This is fascinating – in his first term Trump tried to be reasonable and they continued the attacks, and then accelerated them to banana republic levels.
Now they are down, and Trump is going full ‘Shock and Awe’ while they are in disarray. What was it Japanese Admiral Yamamoto said after the Pearl Harbor attacks?
