Judge Needs Three Things to Unseal Epstein Grand Jury Testimonies
The letter comes after the DOJ said it wants to meet with Ghislaine Maxwell.
Judge Paul Engelmayer of the Southern District of New York told the DOJ he needs three things to unseal the grand jury testimonies regarding Jeffrey Epstein.
“The Court intends to resolve this motion expeditiously,” wrote Engelmayor. “However, the Court cannot rule on the motion without additional submissions.”
By July 29, the DOJ must address the following factors:
- the identity of the party seeking disclosure
- whether the defendant to the grand jury proceeding or the Government opposes the disclosure
- why disclosure is being sought in the particular case
- what specific information is being sought for disclosure
- how long ago the grand jury proceedings took place
- the current status of the principals of the grand jury proceedings and that of their families
- the extent to which the desired material-either permissibly or impermissibly-has been previously made public
- whether witnesses to the grand jury proceedings who might be affected by disclosure are still alive; and
- [whether there is an] additional need for maintaining secrecy in the particular case in question.
Bondi addressed a few of these factors in her motion: July 2, 2019, and June 29, 2020.
I wonder how the DOJ will address the first date since it indicted Epstein, who is dead.
The June 29 indictment concerns Epstein’s partner Ghislaine Maxwell, whom the DOJ wants to meet.
Engelmayor stressed the DOJ must take great care to redact the public record to protect victims “and other personal identifying information concerns.”
The DOJ also needs to submit an index of the grand jury transcript materials, a complete set of transcripts, a complete proposed redacted set of transcripts, and a description of the transcripts.
By August 5, the DOJ needs to submit a letter from Maxwell “setting out her position vis-à-vis the proposed disclosure.”
The DOJ also needs to notify the victims and submit letters from them.

You can’t campaign on the issue of being transparent and releasing everything on Epstein, claiming that he didn’t commit suicide but was murdered because of what he knew, and then claiming to have the list of all of the sexual predators on your desk, and having 10,000 videos of VIPs sexually abusing minors, and then saying that, well, no, we don’t have the list, we don’t have the videos, Epstein did in fact kill himself, and we have no evidence of any child sex abuse by any of the people on the list. And if you say otherwise, then you are a stupid enemy of MAGA. This will not fly.
How dare you advocate releasing a rapist from prison in return for her being willing to feed delusions of from the imagination of a small clique of assholes.

6. That the Jab was fully tested, posed zero risks, was safe and effective in preventing both contracting Covid or transmission
7. That anyone who was at all skeptical or overtly opposed the Fauci Fascism, especially if a Governor or other prominent figure was somehow ‘opening up too early’ and ‘endangered public health’.

Release all the Epstein and Maxwell materials from any Gov’t agency or entity. Redact the names of the minors and blur the faces of the minors in still photos/video. If needed issue a Pardon to those directed to release the materials. Create and release a list of names of those for whom exculpatory evidence exists to tamp down the unfair innuendo regarding their association. Everyone without such info who were present in a location with Epstein/Maxwell contemporaneous to sexual abuse, exploitation, trafficking of minor children is fair game.
Or don’t but if not then the WH must willingly accept the continued speculation, rumors and conjecture from a rightfully skeptical public who were assured all the info was coming soon. The current ‘trust me bro’ effort isn’t gonna be sufficient to mitigate the growing criticism.
How about follow the law and submit requests to a judge.
