Elizabeth Warren and Dems Suddenly Believe in the Legitimacy of Court Rulings Again Because Trump
“My view right now is the courts are where we are hanging on to our constitutional structure”
Democrats have been waging a years-long assault on the legitimacy of the U.S. Supreme Court. This began when Trump was able to appoint justices to the court, but became even more intense after the court overturned Roe v. Wade.
Democrats then began calling for the court to be packed and undermined the legitimacy of the court at every opportunity. Elizabeth Warren was directly involved in protests of the court.
Now that Democrats are relying on judges to stop Trump and DOGE, courts are suddenly sacred again. Elizabeth Warren talked about this on MSNBC.

Warren: ‘We’ve got our toes right on the edge of a constitutional crisis’
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) said the Trump administration is putting the nation “on the edge of a constitutional crisis” following a series of sweeping executive orders and funding freezes targeting federal agencies.
“We’ve got our toes right on the edge of a constitutional crisis here. But here’s the thing: It may be the case that Donald Trump is so full of confidence that he thinks he can wave his wand, and whatever he wants to happen will happen,” Warren said during a Monday appearance on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show.”…
Warren has condemned many efforts undertaken by President Trump, including attempts to shut down the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), an agency she helped create. The Massachusetts senator said she is depending on judges to prevent the proposed cuts and enforce the rule of law during a time when the boundaries of executive power are being tested.
“My view right now is the courts are where we are hanging on to our constitutional structure,” Warren told Maddow. “They still have the power to hold everybody else in this country in contempt if they do not follow lawfully issued court orders.”

Imagine if the Dems take control of Congress in the midterms and then the House opens an impeachment against Trump. Then Republican attorneys general go to court, and argue that impeachment and removal of the POTUS (clearly a prerogative of Congress under the Constitution) will harm those people in their red states who voted for Trump.
The Dems are playing a dangerous game. If they prevail against Trump and DOGE, they will set a precedent that could be enforced against Congress should Congress attempt to impeach Trump. Even a blind man can see the irreparable damage that could be done to our system of “checks and balances” and the “separation of powers” if one branch of government is able to prevent another branch from exercising powers that are clearly within their respective purviews under the Constitution.

Trump just unveiled an unbeatable alliance: Speaker Johnson has come out publicly in favor of Trump’s activity, saying Trump is not undermining Congress but assisting it:
Johnson said a lot more — read the article — about how these reforms will be cemented in the next reconciliation package, which cannot be filibustered.
That makes the judiciary the odd man out. There’s no constitutional crisis if the legislature and the executive both agree on what is taking place. And Democrats lose all their leverage.

That was so uncomfortable to watch even her husband wanted no part of it.

He never said that, and never did that. He accepted that ruling and obeyed it to the letter, and told his lawyers to look for another way to achieve his goal, or at least part of it. That’s not defiance, that’s obedience.
I despise Warren. She is despicable. Almost all democrats are despicable, but she is one of the worst. Such a vile third-rate cretin.

I still think AG’s and Federal judge be charged with conspiracy to block DOGE from performing it’s legal duties. Seeing as all are democrats, wouldn’t their shared political affiliation demonstrate motive and coordination? Since they blocking investigations of possible money laundering I’d suggest a side helping of RICO to open all their books.
That’s not even theoretically possible. Separation of powers. Plus judges have absolute immunity.
