Princeton Students Disrupt Event With Former Israeli Prime Minister
“We know that at least one disruptor inside the event was not a member of our community and we are taking action against him.”

These students are easily identifiable. Throw them all out of school.
From the Princeton Alumni Weekly:
Princeton Opens Investigation After Protesters Disrupt Event With Former Israeli Prime Minister
A chaotic event featuring former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett on campus Monday is under investigation by Princeton after protesters disrupted the discussion.
The conversation was cut short when a fire alarm was set off, but attendees responded by joining in a pro-Israel singalong. Before leaving McCosh 10, Bennett said, “This was a lecture none of us are ever going to forget.”
President Christopher L. Eisgruber ’83 issued a statement Tuesday afternoon saying he was “appalled at reports of antisemitic language directed by demonstrators at members of our community after” the event. He added that “the University is investigating and will pursue disciplinary measures as appropriate, to the extent any members of the Princeton University community are implicated.
“I am also sorry the event was periodically disrupted by protestors inside McCosh Hall. We know that at least one disruptor inside the event was not a member of our community and we are taking action against him.”
Eisgruber said he contacted Bennett to apologize. Earlier in the day, University spokesperson Michael Hotchkiss announced that Princeton had opened the investigation, adding that the University’s free expression guarantees do not allow individuals “to prevent another from speaking or to prevent an event from continuing.”
The events of Monday and Tuesday come as the Trump administration is increasingly cracking down on institutions of higher learning — including Princeton — for allegedly not doing enough to combat campus antisemitism.
Disruptors at @Princeton shouted at, pulled a fire alarm on, and walked out of former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett’s speech yesterday. We’re starting to sound like a broken record, but event disruptions are not free expression! pic.twitter.com/m7dYg3fvVv

🧵 Protesters shut down ex-Israeli PM Naftali Bennett’s talk at Princeton last night — an attack on free speech.
We demand: a public apology, disciplinary action, a face-covering ban, SJP’s termination, and a full condemnation of antisemitism.

Mildly related: Director Tom Holman (federal immigration control) gave a speech to a joint session of the AZ legislature yesterday, with special guests such as Joe Arpaio in attendance. Although the video doesn’t show it, Tom mentions a couple of times about other attendees (some being legislators, I have no doubt) carrying signs who got up and left the room after he began speaking. He remarked that it’s too bad they didn’t hang around and maybe learn something.
Event disruptions are not free speech and handing out terrorist propaganda likely isn’t free speech either. But yet the SJP group frames everything lately in terms of free speech. They are a violent hate group who has been given endless concessions and rights and now are so entitled they just go and do whatever they want. Honestly why are these SJP students at Princeton anyway since they clearly already know everything ? TicToc university has been their real teacher. Ah to be this dumb, wealthy, self righteous, ignorant and entitled. It must be nice to be them.
Glad I went to college in the quiet early 70s.
Those of us who started in the late 60’s noticed a distinct change in atmosphere when the draft lottery was introduced in late 1969.
My college had a large central area called the diag, I was a chemistry major and the chemistry building was on one side of this space. In 1973 I was a freshman and I saw very well attended protests on the diag. However, as the years went by the protests got smaller and smaller and smaller until in 1976 they consisted of maybe one guy with a bullhorn and two (probably homeless) people as his audience.
These miscreants should be meet with violence. Jews and their supporters should not cower while these Nazis stormtroopers with no fear of any consequences outrageously disrupt lectures and meeting of Jews. Violence is the only language they understand. I wish a could punch these miscreants. The University Presidents’ words are worthless. Either they creatures are arrested and if students expelled or Jews must take physical action.
Haha. Last time I suggested physical violence I was greeted by down ticks and asked if I was dropped on my head. I agree though.
We can be smart about it theoretically and at least get them to initiate an assault whereby you can respond in self-defense. At least that would be my plan along with wearing a GoPro to capture the assault. There is an element of risk but I think in lieu of the admin and police actually doing something I think it is minor compared to have the miscreant’s behavior violently escalate.
