Hunter Biden Drops Lawsuit Against IRS Whistleblowers
The whistleblowers: “His voluntary dismissal of the case tells you everything you need to know about who was right and who was wrong.”

Hunter Biden abruptly dropped his lawsuit against the IRS whistleblowers who exposed that he didn’t pay $1.4 million in taxes.
Oh, he also dropped it with prejudice, so Hunter can never bring it up again.
Gary Shapley and Joe Ziegler said in a statement:
“It’s always been clear that the lawsuit was an attempt to intimidate us. However, we were always motivated by doing the right thing, defending our work, and honoring our duty to the American people. Intimidation and retaliation were never going to work. We truly wanted our day in court to provide the complete story, but it appears Mr. Biden was afraid to actually fight this case in a court of law after all. His voluntary dismissal of the case tells you everything you need to know about who was right and who was wrong.”

🚨In the summer of 2023 @EMPOWR_us received tips from media sources suggesting Hunter Biden’s legal team was attempting behind the scenes to gin up a retaliatory prosecution of SSA Shapley and SA Ziegler.
We informed Congress, which promptly demanded from Biden’s legal team all… https://t.co/ED4WjDdz4D

The two men went to their bosses, expressing their belief that Hunter received preferential treatment.
Shapley told CBS, “When I took control of this particular investigation, I immediately saw deviations from the normal process. It was way outside the norm of what I’ve experienced in the past.”
Hunter pleaded guilty to the charges and paid them off.
Hunter doesn’t have Daddy’s protection anymore, even though Joe gave him a pardon for anything else he might have done since 2014.
I would have loved to see the discovery, though. Maybe that’s another reason why Hunter dropped it.
But as we all know…there are different rules for the rich and powerful, even if Joe doesn’t wield any influence he once had. The Democrats are finished with him and his family.
I’m guessing they just want the Biden family to fade away.

no ones above the law
get em pam!
Hunter is beyond the reach of the law having been pardoned by his daddy for everything he ever did since he was five years old.
p.s. FJB
I have to wonder when the topic. Of the auto pen pardons will be bought to the fore This case doesn’t seem big enough even if he hadn’t withdrawn.
Right or wrong those pardons will stand. The SCOTUS will not want to open the Pandora’s box of issues that would come from questioning who was really signing things during the Biden administration.
this
Hunter is such a loser that it is only a matter of time until he fucks up. When that happens nail his raggedy biden ass to the wall.

As do I. Like Mussolini. Or better yet, like both of the Ceaușescus.

Let’s put 2 plus 2 together and get four. Legal insurrection is correct that the False Claims Act will be productive turf in the battle over higher education. But what about Taxpayer whistleblower claims against universities?
Break out the Form 990 detectives and look at how universities compute the endowment earnings subject to the 1.6 percent excise tax. Look at the unrelated entities that become related entities when the staff advisor bullies the undergraduate club treasurer to the point of exercising effective control over the club. Look at every penny of Unrelated Business Taxable Income and the bogus cost allocations used to reduce UBTI tax liability.
The accountants and tax lawyers, with their green eyeshades, will inherit the world.
