A short time ago, the US military carried out massive precision strikes on the three key nuclear facilities in the Iranian regime, Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan. Everybody heard those names for years as they built this horribly destructive enterprise.
Our objective was the destruction of Iran’s nuclear enrichment capacity and a stop to the nuclear threat posed by the world’s number one state sponsor of terror.
Tonight, I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success.

the Middle East and around the world have died as a direct result of their hate.In particular, so many were killed by their general Qasem Soleimani. I decided a long time ago that I would not let this happen. It will not continue.
I want to thank and congratulate Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu. We worked as a team like perhaps no team has ever worked before, and we’ve gone a long way to erasing this horrible threat to Israel. I want to thank the Israeli military for the wonderful job they’ve done, and most importantly, I want to congratulate the great American patriots who flew those magnificent machines tonight and all of the United States military on an operation the likes of which the world has not seen in many, many decades. Hopefully we will no longer need their services in this capacity. I hope that’s so.
I also want to congratulate the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dan ‘Raizin’ Caine, spectacular general and all of the brilliant military minds involved in this attack.
With all of that being said, T=this cannot continue. There will be either peace or there will be tragedy for Iran, far greater than we have witnessed over the last eight days.
Remember, there are many targets left. Tonight’s was the most difficult of them all, by far, and perhaps the most lethal. But if peace does not come quickly, we will go after those other targets with precision, speed and skill, most of them can be taken out in a matter of minutes.
There’s no military in the world that could have done what we did tonight, not even close. There has never been a military that could do what took place just a little while ago.
Tomorrow, General Cain, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, will have a press conference at 8 am at the Pentagon, and I want to just thank everybody and in particular, God, I want to just say, we love you God and we love our great military, protect them.

Therefore, I think that would be a last choice, consistent with the goal of leaving the Iranian people a path to a better life.
Over 90% of that oil goes to China, apparent manufacturers of fake licenses to attempt to alter an election. I’m ok with targeting that site.
But then China goes to the open oil market., and prices skyrocket. Trump does not want $5 gallon gas. Only California seems willing to pay that much
If oil prices go higher worldwide then US producers in less profitable areas will then have economic incentive to pump from these wells. That additional supply coming to market will stabilize prices, though at a higher price. Temporarily removing Iranian oil from the world market isn’t the some will claim. Other oil producing nations will step up their own production as well to fill the void.
Oil prices are undoubtedly rising as we speak, regardless.

The visible “6 B-2s” made the Enemy think they knew the time table of any attack. The Israeli general campaign to reduce Iranian air defense assets ahead of the important strike. Perhaps most important of all – firing the top Biden era political generals and not reading in the (D) congressional leadership on the strike timing. That last part is imho the only reason Iran didn’t get a heads up in an effort to delay or sabotage the attack by TDS sufferers who would cut off their noses and betray their oaths to spite Trump.
As soon as those B-2 bombers we’re reported to be in the air whoever remained in the Iranian military leadership should have broken out their compasses and calculators with whatever is known about that airframe’s flight speed and realized that’s how much time left they had left to negotiate.
There comes a point where negotiation is just a way to waste time and effort. Technically Iran declared war on us 50 years ago – and has never ceased hostile actions. Invading an embassy and taking the entire staff hostage was just the opening action – they’ve financed, armed, and directed terror attacks on US citizens and assets ever since without much cease.
This situation is at least partly our fault – we’ve taught them that no matter how tough our current stance against them behaving badly all they have to do is wait a bit for the next (D) (or (D)-lite) election victory where they can then double pinky swear they’ll be good from now on and our leader will wave a piece of paper promising “peace in our time” and turn back on the oil money spigots to finance the next Bad Thing they plan to do.
A couple of comments –
First the story I’m hearing is the B2 movement that the press reported on (a ‘controlled leak’?) were different from the actual B2’s actually used in the attack. The belief is that the U.S. indeed expected Iran to get out their calculators and come to the conclusion that they had a few days before the attack, since the planes need to refuel, do basic maintenance, change crews, load bombs, etc, etc. The planes actually used were already on station and ready to go.
Second, the Iranians are claiming to have moved the nuclear materials out of the (now) bombed facilities some days ago. I doubt this since they were in the safest places Iran has – specially designed for that purpose. Where would they move them to? They must suspect that the Israelis have deeply penetrated their security and that if the materials were moved out Israel would bomb them in their less safe location.
Additionally since Israel has air superiority, and the U.S. has satellites any movement of trucks taking things away would have been immediately noticed and acted upon; no B2’s necessary.
The best case scenario would be that warned that they had two weeks before the B2’s would be coming, and then hearing that B2’s were leaving the U.S. they were actually in the process of moving materials out at the time when the B2’s actually showed up EARLY.
Did Iran move the material? Possible but unlikely for the reasons you stated. At this point it’s obvious that Israel had outrageously good intelligence on who and what are where in the country.
They should have realized how short their time was when those beepers went off,

Correction to my post – apparently the admin DID read in Schumer (at least) – the House (D) leader supposedly didn’t take their calls. No specifics about if it was a day and hour or 5 minutes before the bombs hit.
It is comforting to know that this country still has the dedicated men and women who are capable planning and successfully executing an operation of this complexity and magnitude in complete secrecy. I’m definitely in the minority here but I am a NO with this. I am worried that this is another “WMD” claim. Not saying the president lied but that the military and security apparatus is wanting us to fill the coffers of their friends in the MIC. Plus, we have seen these types of attacks from the US previously and not much changes.

Finally, let’s address the Israel issue. It does come across to me that we are now doing the bidding of Israel and especially Bibi ( who should have stepped away from being PM a long time ago).
