Democrats and media have established a rule saying if someone says fight they mean it literally! So will Jeffries apologize?
House Democrat Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries encouraged people to get violent with Republicans in the streets!
I mean, that’s the rule now, right? When you use a word like “fight,” you obviously mean actually beating up someone:

Jeffries is calling for violence in the streets!
That’s what the Democrats and media said when President Donald Trump yelled, “Fight! Fight! Fight!” after someone tried to kill him.
Yes, they tried to convince people that Trump, who just got shot, tried to instigate violence when he yelled “Fight” and blamed his previous rhetoric for the assassination attempt.
Thems the rules, guys!
Then again, there are normal people like myself and our wonderful readers who know it doesn’t mean literally.
But the left always claims a Republican, especially Trump, means literal violence when they use words like fight! Remember when they all claimed Trump called for anyone to shoot Liz Cheney?
It was more pathetic to claim that right after the guy tried to murder Trump.

When a Democrat says “Fight in the Streets”, I take them literally. They don’t mean protest. They mean get out there and cause mayhem and chaos. And for the pictured group, that means get out there and get all of those White people.
TBH I kind of take it that way as well. After all, he’s the one who identified three arenas of fighting: legislatively, in the courts, and on the streets. If the first two were not allegory, then neither is the third.

Because he also referred to ‘fighting’ in the legislative and judicial sense and then insisted they would also ‘fight in the streets’, presumably if the ‘fight’ in the legislature and judicial systems was unsuccessful, then the logical inference is that ‘fight in the streets’ means …fighting in the streets to oppose the political agenda of the duly elected gov’t of the USA.
The obvious meaning is peaceful protests, exercising the right to assemble.
It’s fun to apply the same rules to them as they do to us. But let’s not forget that that’s what we’re doing. Let’s not start believing our own rhetoric.
