Biden Admin Spent $15 Million to Provide Contraceptives, Condoms in Afghanistan
“U.S. law forbids taxpayer funds from going to the Taliban, a specially designated global terrorist organization.”
The Washington Free Beacon reported that former President Joe Biden’s administration gave $15 million to Afghanistan, controlled by the Taliban, to hand out birth control and condoms.
The administration even admitted it would have to somewhat work with the Taliban to make it happen.
Um, how is this real:
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) earmarked the cash infusion, which has not been previously reported, last July. It transmitted the funds to Afghanistan in August, according to the funding notice and congressional sources familiar with the matter.
The $15 million USAID and its partner groups spent to “procure contraceptives,” including “oral contraceptives and condoms” in the Middle Eastern nation was part of a $100 million package meant to support “basic rights and freedoms” and empower “women and girls” living under Taliban rule. The terrorist organization, the USAID funding notice states, does not allow “young women and girls” to go to school or work in most professional fields.
Yeah, well, Biden’s awful Afghanistan withdrawal led to the Taliban taking over the country. The terrorist organization cracked down and instilled changes that treat females as nothing.
The report mentioned that the Taliban cannot receive any taxpayer money:

The USAID funding notice referenced that ban by stating that the agency’s efforts in Afghanistan would “require some level of coordination with local, provincial, and national authorities but without directly benefiting them.”
“Although some coordination will be necessary for programmatic purposes, USAID and its partners are clear that there will be no direct assistance to the Taliban,” the notice states. “Due diligence will continue to be exercised to ensure compliance with OFAC sanctions and statutory restrictions on assistance to the Taliban and that programs have robust safeguards in place to prevent Taliban interference or diversion.”

10M (as of July of last year) were encounters alone. We really have no idea how many ‘gotaways’ crossed. The Biden Administration official estimate was 1.8M gotaways (again in July of last year). If that’s their estimate, I suspect the real number is closer to 3M…or more. The total cost of those illegals is incalculable. But, over a 20-year period, it’s probably measured in Trillions rather than Billions.
For some perspective on the enormity of those numbers, through Ellis Island’s entire 62-year operational history (1892 and 1954), it only processed roughly 12M aliens. Biden did that (probably more), in just 4-years. It’s a disaster, the totality of which we probably won’t understand for a generation.

This is true, which makes me think the $15 million was never spent on condoms. Condoms are likely the description someone in the administration told the accountants to use to put the $15 million expense in the General Ledger.
I bet the truth is that someone in the administration found a passthrough to put $15 million in their overseas checking account on Biden’s way out the door. Wasn’t Hunter fond of condoms back in the day?
Once they are married, yes. Under Sharia law, any female of just about any age is eligible to become a man’s second, third, fiftieth wife. But I’m guessing the Taliban didn’t spend a single dollar for the intended purpose. Anyone not already preemptively pardoned should be investigated and imprisoned for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
