminating information
sleep well, boys
No Wine Before Its Time. These complicated affairs are very difficult to unwind and it’s hard to get the proper evidence to convict. The presumption of innocence is quite hard to overcome.
So much stuff is going on otherwise. Have patience and let’s see where this goes. Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow talked about lawfare, and said: “We are at the beginning of investigation season. We’re going to have another 5 more, 10 more, 50 more, I don’t know…but every single one of these people involved in the Russia collusion hoax, involved in the lawfare…they need to be held to account.”

Just look at this new news against Schiff. News will continue to come forth. Who knows what is next? The process must play out, and in the end these people will live in American history infamy.
“Apparently, Schiff thought failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton would appoint him as CIA director.”
So the jackass who committed mortgage fraud thought he would be CIA director? No blackmail potential there. And that’s just what we know about.
“Apparently, Schiff thought failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton would appoint him as CIA director… many people stuck with Schiff, thinking he would rise up through the ranks and take them with him.”
Well, he DOES resemble a young J. Edgar Hoover… don’t you think?
I mean, I could definitely see schiff wearing a dress.
Hang the treasonous c*nt by the neck…I bet his melon head would pop right off that puny, wimpy pencil neck.
They committed conspiracy to commit espionage/ treason.
They should be given a leak that can’t be plugged.
“[blacked out] stated this would be illegal and, upon hearing his concerns, unnamed members of the meeting reassured [blacked out] that they would not be caught leaking classified information.”
“It’s only illegal if you get caught.”
I’m pretty sure that’s part of the Democrat National Platform by now.
It would be a crying shame if Schiff wandered into the wrong LA neighborhood and got the Schiff beaten out of him.
Let’s put up a big fence and play “Escape from DC” the congressional edition.
I am still slightly stunned by the Democrat attitude of “We are in a Constitutional crisis because we lost a presidential election.”
I don’t know why it still surprises me. It keeps happening.
