France Freezes Gaza “Asylum” Processing After Star Student’s Anti-Jewish Social Media Posts Revealed

France’s Interior Minister Bruno Retailleau: “Hamas propagandists have no place in our country.”

France has paused their program to evacuate people from Gaza after it discovered that a young Palestinian woman it had enrolled at one of their universities has a history of vile and inflammatory antisemitic social media posts.

Someone could have saved them a lot of trouble by pointing to various other examples of this.

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot, pictured above, has been outspoken on this.

CNN reports:

France halts all evacuations from Gaza over alleged antisemitic reposts by Palestinian student

The French government will deport a Gaza student accused of reposting alleged antisemitic content on her social media and halt all evacuations from the territory, the country’s foreign minister said Friday as outrage grows over her reposts.

“She must leave the country. She does not have a place in France,” Jean-Noël Barrot said in an interview with radio station France Info, without saying if authorities would return the student back to Gaza.

The foreign minister did not name the woman, who has also been expelled from her university in the northern French city of Lille.

The incident has sparked a political firestorm, dominating French news coverage with the interior minister saying her content amounts to “Hamas propaganda.”

The French and Israeli vetting of her before she arrived in France did not reveal the “antisemitic and unacceptable” posts, Barrot said, adding that all French evacuations from Gaza would now be suspended pending the results of an inquiry into the case.

BBC News has more:

The woman, who arrived in France in July, was due to start attending classes at Sciences Po Lille university in the autumn.

She has since been deregistered, the university has said.

France’s Interior Minister Bruno Retailleau wrote on X that he had requested for the account to be closed, legal action to be taken. “Hamas propagandists have no place in our country,” he added.

Palestinians already in France through this scheme will be “subject to a new check” following “failures that brought this young woman here”, Mr Barrot added.

He said that security checks carried out by state services and Israeli authorities did not detect these “unacceptable and concerning remarks”.

Shocking! Shocking that someone who supports Hamas terrorists hates Jews!
As for that interior minister, I guess he missed the tens of thousands of islamists his government let take over large parts of his country. Did he think those chants of “Death To Jews” weren’t serious?

Somehow I suspect the deal breaker wasn’t “antisemitic posts”.
I rather suspect it was more the praising Hitler part.
The French have a big history themselves of hating on The Jews – it’s one of the reasons they’re buddies with so many Arab nations.

But publicly admiring the guy who there’s internet memes (fake but emotionally accurate) of dancing a jig at the Arch de Triumph in Paris to celebrate kicking French @ss? Nope.

Here is my spin: The French government has recognized that it made a tremendous blunder. Perhaps pressure from the U.S. has been applied, or from Germany who are slowly reversing course, or maybe they just had a collective lucid moment. However no government likes to say it has errored.

So the call went out, “Find a poster child, a visible excuse we can point to as a reason for changing our position.”

I am absolutely positive that the initial screening caught her positions but the screeners were told to ignore them. Now, however, she’s useful as an excuse.

sounds like the school systems in gaza and france are run by randi weingarten too

destroycommunism | August 2, 2025 at 10:36 am

the jews will be blamed no matter what

lefty will always favor the criminal and them pretending to care about the jewish community is like “rev” al saying he does too

This story writes itself in terms of European stupidity and arrogance. Why do Europeans keep inventing creatures that don’t exist, you know thsoe peace loving Gazans who don’t worhsip Hitler, think that Hamas is bad and respect equaliry and universal human values. If these gazans existed than Israel wouldn’t be at war. Unreal mind blowing arrogance and hypocrisy, they can’t even tolerate one violent gazan in their country imagine living next to millions of them that you have to feed, give water , medicine and electricty to while they try to murder you. But go ahead and recognize a palesrtinian state anyway France, because Im sure it will be awesome and have civil infrasctucre, ssystems of checks and balance in givernment, universal human rights, top education goal and economic system allowing growth and opportunity (yeah it will actually look like a more violent version of pakistan/afghanistan in reality).

What did they expect? Every single person in the Gaza Strip, from the age of 5 up, agrees with her. There no one there who disagrees and would not have posted the exact same things.

BobM in reply to Milhouse. | August 2, 2025 at 10:47 am

    I suspect it’s every single still-alive person.
Just like in 1940 Germany anyone who disagrees is at best silent or pretending to agree to protect themself. Or dead.

    now thats the truth

Maybe not. It’s easy to make sweeping statements.

The Bride and I personally know a couple who were missionaries to Gaza and Israel for thirty years until their retirement a few years ago. There is, or was recently, a Christian population in Gaza that was estimated to be about 3% of the total. Of course they kept their heads down and were quiet about it but it was widely known they were there. I’m not sure how many remain with the current unrest as it is.

Let the couple tell you what they saw. Look for “Going To School In Gaza” on Kindle for their experiences.
      .

the OP is no doubt referring to those that are nazis,,,,,

b/c as we allll know ( and here comes another sweeping statement) naziis want j ews destroyed. and that region pushes for the total destruction of the jewish country

much like lefty in the usa does

Milhouse in reply to DSHornet. | August 3, 2025 at 1:38 am

Got news for you. Those Christians also agree with her. They hate Jews more than they hate Moslems. They don’t support Hamas, but they 100% support what it did and is doing. They probably voted for Fatah at the last elections held there, something like 15 years ago.

Hodge in reply to Milhouse. | August 2, 2025 at 12:33 pm

People forget that before and during World War II both the Japanese people and the German people sincerely believed the propaganda from their governments and fully supported their goals. We don’t want to recognize that because it would be a confession that we too ( by which I mean the public) are also susceptible to manipulation by the media we hear and see. I try to recognize that I personally am…and I try to fight it, but …

In any case, Milhouse is right : Every single person in the Gaza Strip, from the age of 5 up, agrees with her.

      diver64 in reply to Hodge. | August 2, 2025 at 7:05 pm

I haven’t forgotten because I knew a man that grew up in the Hitler Youth and fought at Stalingrad. He said they had no idea as propaganda was all they heard from a young age on

        Milhouse in reply to diver64. | August 3, 2025 at 1:41 am

Membership in the Hitler Youth doesn’t necessarily prove anything, because there was no choice. Every young German had to be a member. You were signed up automatically.

Benedict XVI was duly signed up as a member, but never wore the uniform or attended a meeting. He got away with that. But a member he was, because it was out of his control.

That just means the anti-Semites France imports will be more secretive. Gaza has spent generations producing them.

“The French government will deport a Gaza student accused of reposting ALLEGED antisemitic content on her social media”

As far as CNN is concerned, the statements made by Nour Attalah are perfectly acceptable..

They need the extra resources to prepare the celebration of Palestine as a state.

Why does France think Egypt, Jordan, Saudis and basically the rest of the world doesn’t want them in their country?
They’re trouble. They’re a sub-human species. They belong right where they are because they’re animals, unable to think or act in a civilized manner with civilized humans.

    diver64 in reply to RITaxpayer. | August 2, 2025 at 7:07 pm

There is a reason Egypt built a wall. They may let Hamas smuggle weapons into Gaza but have no interest in letting Palestinians enter their country

Yeah, they’re shocked. Looks like Capt. Renault is still in charge. Meet the new France, same as the old Vichy France.

Did she say anything nice about Palestinians?

A Gaza Arab who’s antisemetic? What are the odds?

destroycommunism | August 2, 2025 at 12:25 pm

interesting that france stops ( or did they??) the whole program b/c of one

b/c MAYBE ITS NOT (JUST) ONE gazian

france is probably handing out instructions much like the dnc (literally or figuratively ) does in the usa to their communist lovin nazi crowd

sure we think that way ..but dont say it ..and that mamdami just proved it when he acted like he was going to soften his stance a bit

LEFTY IS A SICKKK MOFO and they wont be kind to you or your kids>>grandkids when they get that chance

cincy blmplo racist thuggss just proved that…again

Why would France allow more of a culturally unassimilable group into their country? They must be suicidal or at the very least too weak to stand for themselves. Either way France is doomed as we know it.

France will cave.

Jew-hate and Christian-hate are intrinsic to the ideology and culture of the goose-stepping, genocidal, Arab invaders from Arabia in Gaza, as well as that of Muslims from Africa and Southeast Asia. The intrinsic supremacism, totalitarianism, belligerence, hatred and pathologies of the ideology of “Submission” are the problem, and have been so for over 1,400 years.

France’s leftist, dhimmi apparatchiks are too stupid, naive, emasculated and witless to comprehend this reality.

Subotai Bahadur | August 2, 2025 at 2:42 pm

I am sensing Maskirova, or perhaps more accurately Taqiyya. France’s [and indeed most of Europe’s] willing submission to the terrorists in the wake of their countries being functionally occupied by them has irritated what used to be their allies against terrorists before they changed sides. So this is just a distraction that they can point to and pretend that they are not on the terrorists’ side.

Subotai Bahadur

Hey, Barrot! Where yuh been for the last, oh, 50 years?
Wait ’til you hear about this “Internet” thing!

F France.
I’ll say it again.
F France.

You want to recognize a P terror state that never existed in the past for a people who don’t exist, but you don’t want to let those same people into your country because of their views. This is NIMBY on steroids.

F France.
F Germany
F UK
F Canada
F all the rest of them too.

I look forward to the day your civilizations collapse, your daughters are raped and forcibly married, and you yourselves are ridiculed laughed at beaten and oppressed by the very savages you imported appeased and enabled.
