Trump: Will Make Decision Whether To Join Israel Against Iran “Within The Next Two Weeks”

A decision had been expected any day. The delay likely signals that Trump thinks Israel can finish off the Iranian nuclear program on its own, and will only get the U.S. involved if that fails.

The White House press secretary just conveyed the following message from President Trump:

“Based on the fact that there’s a substantial chance of negotiations that may or may not take place with Iran in the near future, I will make my decision whether or not to go within the next two weeks.”

A decision had been expected any day. The delay likely signals that Trump thinks Israel can finish off the Iranian nuclear program on its own, and will only get the U.S. involved if that fails.

Frankly, it’s better for Israel if it can go it alone.

The negotiations would not include Iran being able to enrich uranium, something Iran has categorically rejected in the past. Only if the regime is faced with collapse would they agree to such terms.

Well 2 weeks gives Israel time but of course more damage will be done to both. In Iran it will be military but in Israel it is most likely civilian because that is just how muslims roll. It’s the reason why the religious, political, and military leadership should always be decimated in a conflict because they will never hesitate to sacrifice noncombatants, both theirs and their opponents. Its also why anyone who supports the muslim side of any conflict is an immoral scum sucking low life.

Don’t.

Give Israel all the material aid they need, but do not involve our own forces. Besides that, if Iran falls the Muslim world will forever have to live with the fact that Israel destroyed Iran.

I would use personnel from the US along with tech for defense but we prob don’t want the usual crowd of riff raff to know that their weapons can be neutralized.

I doubt the Sunni Muslims would really care if their heretical (in their view) Shia neighbors were wiped off the map.

We owe Iran pain for 1979, and even more for all their dirty deeds since. I think that every Mosque in Iran and Palestine should be hit with bunker busters. That will trap a lot of terrorists in a tomb of their own making.

The Muslim world (Ishmael) will go back to being jealous of Israel (Isaac), once its need for Israel to protect them from crazies is gone. I expect lots of gratitude for about a minute.

He will and he should. Taking away Iran’s capability, one and for all, is paramount and, even if there is havoc in the aftermath, the world will be safer and better off.

Still don’t know how many Iranian agents are here already.

Two weeks? Iran can plan and do a lot of damage here and elsewhere in two weeks. Come on, it’s time to sh*t or get off of the pot!

There are nukes, hopefully not necessary. Also, I am sure that many Iranians will be ready to finger bad apples.

This is an argument in favor of ground incursion. The local populace will welcome its liberators. And if we get ground control around Fordow, many problems are solved.

Two weeks gives the Mullahs time to pack their bags and exit on their own, or for an enterprising Iranian military leader to solve the problem for us.

On a side note, if Iran does fall it will change the balance of power within Iraq as well.

Iran is being resupplied from China by planes that fly along the “stans and then turn off transponders shortly before entering Iran. We should not allow this to continue.

Didn’t Tulsi Gabbard just say they weren’t building a nuke?

The actual gutbust is watching people that hate Trump so much they give fools a bad name. Congrats!

So typical of “the moron’. Creates a problem ( by ditching Obama’s deal to shut down Iran’s nukes) . Now he’s going to ‘fix’ it. SMMFH.

          “So typical of “the moron’.”
The post isn’t about you, Dickweed.

“Creates a problem ( by ditching Obama’s deal to shut down Iran’s nukes).”
Obama’s “deal to shut down Iran’s nukes?” You mean “ship them pallets of cash?” LAFFRIOT. GUTBUST.

“Now he’s going to ‘fix’ it. SMMFH.”
Israel’s in the process of fixing it right now, Numbnuts.

Obama’s deal created the problem. Biden accelerated it. Any moron can see that. So looks like “the moron” has been identified and it’s not you know who.

          “…Obama’s deal to shut down Iran’s nukes…”

Are you referring to the deal that Iran was allowed to violate with impunity?
Iran ditched the “deal” long before Trump was re-elected.

I’m partial to Trump’s approach. Act as an emergency reserve, only as needed.

Think of the everlasting shame to Islam knowing forever that it took only the “Little Satan” to utterly destroy their #1 Holy Jihad Central, not even rising to the attention of the “Great Satan.”

Now that Iran is clearly targeting civilian targets in Israel, Trump has all he needs. The remaining 13 1/2 days are not needed. With direct US help, Israel will be able to do a better job of precisely targeting and taking out what needs to be disabled, so that Iran can go onto a better course with a different regime.

Wait- he’s NOT a moron? I’d like to see one of cult members defend this…

Then the president arrived in Bedminster, New Jersey, on Friday, a reporter asked him: “What intelligence do you have that Iran is building a nuclear weapon? Your intelligence community had said they have no evidence that they are at this point.”

“Well then, my intelligence community is wrong,” Mr. Trump responded. “Who in the intelligence community said that?”

“Your director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard,” the reporter answered.
“She’s wrong,” Mr. Trump said, moving on to the next question.

When Gabbard testified about this, she wasn’t offering a personal opinion. She was testifying to answer questions about the report that the Trump Administration had just submitted to Congress, detailing the threats America faces.
The report she cited was compiled, written, reviewed, edited, and approved by the Trump Administration.
