IDF confirms Hamas chief Muhammad Sinwar’s body recovered from Gaza, the Jerusalem Post reports exclusively.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF), on Saturday, eliminated As’ad Abu Sharaiya, the chief of the Gaza-based Mujahideen Brigades terrorist group responsible for the kidnapping and murder of Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir Bibas.

Sharaiya “infiltrated Kibbutz Nir Oz on Oct. 7th, 2023, was one of the leaders of the brutal massacre, and was directly involved in the abduction and murder of Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir Bibas,” the IDF said in a statement Saturday evening.
Sharaiya-led Mujahideen Brigades terror group is also responsible for abducting U.S.-Israeli couple Judy Weinstein-Haggai and Gadi Haggai, whose bodies were recovered by the IDF four days ago.
He “was involved in the abductions of the couple Gad Haggai and Judi Lynn Weinstein Haggai, and the abduction and murder of Nattapong Pinta and an additional foreign national who is still held captive by the terrorist organization,” the military said.
🔴 ELIMINATED: As'ad Abu Sharaiya, head of the Mujahideen terrorist organization in Gaza, and an additional Mujahideen terrorist Mahmoud Muhammad Hamid Kuhail, were eliminated earlier today in a joint IDF & ISA operation.

Mujahideen Brigades’ field commander, Mahmoud Kuhail, was also killed in the strike. He “was one of the terrorists responsible for holding Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir Bibas captive in the Gaza Strip,” the IDF confirmed.
Citing the autopsies carried out in Israel, the Legal Insurrection reported in February that terrorists had murdered Ariel and Kfir Bibas, aged four and ten months, ‘with their bare hands’ and mutilated their bodies.

The Times of Israel reported the terror chief’s elimination:
The leader of a small Gaza terror group responsible for the October 7, 2023, abductions and eventual murders of several hostages, including Shiri Bibas and her two young sons, Ariel and Kfir, was killed in an Israeli strike in Gaza City on Saturday, the military said. Another senior member was killed in a separate strike in the city.
Asaad Abu Sharia was head of the Mujahideen Brigades, a relatively small Hamas-allied terror group in the enclave, while Mahmoud Kaheel was one of its leading operatives. The Brigades confirmed the two had been killed.
“The news represents another step for us in closing the circle and the process of accepting the great loss,” the Bibas family said in a statement following the news, adding, “Shiri, Ariel and Kfir will not return, but there is some comfort in knowing that the vile murderers will not harm another family.”
The Iran-backed Mujahideen Brigades is one of several jihadist terror groups operating under the protection of Hamas in Gaza. “Founded in 2001 at the onset of the Second Intifada, the Mujahideen Brigades split from the Fatah movement. Its fighters had formerly belonged to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades,” the Israeli news website Ynetnews reported recently. “The group adheres to a radical Salafi ideology that calls for a return to Islamic roots through violent means.”
The Iran-backed terror group played a leading role in the October massacre, including the attack on Kibbutz Nahal Oz, murdering 20 people and kidnapping eight others, Israeli media reported. The Mujahideen Brigades’ terrorists “were involved in acts of abduction and murder, despite not being aware of Hamas’s plans. Rather, they acted as an extension and utilized Hamas’s terrorist framework within Israeli territory,” the IDF statement said.
IDF confirms Hamas chief Muhammad Sinwar’s body recovered from Gaza
Israeli military confirmed that the body of a terrorist recovered recently from southern Gaza belongs to Hamas chief Muhammad Sinwar, the Jerusalem Post reports exclusively. The confirmation comes after a forensic investigation conducted by Israeli authorities.
Muhammad Sinwar, brother of former Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar, was targeted by Israel in an airstrike on May 13 in the southern Gaza terror stronghold of Khan Yunis. He was hiding in an underground bunker located beneath a hospital when the precision strike using a bunker buster bomb took place. The IDF also acknowledged the recovery of the bodies of several other Hamas terrorists from the site of the strike.
The Jerusalem Post reports Sunday:
The IDF confirmed to The Jerusalem Post on Sunday that it had confirmed that the identity of a terrorist’s body that was located in an underground complex beneath the European Hospital near Khan Yunis in southern Gaza belongs to former Hamas military leader Mohammed Sinwar.
Initially, the body was located in a tunnel, alongside about 10 other bodies of terrorists, where it was then brought back to Israel for identification. (…)
The IDF previously said the airstrike was carried out using extensive intelligence measures aimed at avoiding civilian harm. The targeted command center was located beneath the European Hospital in Khan Yunis, but hospital operations were not disrupted.
Last Saturday, the IDF confirmed the elimination of Muhammad Sinwar after weeks of intelligence gathering. Hamas’s Rafah Brigade terrorist commander, Mohammed Shaban, was killed alongside Sinwar, Israeli news reports say.

Highway to hell
Somehow their deaths, the monsters brings just minor relief
Those precious red headed babies, the fear in the mother’s face.
Israel should fund terror attacks in Iran or carry them out themselves. It’s way past time to give the Iranians a taste of their own medicine.
Napalm, MOAB or nuke terror?
Yes, yes, and yes. Exactly in that order of escalating severity.
And just Father’s Day is just a week away. What a shame.
Bwaaahahaahaahaa!
BTW, every time I see “Yahya Sinwar,” I think of Yaya Han. If you don’t know who that is, google the name.
I searched her name. Shallow, immature, not worth serious consideration.
