Rep. Eric Swalwell Threatens To Doxx Masked ICE Agents If Dems Regain House

“I want this to be absolutely clear — these masked men — roaming around like bank robber bandits — will be unmasked in a Democratic majority. Literally and figuratively.”

I have a secret confession to reveal about California Congressman Eric Swalwell. I’ve never told anyone this.

I confuse him with Adam Schiff.

The only way I can remember which is which is through visualization.

Thinking.

Visualizing.

Associating.

Got it – Fang Fang.

Now that we have the right person.

I have a question.

I guess I’ll skip the question.

On August 16, 2025, Swalwell threatened that if Democrats regain control of the House in 2026, they will “unmask” ICE agents who wear masks to conceal their identities to protect them from from gangs and antifa-types.

I want this to be absolutely clear — these masked men — roaming around like bank robber bandits — will be unmasked in a Democratic majority. Literally and figuratively. There will be accountability for the terror they’ve brought to our communities.

It’s all coming out.

He knows he would be putting ICE Agents and their families in mortal danger if he does what he threatens to do. He doesn’t care.

Most people do not realize how serious this could be.

1) Assuming the Leftists do dox Federal agents who are in fact doing their duty.
2) The Left will eventually retaliate physically, and perhaps fatally, and quite possibly against Federal agents who have had nothing to do with the specific act that they are “retaliating” for.
3) At that point there is a strong possibility that we move outside the rule of law on both sides. Getting back inside a rule of law, with the consent of the governed, may be a task that is beyond us. We have seen this happen in other countries, and with the Left’s goal being the dissolution of our country, it is not going to be something we want ourselves or our children to endure.

The logical starting point would be doxx every Democrat in Congress, show their location with maps and photos. If they protest that such information is threatening, then how is their doxxing of federal agents justified?

Of course with the whole rules for me and mine differ to those for thee and thine, Democrats would probably try to argue both ways about their privilege, but the public response is unlikely to accept that.

      ztakddot in reply to George_Kaplan. | August 17, 2025 at 10:01 pm

Why stop there. DOX every dramcrat at the state and local level who rants like this.

      EVERY SINGLE ONE!

Let them worry about the unhinged mob too.

      Milhouse in reply to George_Kaplan. | August 18, 2025 at 12:45 am

Yes, and that should be the response to his threat. If you publish private information about our agents, we will publish your private information. Tit for tat.

alaskabob in reply to Milhouse. | August 18, 2025 at 4:21 pm

In the war of “tit for tat”, the tits have to be disproportionately stronger than the tats. Otherwise, it just goes on rather than stops. I know it falls under “stochastic terrorism” but harm to a federal agent due to complicit intent should have criminal ramifications. Or, shall we see…

Swalwell seems to be begging to be the first House member to be placed in “protective custody.”

Why is this man not in jail for treason?

Ohio Historian in reply to gonzotx. | August 17, 2025 at 9:51 pm

Because Kevin Clinesmith probably altered the email to say he was a CIA informant.

Milhouse in reply to gonzotx. | August 17, 2025 at 11:50 pm

For what? When did he commit treason, and how? Sleeping with someone who turns out to have been a spy is not treason.

coyote in reply to Milhouse. | August 18, 2025 at 8:39 am

You’re partly correct. What Swalwell’s doing isn’t exactly treason, it’s closer to sedition. He’s advocating the overthrow of the government. They are, in fact, different.

On the other hand…to the degree that his statements and encouragement of opposition “give aid and comfort to the enemy”—enemies can be foreign or domestic—that fits the legal definition of treason. Organized or freelance criminals in the country’s capital city are among our enemies. They’re certainly not friends of the US.

Milhouse in reply to coyote. | August 18, 2025 at 9:54 am

        No, it isn’t sedition.

First of all, advocacy cannot ever be a crime. The first amendment absolutely protects all advocacy, of anything, in all circumstances. Including advocating the violent overthrow of the United States. So that can’t be sedition, no matter what any purported law says. Any act of congress that purports to ban it is not a law.

Second, he is not advocating the violent overthrow of the United States. Even if he were advocating the violent overthrow of one president (which he isn’t doing) there would simply be another president. A president is not a king, so plotting his overthrow is neither sedition nor treason, let alone merely advocating it.

Third, giving aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States (which means someone who is waging war on them) requires material support, not merely encouragement — there’s that first amendment again.

Fourth, your claim that the legal definition of treason is “giving aid and comfort to the enemy” is incorrect. The definition of treason is adhering to the enemy, giving them aid and comfort. Adherence is the key factor; without it, a mere overt act giving aid and comfort cannot be treason. At a treason trial the prosecution must prove beyond reasonable doubt that the overt act giving aid and comfort was motivated by that adherence and not by something else.

For instance knowingly sheltering an enemy spy in wartime, not because he’s with the enemy but because he’s your son, is not treason.

Bottom line: Swalwell is an awful person, but not guilty of treason.

M Poppins in reply to Milhouse. | August 18, 2025 at 11:59 am

Yes it is sedition, as defined by The Oxford Dictionary: “conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state.”

Milhouse in reply to Milhouse. | August 19, 2025 at 12:56 am

Miss Poppins, crimes are not defined by a dictionary. They’re defined only by laws. And Congress can’t make laws banning advocacy, of anything.

M Poppins in reply to Milhouse. | August 18, 2025 at 11:56 am

      Yes it is

    Wait….

If he gets power we will see what a fascist actually is and worse, does. One of many in the Democratic Party, while they fraudulently sing like Freedom Marchers.

CCP President Xi must be SO proud of Rep. Swalwell.

The Democrats are actively trying to trigger a civil war. The only thing keeping it from happening is that the Right has the maturity that the Democrats lack. However, the Right’s patience is not inexhaustible…

Yeah, that’s not a doorbell the dems should keep ringing. I really don’t think they’d like how it could turn out.

Remember the NYT oped from a week ago where the leftist authors were crying because the US Military hadn’t deposed Trump yet? They actually believe the military is on their side and will swoop in to either eliminate us or put their boots on our necks (all while calling us “Fascists” and “authoritarians”) They think the US military will do their dirty work for them.

Somebody needs to knock some teeth out of this little asshole

That’s the only way you handle pricks like Swalwell

Ohio Historian | August 17, 2025 at 9:49 pm

I’m waiting for Tulsi to open his file and reveal us know what he leaked to his buddies in China.

This is a traitor claiming to be a patriot.

Now is the time to dox Eric Swalwell seven ways from Sunday.
Where he lives. Where he dines. Where he sleeps in town. Where he goes to church (OK, that was a joke). Where he goes to cheat on his wife Brittany.
What he had for breakfast. What is under his fingernails.

These Democrats are engaged in enemy action.

Give this treasonous c*nt the Rand Paul ‘howdy neighbor ‘ treatment.

Transparent attempts by Democrat politicians to incite violence against their perceived enemies won’t stop until at least one is successfully prosecuted for it.

Two can play at that game. ICE should inform Swalwell that if such information is ever published about its agents, the same information will be published about all Democrat members of Congress. The rest of the Dems should be informed the same thing, so they can sit on him.

No, committing an illegal act in retaliation for an illegal act doesn’t make it legal. There is nothing that keeps the agents (with full financial support of their agency) from SUING him in a district other than DC for several million dollars per agent doxed in actual and compensatory damages. Each an individual suit, making him fight them individually, with civil suits needing few votes per jury member. And news media who reprint his illegal doxing then get stapled onto the lawsuits, subject to discovery, etc… The media will run screaming away from him when he offers an interview, and he will shrivel away like a plant without sunlight.

Azathoth in reply to Milhouse. | August 19, 2025 at 3:43 pm

Congresspeople’s info is largely in the public domain now.

That’s how your fellow party members protest at Republican’s homes, threatening their spouses and children.

And why would that have the same effect as telling the cartels where ICE agents live? Republicans aren’t known for slaughtering their political opponents.

Pity the same can’t be said of Democrats.

“The Moon Is A Harsh Mistress”, Robert Heinlein

[Lunar colonists have successfully revolted against an oppressive Lunar Authority. As part of the revolt, they have developed a list of people employed by the Authority as informants, spies, agents provocateur…]

“So Adam Selene announced that these persons had been employed by Juan Alvarez, late Security Chief for former Authority, as undercover spies–and gave names and addresses. Adam did not suggest that anything be done.
One man remained on dodge for seven months by changing warrens and name. Then early in ’77 his body was found outside Novylen’s lock. But most of them lasted no more than hours.”

He made these statements outside the Well of the House. No speech and debate clause protection. When the House reconvenes the Speaker should put forth a censure motion for Swallows Well. Once passed he should be stripped of all committee assignments. The only way to stop this type of abhorrent behavior is to punish it to the maximum allowed by House rules.

He made these statements outside the Well of the House. No speech and debate clause protection.

Not true. This is not Westminster; the speech and debate clause extends to anything a congressman does in the course of his role as a legislator, and it also extends to his staffers.

fang-fang=fart-fart

This arrogant POS needs a visit from some Sicilians I know. We’ll never him speak out again post “visit”.

Ummm, he might want to examine federal law regarding PII and CUI. And maybe Congressional powers that be should strip him of access to all such information in government.

More lunacy from the left coast. Perhaps he should spend more time outside his echo chamber talking to regular folks. He then could get some answers to questions like – How do the American people feel about federal law enforcement officers wearing masks in the performance of their official duties? Is this a winning issue for Marxists like Eric? Is his threat likely to produce a Democrat majority?

as soon as he does, the entire ICE force should walk off the job and resign, followed by vigilante justice

destroycommunism | August 18, 2025 at 12:27 pm

so swallows well REAL CONCERN is that the masked ICE agents will give his bank robber bandits a bad name

The fact that Swalwell changed his appearance somewhat, growing a little facial hair, is his admission that his Fang-Fang days are a big problem. With this criminal statement … what will he do to further disguise himself? shave his head? liposuction? He can run, but he cannot hide!

From time to time a government connected individual disappears or worse for no apparent reason, Beware Eric.

Why does no one dox the Chinese spy banger Swallowell? Put a picture of that traitor’s house on the internet along with his address….watch him squeal then and demand justice. But that little weasel threatens to do it to the men and women who enforce immigration laws; typical democrat.
