Trump Freezes $175M in Funds to UPenn Over Males in Female Sports

President Donald Trump’s administration has frozen $175 million in federal funds for the University of Pennsylvania because the school allows males to participate in female sports.

From Fox News:

A senior administration official told FOX Business that the administration has paused $175 million in federal funding. This did not account for UPenn’s total federal funding, which the university previously reported last year was around $1 billion.

The pause is not a direct result of the investigation into UPenn, which the Department of Education announced a day after the president signed the “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” executive order on Feb. 5.

Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Craig Trainor said in a statement provided by the department last month that three institutions would be investigated for suspected Title IX violations.

UPenn received around $1 billion in federal funding last year.

On February 5, Trump signed an executive order banning males from female sports.

The next day, the Department of Education started investigating UPenn for violating Title XI since it allowed male Lia Thomas to compete in swimming during the 2021-2022 swimming season.

Total federal funding of $1 billion!?! WTF?

Party day for Riley Gaines!

Need to start criminal prosecutions for violation of title IX (equal opportunities for females in athletics).

Perhaps, but I think Title IX should be amended first by congress to specifically define what a woman is. There have be judicial rulings that have perverted Title IX to include trannys as woman.

As I understand it, there are no criminal penalties written into Title IX statutes. Without statutory criminal penalties, there generally cannot be a criminal investigation. However, if an educational institution regulated by Title IX covered up certain crimes – like sexual assault of a student – that could lead to a concurrent Title IX investigation, as happened at Penn St.

My daughter, a twice All American fastpitch softball pitcher while a teenager, was hit in the throat by a line drive during a national championship game. Instead of the ER where she was taken she could have ended up in the morgue if it’d been a boy/tranny since the distances are so short. Pitting the sexes against each other in sports is pure lunacy.

I played coed soccer as an adult for 12 years
The men’s testosterone was taken down a notch by the women goals
Being worth 2 points and men 1

If you wanted to win
You Played well with the women

I actually enjoyed it very much, till I tore my ACL

Rec ball is vastly different than girls/ men competition ball of any sort.

I played against a guy who told
Me if I scored another goal, he would break
My
Leg

I think this is the tranny mentality today. They hate woman, can’t compete against real men and want to destroy women in general

They are evil
Bytches

If enough people think a cause is worthwhile, then government subsidy will be unnecessary.
If not enough people think a cause is worthwhile, then government subsidy is undemocratic.

They claim to receive a total federal money of 1 billion dollars. There are 28,000 students. That equals $35,000 dollars per student. Something is wrong with this.

Aw, poor lil guy. Are you pissed because this means you won’t be able to haunt the girls’ locker room at Penn?

Your President, Donald Trump, is protecting women from perverts. Why would you be against that? Oh, cause you’re a pervert.

Biggest question to me is why the Federal government is funding any Cultural Marxist Seminary

1. Yay Trump. This is what leadership looks like.

2. There is a podcaster in Wa (undivided with brandi cruise sp?) that covered a recent incident with Tumwater school district with a tranny boy from a neighboring school (Shelton). It is well worth watching all 3-4 videos she posted on this as she interviewed the girl, the boy and a few other videos on the teachers union and the school.

The angle of the father of the boy is very interesting. The boy had been messed up by his sicko mom, then dad got custody. The dad appears sane, but as a loving dad, he’s got to work with the hand he’s been dealt. The boy’s moral compass is completely wrecked by his pervert mom – but you have to appreciate the dad’s approach to dealing with it- he’s in an impossible situation– I mean his son could end up suicidal if he’s not careful. He’s not on board with the boy’s decisions and he’s navigating as best he can. Very sad that the pervert State of Washington and the sickos that live there (along with the crazy bitch baby bank he impregnated) have created this mess.

Keyboard warriors might have bloviating simple minded solutions, but life gets messy when this hits home.

3. Again. Yay Trump. Thank you for protecting our vulnerable.

Orange Harvey ‘ fixes’ a non-existent problem that the Feds have no business in.

If it’s not a problem, then what’s the big deal about fixing it so it doesn’t become a problem?

wow – the $3oM that Oberlin had to cough up pales in comparison. So how much are those Lia Thomas trophies really worth:)? Play stupid games, get funny surprises.
