James Carville Laments Effect of Trump’s Fast Pace on Democrats: ‘We’re Getting Overwhelmed’

Last week, longtime Democrat strategist James Carville was throwing Kamala Harris under the bus. Now he is complaining about the pace of Trump’s second term, admitting that Democrats are completely overwhelmed and don’t seem to know what to do about it.
He is also still pushing the tired talking point that Trump is a criminal, proving that he is among the overwhelmed himself.

Democratic Party strategist James Carville admitted that the pace at which President Trump is fulfilling his executive duties is throwing his party off balance.
In the latest episode of the “Politics War Room” podcast, Carville lamented how Democratic lawmakers are floundering in trying to stop the president’s second term agenda.
“We’re getting overwhelmed,” he told podcast co-host Al Hunt. “Things that we thought that would kill a political career, would be poisonous for whatever reason, this guy keeps chugging along.”
Carville quoted former Trump official Steve Bannon, who reportedly said in 2018, “The Democrats don’t matter. The real opposition is the media. And the way to deal with them is to flood the zone with s—.”
“Bannon is right. We are flooded in s— and we are searching for a way to deal with this. These are extraordinarily difficult times,” Carville said, noting that Trump’s actions are moving so fast, that he can’t even tell what’s going on.
“I’m struggling here a little bit, so maybe some of our really smart viewers can help us untangle it a little bit. It’s really tangled now because no one knows where to land. It’s all too incomprehensible.”

Carville is imitating Stephen Hawking.
Always entertaining to listen to Carville. An experience akin to visiting the fun house in an amusement park, the side show at a circus or occasionally Madame Tussauds Chamber of Horrors (it’s back after being closed), nothing to be taken seriously.. Like the broken clock that’s right twice a day, Carville sometimes gets it right. I’ve said this before, but it bears repeating. He keeps telling us that the Democratic Party is full of “staggering” talent, but I’ve never heard him name any of them. Keep it up James, I’ve got my popcorn.
For me, it’s more like listening to Abe Simpson.

Notice how Carville and the other clown constantly focus on personalities. Almost exclusively ad hominem arguments– rarely specific policies. Propose something different and perhaps better.
That’s when you know they have nothing solid to stand on.

I have to ask the stupid question:
If Democrats really thought Trump’s policy ideas would be unpopular, why the year long orgy of lawfare, and the assassination attempts?
Because they didn’t want to have to wait another four years.
I’m guessing there were Democrats that didn’t like the direction Carville was taking the Party, all those years ago. His response to that was probably indifference.
Now he’s the one with sleepless nights and wondering what the hell happened.
I think deep down inside he knows what happened.and he’s reminded of it every time he looks in the mirror.
Here’s hoping that this jack-donkey has many, many more sleepless nights for putting his Party before his country….
