Legal Insurrection “Hide And Seek” Summer 2025 Fundraiser
You remember playing Hide and Seek as a kid, don’t you? The game is on in the fight against CRT and DEI in education, with schools concealing and rebranding their efforts. We’re gearing up for this new phase , and need your help.
The Legal Insurrection Foundation, through it’s CriticalRace.org and EqualProtect.org projects, has led the fight against the racialization of education. Now we are expanding rapidly for the battles ahead, and we need your support. DONATE HERE.
You remember playing Hide and Seek as a kid, don’t you?
That game is on in the fight against CRT and DEI in higher education. The last several years, through our CriticalRace.org and EqualProtect.org projects, we have been a leader in identifying, documenting, and legally challenging this racialization of eduation.
But the challenge has shifted in the last year, particularly since the 2024 election. It’s something we’ve written about many times, the DEI ideology is so deeply embedded that the DEI industrial complex is not going to give it up. They used to brag about their efforts, now they are hiding them.
Website pages are taken down or put behind log-in walls. DEI staff from supposedly “closed” DEI offices are reshuffled to other bureaucracies where they continue to racialize education. And most of all they are rebranding DEI under various names like “belonging and inclusion” and other euphemisms
So the fight is still on, but the landscape has changed from documenting to unmasking. They are hiding, and we will be seeking.
We already have started gearing up, adding two full time attorneys and multiple researchers. But we need your help to meet this new challenge.

EQUALPROTECT.ORG
Our team has had an incredible year so far, and we are better set up for unprecedented success in the second half of 2025 and beyond. Since launch, the Equal Protection Project (EqualProtect.org) has challenged over 110 institutions covering over 500 discriminatory programs.
In the month of July 2025 alone we had tremendous wins:
- Based on our Civil Rights Complaints, the Department of Education launched high profile investigations into 5 universities for discriminating against American-born students through DACA/”Undocumented” Only scholarships, creating a media frenzy with our Equal Protection Project at the center, with dozens of major news outlets highlighting our role.
- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, acting on our complaint, issued a “Final Determination” that the Providence Public School District likely violated the Civil Rights Laws by discriminating against White teachers. This didn’t come easy, we’ve been working on this case since November 2022. This important development was covered by Fox News and other outlets.
- After we filed a federal court lawsuit, the State of New York issued revised guidance for a STEM program that operates in 56 colleges and universities providing programming to middle- and high-school students, but which discriminates against Asian and White students. The State did this because they know they are going to lose our lawsuit, but we are not letting up until we achieve total victory, as we explained in the NY Post coverage.
Even The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal Editorial Boards acknowledge that we are at the center of the fight to end DEI discrimination, and we have had some disagreements with them over it!

We are moving quickly to capitalize on having a federal administration that actually wants to enforce the civil rights laws fairly and equally.
We need to seize this moment. We can’t let time pass. We need to drive the legal stake through the heart of the DEI Industrial Complex while we have the chance. With greater manpower, we can accomplish even more by the end of this year and moving into 2026.

Many of our cases take months or years to develop.
Every marathon starts with a first step, and we need to get started NOW.
CRITICALRACE.ORG
At our CriticalRace.org project, our unparalleled databases have earned us a lot of attention. We were one of the first movers in challenging CRT/DEI by documenting what schools were doing.
We saw the shift to hide and seek coming before almost anyone else. Almost a year ago, in September 2024, we published a report warning “How Higher Ed Is Rebranding DEI Departments.” Fox News covered our report:
We moved quickly, but the race is on to expose how and where DEI is hiding and we are leading the way once again.
We have added researchers and attorneys and are expanding our CriticalRace.org project to meet the challenge. We are uniquely positioned for this unmasking effort because for over four years we have compiled the most comprehensive databases of CRT/DEI, covering over 700 colleges, universities, and even medical schools (which are THE WORST OF ALL).
This is a once in our lifetime opportunity to unwind two decades of destructive CRT/DEI propaganda and indoctrination that has racialized not just higher education but also K-12. We must not let this opportunity pass.

We need to launch immediately an expansion of CriticalRace.org focused on fighting the rebranding and finding where they are hiding. But we need your help to get this across the finish line before the New Year.

All you are doing is playing “Whack-A-Mole”. There is only one way to get DEI/CRT out of academia: shut it down completely and start over, with strict vetting of eveybody involved.
dei is affirmaction
so unless/until congress wipes out the so called “civil rights” agenda of 1965
racism will continue to flourish in america against whites
With all that you and the team are doing, I don’t know how my mere pittance can help much but its what I can do. It makes me feel like part of the team.
Go get em perfesser.
