*UPDATE* Cybertruck ‘Explosion’ at Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas Being Investigated as Possible Act of Terrorism

Cybertruck explosion outside the hotel left the occupant of the vehicle dead and injured 7.

*UPDATE 3:41 pm Authorities are now investigating this incident as a possible act of terrorism.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said it was investigating a fire at the entrance to the tower. The public was told to avoid the area, though the police noted the fire had been put out.

The driver pulled into the valet area of the hotel and the vehicle exploded, according to an official. The driver is apparently dead and, so far, the only casualty from the incident. Seven bystanders had minor injuries, authorities said.

Investigators do not know what caused the blast, such as whether something was wrong with the vehicle or whether something external prompted it. Determining what was behind the explosion is the key focus of the probe.

An official briefed on the probe told ABC News that the Tesla Cybertruck had a load of fireworks-style mortars onboard. Investigators are urgently working to determine a motive and whether the driver intended to set off an explosion and why.

*UPDATE 3:28 pm * One person was killed within the Cybertruck that exploded in front of Trump Hotel was found dead inside the vehicle, 7 others had minor injuries.

According to officials, a 2024 Tesla Cybertruck pulled up to the Trump Hotel glass entrance doors before exploding.

One person is confirmed dead and seven others were injured, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan Sheriff Kevin McMahill.

Investigators have not said what caused the blast, whether it was something wrong with the vehicle, something external or some sort of explosive inside the vehicle.

Authorities also confirmed that anyone who was staying at the hotel has been moved to Resorts World.

*UPDATE 2:30 pm* – Video appears to show the cybertruck involved in the fire exploded.

We will continue to follow developments on this incident.

***

Early this morning, reports emerged of an incident at the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas. Eyewitnesses reported black smoke billowing from the ground floor of the 64-story luxury hotel, and an evacuation occurred.

Fire teams rushed to the scene near the hotel and Fashion Show Mall, according to local NBC affiliate KSNV.

An ambulance and multiple cop cars were also seen racing to the scene.

Footage shared on X showed people standing in a parking lot near the hotel after being evacuated.

Reports indicate that it was a vehicle fire.

A vehicle fire was first reported around 8:41 a.m. in the 2000 block of Fashion Show Drive, near the Fashion Show Mall and Trump International Hotel, per the website PulsePoint.

People posting to social media said they heard a loud noise and could see smoke coming from the area.

Another person shared video to X showing what appears to be a Cybertruck engulfed in flames directly outside the lobby of the Trump Hotel.

Eyewitness accounts indicate an ‘explosion’ was associated with the fire.

A man named Stephen Felando, who is staying at the hotel, claimed a ‘massive explosion’ happened.

‘Something major just exploded here,’ he said in an X video. ‘Something just went off in the valet section…I don’t know what just did, but something just blew.’

Felando said the windows ‘shimmed’ and shook.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Emergency crews quickly arrived on the scene, and authorities are working to assess the cause of the fire. No injuries have been reported at this time, and the situation is still developing.

This fire marks another unsettling incident on the Strip, though authorities have not indicated whether it was accidental or intentional.

We live there, at least when we are in Las Vegas. It’s now my official residence. In any case, was taking the dog out for a walk, and the fire doors to the elevator bay were closed. Opened them, and was shoed back into the elevator bay by security. Just flashing lights, and everything else was normal. A half an hour later, and there was smoke in the lobby. Tried to go back down maybe 20 minutes ago, and the elevators are locked down.

Apparently, it was a Tesla Cynertruck that blew up, right where you drop off cars for valet. See if this works:

The driver of the vehicle is apparently deceased and at least 7-others were injured. That 2nd video above definitely looks like an explosion, not fire/deflagration.

A Musk vehicle at a Trump hotel?
Total coincidence. Ask 51 retired intelligence officials.

But there’s an innovation we didn’t notice arriving: through the wonders of advanced lithiu battery technology, terrorists don’t have to expend nearly as much DIY effort to assemble and disguise their car bombs.

High likelihood of terrorism. Musk had the presence of mind to immediately pull the telemetry for the truck, and it was completely normal up until the blast. Then point out that damage to the hotel was minimized by the design of the truck. All in the first news cycle.

There was a lot of talk about how the Democrats plan to deny Trump his victory.

I suspect they are letting these terror attacks happen as a way to prevent it and to seize power under a state of emergency.

There is this weird obsession with the word “terrorism”. The explosion of this Tesla cybertruck in front of the Trump Tower is an ACT OF WAR against America. Those involved in this are waging war on our nation and deserve to be treated as such. Most of our institutions treat “terrorists” as nothing more than some sort of really bad criminal – as we see with the thoroughly offensive kid glove treatment of the 9-11 planners by Traitor Joe and his junta.

It is long past time to really acknowledge that the left is at war with America. Real, serious WAR.

New Orleans.
Las Vegas.
2025… È l’era del terzo mondo.

Is there any reason that this couldn’t just be a defective lithium ion battery issue?

The obvious fireworks in the explosion …

Unless your claim is that a lithium battery fire caused the fireworks in the truck to explode. The odds of that happening, to a Tesla truck in front of a Trump building are pretty long, though … at least 3 to 1.

Probably not. I don’t know if you’ve ever seen a Lithium Ion fire. But, they usually smolder, then catch fire and then explode…if they explode. A lot of times, they’ll just burn aggressively. But, in either case, they will definitely smolder for some period of time before they really begin to burn in earnest. That burning produces a great deal of smoke…very toxic smoke. There is zero indication of any fire burning before that explosive event.

The fuel oil and fireworks in the bed of the truck pretty much ended that line of speculation.

Like the Ford Lightening used in the NO attack, this Cybertruck was apparently rented as well. Helluva coincidence.

There have to be tons of traceable clues in these rentals, no matter how the attackers tried to disguise things. Normally, one would steal a vehicle in order to stay anonymous … but it seemed to me that it was probably much harder to steal the Tesla than a regular car. Renting, though … there’s got to be info out the wazoo about these. With the Tesla, being totally within Tesla’s control at seemingly all times, I’m pretty sure Elon has all the information about every single place that truck has been and he might even have video and audio from it.

According to a law enforcement official, the truck was rented via the Turo app and appeared to have a load of fireworks. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

And the cell was taken down because the moron who rented it went back and argued to get his deposit back, even though he had blown the truck up.

This does remind me of a parody Volkswagen commercial in which a terrorist bomb explodes inside the car and is completely contained.

The claim, now, is that the Las Vegas truck bomber was a former Green Beret …

Meanwhile, there has just been a mass shooting at a Queens nightclub, it seems, though I can’t seem to find much about it anywhere.

You don’t need to be SF to set off a truck full of fireworks you can buy on the side of the road.

Yeah, it’s a bit odd. While it’s true that beginning in the very late 1980s, military training programs, even advanced programs like Green Beret’s complete, scaled back the training in turning readily available household/industrial materials into powerful improvised explosives, there’s still some of that training offered. Using fireworks and high-test gas cans (which actually have a LOWER deflagration potential than low-octane gas) to blow up a car is an amateur hour move.

Tony Kovaleski, of ABC Denver, is claiming that his sources tell him that both the New Orleans and Las Vegas terrorists had served at the same military base (he doesn’t say which one or in what country).

As Musk pointed out on X, that clown picked the wrong vehicle to explode if he wanted to cause damage. The truck directed the force upwards and despite being just feet from the building, the glass doors had no damage.

It looks like someone finally found something the cybertruck is actually good at

Cybertruck bomber: Army veteran Matthew Livelsberger.

No connection to the New Orleans attack, except you, know this:

“Law enforcement sources revealed that Livelsberger, who died Wednesday in the explosion outside the hotel, had previously served at the same military base as New Orleans terrorist Shamsud Din Jabbar. Police have not confirmed if the pair were known to each other.”

With respect to the alleged bomber, it’s incredibly odd to leave active-duty at 19-years of service, which is what his LinkedIn account indicates (he claims 19-years, 1-month which seems to fit given his age). Unless he EASd under some kind of medical condition, he wouldn’t be eligible for retirement. Service members who are short to retirement don’t quit. Everything else in his CV indicates an exceptional, high-performing service member. He was promoted regularly and even selected for an active-duty degree completion program that he used to obtain a Bachelor of Science cum laude. By all indications, he was a valued, hard-charger right until he wasn’t….just before he would have retired. As I said, very odd.

Ok, now it’s taken an even weirder turn…

https://x.com/BillMelugin_/status/1874852673872408900

NEW: A US Army spokesperson confirms to @FoxNews
that the suspect in the Las Vegas truck explosion, Matthew Livelsberger, was an active duty Special Forces Operations sergeant who was on leave from Germany where he was serving w/ the 10th Special Forces Group.

This information contradicts earlier reporting that indicated he had left active-duty several months ago.
