ICE Arrests Illegal Alien Who Received No Jail Time for Killing Woman in Car Crash

ICE arrested the 15-year-old unlicensed illegal alien who received probation instead of jail time for killing a Colorado woman in a car crash.

The car crash happened in Aurora, CO, last July. The minor slammed into Kaitlyn Weaver, 45, going over 90 mph in a 45 mph zone.

The minor took part in a race with other minors. Oh, he also had kids in the car with him.

He hit Weaver as she sat at a stop sign.

ICE arrested the minor and his family since they resided here illegally.

ICE told Fox News:

“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested a 16-year-old criminal alien from Colombia May 20 in Aurora, Colorado. The minor, who was convicted of reckless driving resulting in death was arrested along with his family who are also illegal aliens. The minor was convicted in Colorado’s 18th Judicial district and was sentence to probation and community service. As part of its routine operations, ICE arrests aliens who commit crimes and other individuals who have violated our nation’s immigration laws. All aliens in violation of U.S. immigration law may be subject to arrest, detention and, if found removable by final order, removal from the United States, regardless of nationality.”

The Arapahoe District Attorney’s Office has come under fire after it gave the minor probation instead of the usual two-year jail sentence for vehicular homicide.

The office promised Weaver’s family that the minor would receive a jail sentence.

Well, District Attorney Amy Padden offered the teen two years’ probation if he pleaded guilty.

Arapahoe County Assistant District Attorney Ryan Brackle had the nerve to say that “the negotiated sentence acknowledges the seriousness of this preventable tragedy.”
