KBJ Lashes Out At Critics of the Judiciary

KBJ Lashes Out At Critics of the Judiciary

Where has she been for the last three years as her non-liberal colleagues have been under relentless attack from Democrats?

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson recently lashed out at critics of the judiciary, Politico reported:

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson forcefully condemned attacks by President Donald Trump and his allies on judges who have blocked Trump administration policies, warning Thursday that the increasingly hostile rhetoric poses a dire threat to the country’s political fabric.

“The attacks are not random. They seem designed to intimidate those of us who serve in this critical capacity,” Jackson told a judges’ conference in Puerto Rico. “The threats and harassment are attacks on our democracy, on our system of government. And they ultimately risk undermining our Constitution and the rule of law.”

Though she did not mention Trump by name, Jackson said she was addressing “the elephant in the room,” a clear reference to the belligerent language — and calls for impeachment — that Trump and some of his advisers have lobbed at federal judges who rule against his agenda.

Jackson urged her judicial colleagues to show “raw courage” to dispense justice without fear of the results. “I urge you to keep going, keep doing what is right for our country, and I do believe that history will vindicate your service,” the Biden appointee said.

Jackson’s unusually pointed comments received a standing ovation from the judges and lawyers in attendance.

The criticisms of the judiciary, particulary the district courts, have been vociferous, and in many if not most cases well-deserved. Many (not all) federal district court judges have exceeded their own jurisdiction and have sought to wrest control of the Executive Branch from the executive. The Supreme Court has had to issue numerous stays of lower court orders, though it should be issuing more and faster.

For over a decade Democrats have been badgering and attacking federal judges, particularly non-liberal Supreme Court Justices. Delegitimizing the Supreme Court has been a primary Democrat talking point.

Where was KBJ throughout this, when her own colleagues were under attack?

EXTRA DOUBLE BONUS POINT: Clarence Thomas Reading His Epic Takedown Of KBJ’s Affirmative Action Dissent Left Her “Visibly Angry”:

“JUSTICE JACKSON’s race-infused world view falls flat at each step…. A contrary, myopic world view based on individuals’ skin color to the total exclusion of their personal choices is nothing short of racial determinism …. Worse, the classifications that JUSTICE JACKSON draws are themselves race-based stereotypes…. “

It’s a damn shame that the freakin’ chief justice doesn’t have the stones to take that insipid wretch aside and ‘splain to her the decorum expected from a member of SCOTUS. Not only is she stupid and shallow, she is also a loudmouth who loves to hear herself talk … while saying nothing at all of any consequence.

Yammer, yammer, yammer.

Jackson’s response would be to tell Roberts to go to the Hell, she doesn’t believe in. Then what does Roberts do? Assign her fewer opinions? Take away her circuit supervision duties? How does that hurt her?

So far as Jackson saying nothing of any consequence, each majority opinion she signs has one hell of a lot of consequence.

Whaddaya going to do about that?

As a DEI hire, she unfortunately stands as a public-facing representative of her race, but still a great virtue signal for the whites who chose her.

I recall a few years ago Chuck Schumer spoke at a rally in front of the Supreme Court and threatened two justices while a case was being argued inside. He referred to Kavanaugh and Gorsuch by name and said he wanted to tell them, “You have released a whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You will not know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

Oh, sorry. Only Schumer can threaten Supreme Circus Clowns. The rest of us just get ridiculed by them.

I really do believe Jackson is likely the dumbest Supreme Court Justice America has ever had and I mean that sincerely. There have been plenty I considered wrong or even evil but she’s just an astoundingly dense person to have her position.

If stupidity is inversely proportional to intelligence then Joe Biden is probably the stupidest person on earth. But if we are considering only Supreme Court justices, I would have to cast my vote for Ketanji Brown Jackson. I think she’s clearly misunderestimated.

That’s okay. Sotomayor’s main qualification for her judicial position was her “empathy”, as explicitly detailed by Barky – the …. “Constitutional Scholar” (LOL) – in direct opposition to over 3 millennia of history of Western Jurisprudence.

Yes, we tend to lash out at people who are not only thwarting the will of the people but also ignoring the law in the process. They’re supposed to be judges, they’re supposed to be impartial and they’re supposed to follow the law. They don’t do that

Farangi Jackson Browne is a friggin joke. She knows as much about our judiciary and the United States of America as she knows about what a woman is – which is doubly funny as half of her “qualifications” for having been nominated to the SCOTUS by Traitor Joe were her being “a woman”.

Her latest oral argument questions showed that she knows precious little about any law, at all, and doesn’t even understand what the concept of “choice”, in any context, is. She doesn’t even rise to the level of a lightweight. She’s just an idiot – and I mean that in the clinical sense.

I would LOVE to see Farangi Jackson Browne take an SAT test, right now, and show that she couldn’t score high enough to qualify for a half-decent state school – undergrad!! It’s amazing that someone so stupid and uninformed, as she, would be in such a position of power. It is a farce of the worst kind.

Farangi Jackson Browne doesn’t know sh*t about the law. I’d guess her IQ clocks in around 94. It would be nice to get a look at her old LSAT scores. Frankly, for her lifetime position on the highest court in the land we are entitled to see her entire academic record.

Of course her record at Harvard Law is useless, since grading at Harvard Law is completely untrustworthy. Just the standardized tests count for much of anything.

Aside from all that, though, there are her many public discussions, which reveal a pea-brain seemingly incapable of logical reasoning and a general lack of knowledge about much of anything.

And the other half was her being black. DEI appointment at its best?

Jackson is a person who happened to be a black female judge, and that was all that mattered to Biden’s autopen. I have zero doubt FJB hadn’t a clue about her judicial philosophy. She is a black-victim racist, and nothing short of total taking every dollar from everyone and redistributing it will satisfy her anger. Think of the weak-minded Rs who voted for her! Between her and Sotomayor, there is a battle for the stupid award.

Side note on federal judges appointed by Biden:

37% of federal judges appointed by Biden (and confirmed) were black women! Traitor Joe managed to find, out of 6% of the overall population – and an academically underperforming 6%, at that, over 37% of the federal judges he got on the bench! Amazing, really. Amazing that anyone would be allowed to do such an insane thing.

Now, if this 6% of the population had been overperforming, and had average test scores two standard deviations above the norm then we would be able to see the reasonable possibility of such a circumstance, but when the 6% population we’re talking about averages at least one standard deviation BELOW the mean … It becomes almost an impossible task, by the raw numbers, to find this number of qualified, or even just semi-qualified, individuals for the positions.

The really amazing part is that almost no Americans are actually aware of this statistic. Biden’s federal bench confirmations were 37% black women! It’s just mind-boggling … jaw-dropping.

She needs to start condemning district court judges who issue rulings outside their lane, based on their personal opinions, not the law. Until then, she can STFU.

The rest of the twit’s remarks featured copious narcissism and self-congratulatory posturing — along the lines of, “This job is so stressful; I’m so brilliant and talented; I’m a martyr doing God’s work;” etc.

What a disgrace this dunce is. She has no business sitting on a Small Claims court, much less on the federal bench.

We should explore having her appointment to the highest court — equal to the electied chief executive officer — on the grounds that she (?) was appointed by a senile puppet using autopen. That and all those pardons to the Biden crime family.

Who really made those decisions? Talk about a Constitutional crisis!

This stuff is so offensive. Unworthy of our great heritage.

When Judicial decisions are perceived as being made in furtherance of an ideological political agenda or out of animus towards the public then the Judiciary has earned the criticism. If they fear such criticism they should adjust their rulings to avoid it, find a new career or sack up and deal with it instead of whining.

Considering how toxic the relationship between the current admin and the Ivy’s, especially Harvard,, will they take a bold step and move away nominating Harvard educated judges from court nominations, especially the highest level seats. Basically a decoupling of the stranglehold the Ivy’s, Harvard and Yale have on the highest courts. There are many high quality law schools out there educating well qualified and deserving candidates.
As of today only Barrett is not a tied to Harvard or Yale, Barrett has ties to Notre Dame,

Brown is the embodiment of the American dream that anyone can grow up to be president or in this case on the Supreme Court…if they know the right people. She is there because of what she couldn’t control….black , female and missing a lot of IQ Points. She IS the representation of the Democrat Party.

When my son was little, he asked if he could grow up to be a judge without going to law school.. I told him no….but I wonder if someone told her ‘yes’?

I found when KBJ would not answer the question of “what a women was” that she was not qualified for being a Judge and especially being on the Supreme Court. She continues to be bad.

I am not racists but grew up in a poor white family born in the late 50s as the last by 6 years. As we each graduated HS my family showed us the door to find life. I went to work for the phone company in the Black Slums of South Central Los Angeles to pay for college. I lived in a suburb of LA that was equally split between White, Asian, and Mexicans but there was no racism. The phone company I worked on multiracial crews and saw the Black Slums very racist to all races including blacks. The Blacks were violent and they attack each other and had weekly killings. My Black supervisor was shot and everyone on my crew at one time or another was attacked.

This bit about White Privilege is garbage and is used by the Blacks and :Liberals. Nothing the Blacks have done for years since the 60s have helped them. The Blacks will need change in the way they think and operate to really function and that means ignoring Dems and people like KBJ.

Hmm. I don’t know, Brown. I have yet to see any protests/riots in front of any justice’s home by people that understand what a woman is, or abhor the Biden/Harris invasion.

Has anyone else?
